Abstract

This study to determine: (1) the effect of return on equity on stock returns in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX in 2010-2018, (2) the effect of price earning ratio on stock returns in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX in 2010-2018, (3) the effect of debt-to-equity ratio on stock returns in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX in 2010-2018. This research as causative research classified. This study in population were all companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX in 2010-2018, 50 companies totaling. This study in sample were 15 companies which determined by purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data, namely financial statements of companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are sourced from the official website of the IDX, ICMD using the documentation method. The analysis used was the chow test, hausmant test, lagrange test, panel regression analysis, determination coefficient (R2), F test and t test using the Eviews v.10 program. The test results show that (1) ROE has a positive and significant effect on stock returns in the consumer sector companies’ goods industry on the IDX in 2010-2018 (2) PER has a negative and significant effect on stock returns in the consumer sector companies’ goods industry on the IDX in 2010-2018 (3) DER has a negative and significant effect on stock returns in the consumer sector companies’ goods industry on the IDX in 2010-2018. So that shareholder can use ROE, PER and DER as one of the factors that affect stock returns. Meanwhile, further researchers are expected to expand the research by increasing the population and research samples and adding independent variables which are considered to affect stock returns.Keywords: stock return, return on equity, price earning ratio, debt equity ratio

Abstract

A qualify learning process that is fullfill the needs of students is urgent for a teacher, so that the expected learning objectives can be achieved. Implementation of multi-media in learning is one of alternative method. Lectora inspire is a program that can be used by teachers in designing multi-media learning. Lectora inspire can be used to combine flash, record video, combine images and screen capture. Lectora Inspire has the advantage of being user friendly, because it does not require understanding of complex programming languages. The design and manufacture of multi- media using the Lectora Inspire program is carried out by providing integrated training to teachers of SLTPN 7 Payakumbuh City. Training methods are provided by providing information, discussion, guided practice, independent practice and ending with evaluation.Keywords : media, instructional, lectora inspire

Abstract

An understanding of the world of work is not in accordance with the existing reality, many fields of development that require professional staff cannot be fulfilled by existing educational output. The deficiency is not only felt in terms of quantity and type, but also in terms of quality. work readiness is a condition that makes ready, and has the will, desire and ability to work. High work readiness is influenced by various aspects, including work interest and internship experience. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach, is one type of research whose specifications are systematically planned and structured clearly from the beginning of the design of the research. In this study which is an independent variable is the interest in work and internship experience, this research was conducted on UNP FE students who have carried out an internship experience course. Samples are taken based on probability sampling techniques: simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.00. The results of this study indicate that (1) Interest in work and experience of the work together jointly affects work readiness, (2) Interest in work has a positive and significant effect on work readiness, and (3)Experience has an influential internship and significance for work readiness.                                                . Abstract

Reciprocal Teaching is learning model that consisting of four strategies are summarizing, questioning generating, clarifying and predicting. The using of  reciprocal teaching  expected to increase independence and learning achievement students on economic subjects. This study aims to see the effectiveness of  reciprocal teaching  for increase the independence and learning achievement  students on economic subjects. This study is the research of quasi experiment. The population in this study are all students of XI IPA class SMA Negeri 6 Padang. The methods in this research is  descriptive analysis and inferensial analysis t test using the SPSS program version 21. The result of this research are 1) There are no difference independence students by using  reciprocal teaching with the independence of students by using the conventional models. 2) There are difference learning achievement  students by using reciprocal teaching with learning achievement  students by using the conventional models. The using of learning models of reciprocal teaching isn’t quite effective in an increase in the independence of students learning. The value of effect size obtained againts the independence of learning 0,23 that included in the low criteria. If viewed the percentage based on the curves normal 0 to Z can be obtained a number of 0,0948, that is the contribution of learning models of reciprocal teaching in an increase in the independence of learning students which amounted to 9,48%. But the using of learning models of reciprocal teaching is effective in an increase learning achievement  students, it looks based on the accounts effect size then found the number of 0,71 with high criteria. If viewed the percentage based on the curves normal 0 to Z can be obtained a number of 0,2711, that is the contribution of learning models of reciprocal teaching in an increase learning achievement  students  which amounted to 27,11%. In the use of reciprocal teaching models teacher should have a lot times and the students are expected for increase their ability in the search of information related on economic subjects.Keyword: reciprocal teaching, independence, learning achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial leverage, audit quality and corporate growth simultaneously and partially on earnings management in non-financial service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia: BEI) in 2016-2018. This type of research is causative. The subjects and objects in this research are non-financial service companies listed on the IDX during 2016 to 2018, amounting to 298 companies. This research uses purposive sampling technique and 93 companies were used as the sample technique. The Data collection techniques uses documentation techniques. Method is used regression analysis. Based on the results found simultaneously significant test (together) there is a significant influence between the variables of financial leverage, audit quality and company growth on earnings management. Partially significant test result show that financial leverage has no significant effect on earnings management, audit quality has a significant  management and company growth has a significant effect on management. Regarding management, it is expected that investors and the public will be more careful in reading information in financial statements so that later there are no mistaken in making a decision to invest..Keywords : financial leverage, audit, growth, earning management

