Abstract

Lack of collaboration is what inspired this study between groups of recipients of PHK assistance, lack of supervision from government agencies towards  the community, lack of realization of layoff funds for educational purposes. So that the general purpose of this study focuses on the implementation of the family of hope program in the field of education in the country of Guguak Tabek Sarojo . the specific objective is to see the evaluation of the family of hope program in the countryof Guguak Tabek Sarojo. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with the research location in Nagari Guguak Tabek Sarajo IV Koto district, Agam  Regency. Collection techniques used observation interviews and recording. Analysis techniques used reduction, presentation and inference extraction or confirmation. The findings obtained are that (1) this layoff assistance can increase human resources so as to improve the quality of education for the lower middle class community, (2) program planning in the evaluation of implementation, (3) formative evaluation of program implementation in the education sector has been carried out although there are still few the obstacles experienced (4) the achievement of the summative program in education can be seen from the positive response of the people who receive layoff assistance. It is recommended that the persons in charge work together and coordinate with each other and charge to make a clear structure explaining their respective responsibilities. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low participation in PKH KPM learning in participating in learning at family capacity building meetings (P2K2) which was caused by the low educational skills of companions during learning. The aims of this study are: 1) Describe the educational skills of the mentors, 2) Describe the learning participation of KPM PKH, 3) See the relationship between the educational skills of mentors and the learning participation of KPM PKH. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach. The population in this study amounted to 75 people, while a sample of 40 people was drawn using simple random sampling. Techniques in data collection are questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage and product moment formulas. The results showed that: 1) The description of the educational skills of the companions was categorized as low; 2) The description of PKH KPM learning participation is categorized as low; 3) there is a significant relationship between the educational skills of the facilitators and the learning participation of KPM PKH.Keywords: Participation, Education, Nonformal.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high level of juvenile delinquency that occurred in Tangah Nagari Anduriang Village, Padang Pariaman Regency, this is presumably because the role of parents is not carried out properly, it can be said that the role of parents towards children is still low. This study aims to describe the role of parents, describe juvenile delinquency and see the relationship between the role of parents and juvenile delinquency.This type of research is a descriptive correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were teenagers who lived in Tangah Village with ages from 13 - 18 years, amounting to 48 people and a sample of 50%, namely 24 people with a sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and the tool used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Ther role of parents towards children is low; 2) juvenile delinquency that occurs is high; 3) there is a significant relationship between the role of parents and juvenile delinquency in Tangah Nagari Anduring Village, Padang Pariaman Regency. The suggestion of this research is for parents to increase their knowledge and insight on how to educate and implement/apply their role as parents during the growth and development of children so that they can behave in accordance with the norms that have been set and can be accepted in their environment, To community institutions, in order to give warnings or advice to teenagers who commit juvenile delinquency so that the teenager feels deterred, and for further researchers it is expected to be able to conduct research on other factors that mention juvenile delinquency so as to broaden understanding. Keywords:: The Role Of Parents, Juvenile Delinquency

Abstract

This study aims to understand the development of research on technology in the context of adult learning over the last ten years. This study used bibliometric analysis to identify research trends, relationships between concepts, and author collaborations. The data is obtained from the Google Scholar database with relevant keywords, and the number of publications is limited to 1,000 journals. The results show fluctuations in the growth of publications about technology in the context of adult learning from 2014 to 2023. Out of 1,000 publications indexed by Google Scholar, only 628 have information on year and publisher, while 308 do not. The peak of publication growth occurred in 2021, with 105 publications (16.7%), while the lowest number of publications was recorded in 2017, with 50 documents (8%). Research shows that the use of technology in adult learning continues to evolve. Nonetheless, there is still a paucity of research on technology and knowledge of andragogical content in adult learning. This provides an opportunity for other researchers to continue to develop this research trend.
