<![CDATA[This research is guided by the high interest of citizens in terms of attending dikia learning activity. This point is proven by the high extent of citizen's presence to study in every meeting. Furthermore, the residents also study a responsive toward the delivered theory by the tutor so as it generates a few questions in terms of the theory. This research intends to see the implementation of dikia learning activity as an adult activity on Jorong Bangko South Solok. An example method of this is stratified random sampling. The data collection technique utilizes a percentage formula. The result of the research shows that (1) the goal of implementation of dikia learning can be achieved effectively, (2) sources of learning on the performance of dikia learning activity have been fulfilled appropriately, (3) learning method on the implementation of dikia learning activity is conducted properly, (4) tool of learning on the implementation of dikia learning activity is suitable with theory’s dikia art, (5) assessment of learning on the implementation of dikia learning has been conducted properly.Keywords: Learning Dikia, Adult Education]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is the lack of motivation of the elderly to participate in the posyandu for the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1. The lack of knowledge of the elderly is thought to be due to the lack of knowledge about the existence of the posyandu for the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang1. This study aims to: 1) describe the knowledge of the elderly about the posyandu for the elderly 2) describe the motivation of the elderly to follow the posyandu for the elderly; 3) looking at the relationship between knowledge and motivation in the elderly to follow the posyandu for the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1. This type of this research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study was taken by the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1, totaling 58 people, aged 60-70 years, who did not attend the elderly posyandu. The sample was taken as much as 52% with a total of 30 peoples, the technique of this research is using random sampling. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests, while the data collection tools were a list of statements and questions. The technique used to analyze the data in this study are the percentage formula and product moment. The results showed that: (1) The knowledge of the elderly in posyandu for the elderly is categorized as low, (2) the motivation of the elderly to follow the posyandu for the elderly is categorized as low, (3) there is a significant relationship between knowledge and motivation of the elderly to participate in posyandu for the elderly activities in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1. The Suggestion of this study is the person in charge of the program and cadres should do more outreach to the community on the importance of posyandu for the elderly.Keywords: Knowledge, motivation, elderly]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuk Basung, this is forgotten because the use of smartphones in students is not good. This study aims to describe the use of smartphones in class VIII students, describe student achievement in class VIII, and see the relationship between smartphone use and student achievement in class VIII at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuk Basung. This type of research is quantitative with correlational descriptive technique. The population was all class VIII students and the sample was taken using a sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and product moment correlation. The results showed that: the use of smartphones in students was classified as poor, student learning achievement was low, and there was a significant relationship between smartphone use and student achievement in class VIII. Furthermore, it is recommended for schools to apply strict rules regarding the use of smartphones in students so that they can affect student achievement. Hope for educators and parents to be able to monitor the use of smartphones on students to avoid negative things and decrease student achievement. For further researchers to see other variables related to student achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between interest in participating in sewing training and learning outcomes in the South Coast Ganting District Court. The proposed hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between interest in attending sewing training and learning outcomes of learning citizens. The more interested the residents learn to take sewing training, the better their learning outcomes will be. And vice versa, the more people are not interested in learning to participate in training, the results obtained will not be good. The type of research that researchers use is correlative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the sewing training participants this year. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the tools used were a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the participants' interest in learning in sewing is good; 2) the learning outcomes of the sewing training participants are classified as good; 3) There is a significant relationship between the Interests in Participating in Sewing Training and Learning Outcomes in PKBM Ganting Pesisir Selatan. Suggestions from this research are that because there is a significant relationship between interest in attending sewing training and learning outcomes, it is necessary for the tutor to improve the implementation of sewing training, by making interesting learning media, methods and strategies that will increase motivation so that participants are active in participating all training activities so that their implementation can run more conducive.Keywords: Interest, Sewing Training, Learning Results]]>