Abstract

This research aims to explain the effect of digital literacy partially on entrepreneurial readiness in the digital era of Economics Faculty students, Padang State University.Type of research is associative descriptive. The study population was of Economics Faculty students, Padang State University, totaling 1579 people. The sampling technique used was proportional to random sampling, and the technique obtained 94 students as samples. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that 15.1% entrepreneurship readiness of Economics Faculty students, Padang State University is influenced by digital literacy, while the remaining 84.9% is influenced by variables not examined in this research. Therefore, it is expected that researchers can then examine other variables beyond the variables that have been studied to obtain more varied results to increase entrepreneurial readiness. Regarding digital literacy, students are expected to be able to maintain and improve communication and collaboration skills so that information related to entrepreneurship obtained on the internet can be better utilized.Keywords: digital literacy, entrepreneurship readiness

Abstract

This study. aims to reveal.the effect of the implementation of entrepreneurship learning and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness students. This type of research is associative descriptive. The study population is all students of class XII at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung. The sampling technique used was proportional to random sampling, and the technique obtained 75 students as samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk guru SMK Bisnis Manajemen di Kabupaten Agam dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan melalui bimbingan terpadu kepada guru mengenai pembuatan video pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang berbasis online maupun offline melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu, pemberian informasi dan diskusi, demontrasi, praktek langsung dan diakhiri dengan refleksi. Khalayak sasaran yaitu guru-guru SMKN 1 Baso, dan SMKN 1 Matur. Pelatihan dilaksanakan Pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2018 di SMKN 1 Matur sebanyak 38 orang dan 6 Oktober 2018 di SMKN 1 Baso dengan jumlah peserta 26 orang dan. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dalam bentuk penyampaian materi dengan metode ceramah dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi Tanya jawab serta praktek langsung, serta tugas mandiri dalam menggunakan aplikasi powtoon dan video maker. Secara kualitatif hasil yang diperoleh dengan adanya pelatihan ini para guru mitra telah mendapatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sangat mereka butuhkan dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan media dalam bentuk video.

Abstract

Good character and awareness are things that are very much needed in carrying out work in various kinds of student professions as future leaders need to have anti-fraud awareness so that later it is hoped that Indonesia will be more honest and clean. Learning. This study aims to increase student fraud awareness through accounting learning using Problem Based Learning Models Through Constextual Approach. This research is a Classroom Action Research study which has a spiral model from Kemmis and Toggart. The research procedure consists of several activity cycles. Which includes the stages of planning (plan), action (act), observation (observe) and reflection (reflection). The data collection instrument consisted of observation sheets, field notes and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach using percentages. The results showed that after carrying out 2 cycles of PTK in accounting learning 1, fraud awareness of students was in the very good category with a total score of 90.8

Abstract

Management and members need to increase their knowledge and skills regarding the form of business run by cooperatives so that later the goals of the cooperative can be achieved. This research uses descriptive method. With a comparative approach. This research is intended to test whether there are differences in the understanding of cooperative management and members in the implementation of retail management in the Serumpun Melati Putih Cooperative and the Pulau Harapan Cooperative before and after the training. The research respondents were the administrators and members of the Serumpun Melati Putih Cooperative and the Pulau Harapan Cooperative which amounted to 14 people, the data was collected in July 2022 with the data collection technique in the form of a test. The test given is in the form of questions related to understanding of retail management. The prerequisite test analysis uses a normality test. The data is processed by using paired sample t test. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in the understanding of the administrators and members of the cooperative regarding the implementation of retail management before and after the implementation of the training provide
