Abstract

Earthquake is one of the most destructive natural disasters. After the earthquake, experts were deployed to survey the damage that occurred. One of the main objectives of the assessment task carried out by experts is to evaluate and classify buildings into several categories based on the level of damage that occurs. In this study, an expert system that could facilitate the assessment of building damage due to the earthquake was made using Backpropagation neural network method. The testing techniques used in this system are blackbox, accuracy and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) testing. MOS testing conducted by 30 respondents produced an MOS value of 4.54 from a scale of 5. While the average accuracy of the system obtained is 82.22% of the 30 case cases tested by 3 building damage experts.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berbasis internet telah menjadi primadona dan sumber informasi utama dalam komunikasi antar manusia. Jaringan internet juga telah menyebabkan dunia seolah tanpa jarak dan batas. Internet dengan cepatnya merambah ke berbagai aspek kehidupan mulai dari kalangan bisnis, masyarakat umum, dan pencari berita. Kelebihan jaringan internet tersebut beriring dengan kelemahannya yang juga dapat menimbulkan permasalahan baru. Jika dikaitkan dengan kontennya maka internet menyedia informasi baik yang bersifat positif maupun negatif. Informasi negatif berbasis jaringan internet ini meliputi judi, pornografi, berita hoax, pembulian,dan lain sebagainya. Konten-konten negatif ini sangat berbahaya bagi masyarakat khususnya bagi generasi muda. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menghindari pengaruh–pengaruh negatif yang muncul akibat penggunaan internet. Topik utama yang diangkat dalam kegiatan ini adalah tentang pengaruh perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi bagi masyarakat pada era globalisasi, khususnya tentang internet sehat dan etika berkomunikasi di dunia Maya. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilaksankan di Desa Suranadi, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penyuluhan yang dilakukan meliputi pemaparan materi oleh berbagai narasumber mengenai dampak positif dan negatif dari internet, serta tips memperolah keuntungan atau penghasilan yang bersumber dari internet. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah masyarakat Desa Suranadi sebagian besar belum benar-benar memahami cara ber-internet secara sehat dan baik, sehingga pelatihan-pelatihan seperti ini perlu dilakukan secara terus-menerus baik di Desa Suranadi maupun desa-desa lainnya di Kabupaten Lombok Barat

Abstract

Landslide is one of frequent natural disaster in Indonesia that can cause many casualties, damage the buildings, loss of livelihoods, deteriorating sanitation, and the emergence of many diseases. To minimize this, prevention is needed by mapping the landslide prone areas and provided the early warning. This research will test in six areas in Lombok there are Batulayar, Bayan, Tanjung, Gangga, Sambelia, and Sembalun. The variable used are ground height, slope, rainfall, soil type, and land cover. There is a lot of method that can use to mapping such as fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic is one of method that can mapping the input into the output space. By using fuzzy logic produces a level of accuracy for determining landslide prone areas is 83,3% and for the warning is 91,67%. So that, fuzzy logic can be used to mapping the landslide prone areas and make the early warning sytem.

Abstract

Lombok merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata utama yang ada di Indonesia, keindahan alamnya tidak kalah dengan Bali yang sudah terlebih dahulu terkenal di Manca Negara. Keberagaman budaya dan produk lokal yang dimiliki juga sangat banyak dan mendukung peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisata. Promosi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah tidak dapat mengakomodir semua obyek wisata dan mempromosikan produk lokal dari masyarakat tersebut, karena seiring dengan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pariwisata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan, banyak sekali muncul obyek wisata baru dan produk- produk baru yang tidak tersentuh oleh promosi pemerintah. Dan promosi yang dilakukan secara konvensional membutuhkan biaya yang sangat mahal. Diera digital saat ini media sosial, memegang peranan sangat penting dalam mempromosikan sesuatu. Selain kemampuannya untuk mempromosikan produk ataupun obyek, media sosial juga bisa digunakan untuk membuat personal branding yang pada hilirnya dapat mendatangkan keuntungan materi. Untuk membuat konten yang menarik perlu pelatihan ketrampilan kepada masyarakat untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam membuat konten yang ditampilkan dalam media sosial sehingga lebih banyak orang melihat dan berkomentar yang pada akhirnya dapat menjadi media promosi yang murah

Abstract

The e-Canteen system enhances efficiency and user experience in electronic-based canteen services. The study aimed to develop a platform streamlining transactions, inventory management, and interaction between customers and canteen service providers. Before implementation, critical issues identified included manual inventory management and slow ordering processes, which created inefficiencies. The system allows customers to order, pay, and track stock availability online, leading to a more efficient and convenient purchasing process. For canteen service providers, automated inventory management helps optimize stock control and reduces manual errors, promising a more streamlined and error-free operation. The E-Canteen system offers significant benefits to both customers and service providers. Customers enjoy a more efficient and convenient purchasing process, while service providers benefit from optimized stock control and reduced manual errors, fostering a more productive and error-free work environment. Additionally, BLU Unram can monitor canteen performance, enabling data-driven decisions to improve services and policies. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which ensured a user-centered design and rapid adaptation to feedback. Findings from the study demonstrated a 30% improvement in operational efficiency, with user satisfaction significantly increased according to internal surveys. The E-Canteen system addresses the operational challenges of managing canteen services and integrates smoothly with modern technological advancements, providing a scalable and adaptive solution for future growth. This system effectively resolves issues in traditional canteen management, offering benefits to customers and service providers regarding efficiency, convenience, and service quality.