<![CDATA[The research is motivated by the activity of the elderly in participating in spiritual activities carried out by social institutions tresna werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin district Padang Pariaman. This study aims to describe the implementation of spiritual guidance on development activities: (a) aqidah, (b) worship and (c) morals. The population was all elderly healthy and able to follow the activities of spiritual formation as much as 98 elderly. Sampling in this study using cluster random sampling as many as 24 elderly. The data collection technique using closed interviews. Data analysis techniques using a percentage formula. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by the implementation of extracurricular activities in the Palang Merah Remaja at SMPN 18 Padang, this was marked by the high attendance, enthusiasm of learning, and the activeness of the students in the activity. Allegedly one of the factors was caused by the role playing learning model applied by the coach's brother. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of role playing models which are seen from the readiness of students, role selection, role play, and evaluation of the activities of the Palangf Mewrah Remaja in SMPN 18 Padang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were students who participated in extracurricular youth red cross. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, with data collection tools questionnaire (questionnaire) and data analysis techniques used percentage formula. The results of the study found that the readiness of students, role selection, role play, and evaluation of extracurricular activities in the youth red cross were categorized as good. So it can be concluded that the use of role playing models proved to lead to the successful implementation of extracurricular activities in the Palang Merah Remaja. Based on the results and conclusions of the researchers it is suggested that in the implementation of PMR activities, the coaches will continue to use this role playing model by continuing to make various modifications so that it will run well.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high participation of students in TPQ in following the Iqra 'and Alquran learning. This is allegedly caused by the use of a group approach by educators. This study aims to describe the group approach by educators according to students at TPQ Al-Hikmah which includes: (1) increasing student participation, (2) arousing students 'interest in learning, (3) fostering students' cooperation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were one hundred and forty students registered at the level of Iqra 'and the Qur'an. The research sample was selected by purposive random sampling and obtained thirty-five students as samples. Data was obtained through questionnaires, which were then analyzed using percentage calculations. The results of the study are (1) the use of group approaches can increase students 'participation, (2) the use of group approaches can generate interest in students' learning, (3) the use of group approaches can foster student cooperation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the high learning outcomes of HP technician training participants at the Payakumbuh Multy Flash Training and Training Institute. The high learning outcomes are thought to be caused by the high interest of the participants in the training. This study aims to: 1) describe the participants' interest in participating in the training; 2) Describe the learning outcomes of participants; and 3) looking at the relationship between interest in training with the learning outcomes of HP technician training participants at the Payakumbuh Multy Flash Training and Training Institute. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive techniques. The population of this study was all training participants, totaling 30 participants for the period December 2019-March 2020 with a sample taken of 66%, namely 20 people. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results showed that: (1) the participants' interest in participating in the training was high; 2) the learning outcomes of the participants looked very good; and 3) there is a significant relationship between the Interest in Following HP Technician Training with Learning Outcomes at the Payakumbuh Multy Flash Training and Training Institute. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high level of juvenile delinquency in Jorong Koto Ronah Nagari Koto Alam Subdistrict of Pangkalan, Lima Puluh Kota District. The author suspects the cause is due to lack of family harmony. Therefore this study aims to describe family harmony, describe juvenile delinquency and see the relationship between family harmony with juvenile delinquency in Jorong Koto Ronah Nagari Koto Alam Subdistrict of Pangkalan, Lima Puluh Kota District. This research is a quantitative research with correlational type. The population was all 41 male teenagers with a total sample of 31 people. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires with questionnaire data collection tools. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula and product moment. The results showed that (1) family harmony in Jorong Koto Ronah can be classified in the category of less harmonious, (2) the level of juvenile delinquency can be classified in the naughty category (3) there is a significant negative correlation between family harmony with juvenile delinquency Suggestions that the author can giving is expected to adolescent parents to maintain, improve family harmony, and supervise children so as not to do mischief, It is expected that all teenagers in Jorong Koto Ronah can be more careful of negative relationships outside the family environment, so they can avoid form juvenile delinquency, it is hoped that future researchers will be able to see several other factors which have not been examined in this study.Keywords: Family Harmony, Juvenile Delinquency]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the success of institutions in developing the quality of tutoring institutions for early childhood (AUD). This study aims to describe the performance of educators which include (1) planning learning, (2) implementing learning, (3) assessing learning outcomes, (4) guiding and training students, (5) carrying out additional tasks. This study includes quantitative descriptive research, which describes the data as it is. The population consisted of fifty-four people and a sample of thirty-eight people was determined based on the sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling technique. Data collection tools using questionnaires and data analysis using percentage formulas. The results showed that, the performance of Bimba AIUEO educators in Padang was relatively high. This can be seen in the aspects of (1) planning learning, (2) implementing learning, (3) assessing learning outcomes, (4) guiding and training students, (5) carrying out additional tasks.
