Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of characteristic from internal auditor (independency, objectivity, and competence) organizational commitments, and leadership style influence quality of audit result by APIP in the inspectorate office at the island of Lombok. Data were collected through a distribution of questionnaire to 102 internal auditor (JFA and P2UPD) as the sample from 125 total population. Hypothesis testing based on linear regression show that the objectivity, competence, and organizational commitments, has positive and significant influence to quality of audit result. While independency and leadership style partially doesn’t influence to quality of audit result

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk beradaptasi dalam strategi pemasaran guna meningkatkan daya saing, khususnya pada kawasan wisata. UMKM kerajinan dan souvenir di kawasan Taman Narmada, Kabupaten Lombok Barat masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana promosi dan perluasan pasar. Permasalahan utama meliputi rendahnya literasi digital, belum optimalnya penggunaan media sosial bisnis, serta kurangnya kemampuan dalam pembuatan konten pemasaran yang menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan digital marketing guna meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan strategi digital marketing, pendampingan pembuatan akun bisnis dan konten promosi, serta evaluasi melalui observasi dan umpan balik peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra mengenai strategi pemasaran digital, kemampuan pengelolaan media sosial usaha, serta kesiapan dalam menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Program ini berkontribusi terhadap penguatan kapasitas manajerial UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Digitalization of the tax system in Indonesia through the implementation of the Coretax System with a tax consultant as the speaker. It is based on the availability of human resources with sufficient digital tax expertise. The objective of this community service activity is to enhance the digital tax literacy of students at the University of Mataram through hands-on training on the use of the Coretax application. The method used was participatory training with a hands-on learning approach that involved 150 Accounting and Taxation program students. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of Coretax features by 84.6%, as measured by pre- and post-tests. The participants also demonstrated increased confidence in operating the digital tax reporting system. The activity contributes to the formation of a digitally literate younger generation and prepares future accounting professionals to competently face the era of technology-based tax administration.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Small and Medium Industry (SMI) Center managers in Central Lombok Regency in business and entrepreneurial management. The main problems faced by partners include a low understanding of business management, suboptimal financial management, a lack of clear division of tasks, and the limited use of digital technology in product marketing. The activity implementation method is carried out through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training activity was attended by 20 participants from four centers. The material provided covered human resource management, business financial management, and digital marketing strategies. The education and training method used a combination of lectures, discussions, questions and answers, as well as pre- and post-tests to measure the level of participant understanding. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of structured business management, a clear division of tasks and responsibilities, separation of personal and business finances, regular financial records, and the use of social media as a marketing tool. In addition, participants will implement more professional and sustainable business management practices. This activity makes a positive contribution to strengthening the capacity of SMI Center managers, which is expected to increase productivity, expand market reach, and strengthen business competitiveness in the future.