Abstract

Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika merupakan salah satu destinasi pariwisata prioritas yang mulai dikenal dunia karena penyelenggaraan MotoGP dan kegiatan balapan lainnya yang berstandar nasional maupun internasional. Dalam mendukung kegiatan tersebut, aktivitas jual beli berkembang pesat, terutama oleh Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Namun, dalam praktiknya, beberapa PKL menjajakan dagangan mereka dengan cara memaksa dan kurang sopan, yang dapat mengganggu kenyamanan wisatawan serta menurunkan citra pariwisata KEK Mandalika. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan model bisnis digital yang didukung oleh teknologi dari Dinas Perdagangan NTB, yaitu NTB Mall. Program pengabdian ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan: persiapan aplikasi NTB Mall, pelatihan literasi digital, pelatihan model bisnis digital, serta pelatihan pengelolaan pasar modern. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) siap menjadi agent of change, terbukti dengan hasil pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 85, yang menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan aplikasi yang tinggi. Dampak lain yang terukur dari program ini mencakup peningkatan keterampilan digital bagi PKL, pemahaman strategi pemasaran digital, serta pertumbuhan ekonomi bagi para pedagang yang telah berpartisipasi. Selain itu, program ini juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan tata kelola kawasan KEK Mandalika dengan menata lokasi berdagang yang lebih rapi dan terorganisir, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan wisata yang lebih nyaman. Program ini juga mendorong peningkatan inklusi ekonomi bagi PKL melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing di era digital.

Abstract

Traditional Sasak weaving in Lombok faces major challenges such as counterfeit products, lack of supply chain transparency, and price disparities, all of which undermine sustainability and consumer trust. Blockchain technology offers potential solutions by improving transparency, security, and data integrity. However, adoption among weaving MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) remains limited due to low digital literacy and limited awareness of blockchain’s benefits. This study evaluates the acceptance of blockchain technology among traditional weaving MSMEs in Lombok using an Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Beyond the standard constructs Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) the model integrates Perceived Trust (PT), Perceived Privacy (PP), Perceived Security (PS), Social Influence (SI), and Customer Satisfaction (CS). A quantitative survey was conducted with 50 MSME actors in Sukarara, Lombok. Findings show that PEU significantly influences PU (path coefficient = 0.798; t = 11.520; p < 0.001), while Attitude Toward Using (ATU) strongly affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU) (path coefficient = 0.775; t = 5.147; p < 0.001). Both PS and PP significantly impact PT, with path coefficients of 0.410 and 0.380, respectively. Conversely, SI and CS have no significant effect on BITU. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power, with R² values of 81.7% for ATU and 80.7% for BITU. These results highlight that technical factors particularly usability and trust are more influential than social factors in determining blockchain adoption. The study recommends simplifying technology, improving digital literacy, and ensuring policy support to drive wider adoption among traditional MSMEs.

Abstract

Based on WHO data from 2024, Indonesia ranks second after India as the country with the highest number of tuberculosis (TB) cases in the world. Low patient adherence to regular medication intake, caused by the weakness of manual monitoring systems by healthcare workers, remains a major challenge in TB control. This study aims to develop a mobile application to monitor tuberculosis treatment and improve patient medication adherence. The application was developed using a software engineering approach with the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method, involving stages of planning, design, implementation, and iterative testing. Data collection techniques included observation, structured interviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through an online Likert-scale-based questionnaire. The outcome of this study is a mobile-based application featuring medication reminders, daily consumption reporting, monitoring by healthcare workers, and the provision of educational information. Black-box testing results indicated that all application features functioned as intended, while UAT results showed that the application is user-friendly and supports healthcare workers in effectively monitoring patient treatment. These findings demonstrate that the application can serve as a digital solution to improve TB treatment adherence and strengthen medication monitoring systems, particularly in high-burden areas.

Abstract

Mataram University Hospital faces problems in managing work schedules that are still manual using excel and are not integrated with the attendance system. This has an impact on operational management in hospitals that are less than optimal. This research aims to produce an adaptive scheduling and attendance system display that is integrated with the registration module in the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). The method used to build the system is the User Centered Design (UCD) Method integrated with the Extreme Programming (XP) Method, which includes the stages of user identification, identification of user needs, design and testing iteratively. Data was collected through observation and interviews with the hospital and analyzed qualitatively. Our findings resulted in the appearance of a scheduling and attendance system that aims to optimize operational management in hospitals. Testing the system interface using Usability Testing Method, System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to test the functionality and user experience conducted to 30 respondents consisting of staff and doctors. The SUS test results obtained a score of 76.41 and the “Good” category for all aspects of the UEQ test. Overall, the system has a good level of usability and user experience. This system successfully optimizes operational management in hospitals.

Abstract

Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) memiliki potensi besar di sektor pariwisata dengan kontribusi 19,5% terhadap pendapatan daerah. Namun, rendahnya keterampilan Bahasa Korea dan literasi digital masyarakat serta pelaku UKM menjadi hambatan dalam pelayanan wisatawan, khususnya asal Korea Selatan, dan promosi produk lokal. Padahal, kemampuan berbahasa Korea sangat penting untuk memperkuat interaksi, pengalaman wisatawan, promosi budaya, dan perluasan pasar produk lokal. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, Universitas Mataram melalui Program KKN Internasional bekerja sama dengan Seoul National University Social Responsibility (SNU-SR) dan Universitas Nasional (UNAS). Program ini mencakup pelatihan Bahasa Korea praktis, pengembangan konten digital, strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial, serta personal branding bagi UKM. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, seleksi, pelatihan hybrid (online–offline), pendampingan, evaluasi, dan pembentukan komunitas keberlanjutan. Hasil yang diharapkan meliputi peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dasar Bahasa Korea, keterampilan produksi konten digital, penguatan branding usaha, serta terbentuknya komunitas pasca pelatihan. Survei menunjukkan program ini efektif meningkatkan daya saing pariwisata NTB, terutama dalam menarik wisatawan Korea Selatan, sekaligus memperkuat posisi daerah dalam pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif.
