Abstract

This study aimed to describe the pattern of parent and adolescent communication in families at RT IV Fountain District Urban Village South Padang, with the aim of the study is 1). Stimulus-response model describes the pattern of parental communication with adolescents in the family and 2). Interactional models to describe the patterns of parent-adolescent communication in families at RT IV Fountain District Urban Village South Padang. This research is a descriptive study. Researchers took the study population was elderly and adolescents. This study uses total sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is to create a table for each variable and cross tables and bar charts among variables to describe patterns of parent-adolescent communication in families. Data analysis using the percentage formula. Results of research conducted can be described as follows: 1) The application of the communication patterns of parents and adolescents in families with stimulus-response models included in both categories with a percentage of 56%, 2) Application of communication patterns of parents and adolescents in families with Interactional models included into categories with a percentage of 62%, 3) Application of communication patterns teens and parents in families with stimulus-response models included in both categories with a percentage of 61% and 4) Application of communication patterns teens and parents in families with Interactional models included in both categories with a percentage of 60%. The author suggests that parents of adolescent communication should run well, parents should use gentle words in communicating with teens to avoid things that are not desirable, and vice versa teens want to show good communication to parents.

Abstract

Problem in this study is how the efforts of counselor help students who gain low learning outcong. This study alms to reveal: (1) an attempt totur helps learners im prove learning motivation, (2) guldance counselor attempts to help in improving the way of effective learning. This researchis a desviptive study that attempted to describe about a real situation. Population in this study were junior high school students grade VIII SMP N Pulau Punjung Kab. Dharmasraya there were 44 students. This sample taken from the population, therefor the sample collection technique is total random sampling. All population were sampled out come data were analyzed by using the tech nique of presentation. This study found that counselor’s effort to help students in improving motivation learning categorized unsatisfled because they onley get 52,3% and the datas also shows that supervison’s efreetively also unsitisfleed that is 84,1%. The ralter suggest to superviser and all teacher in SMP N 1 Pulau Punjung Kab. Dharmasraya more foends to students who gor a problem in specially who get low scone study learning.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the efforts of parents children develop talents in the arts. This study aims to describe how efforts to develop the talents of children of parents in the arts can be seen from (1) the efforts of parents in understanding the characteristics of young talent in the arts. (2) the efforts of parents to guide and develop young talent in the arts. This research is a descriptive study sought to describe a situation for what it is or the truth. The population in this study were the parents of the students at SDN 22 Tanah Keras Kecamatan Bayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, amounting to 96 people from classes I-VI. This study uses a sampling technique with purposive sampling based sampling considerations by researchers sampled only the upper class IV-VI which amounted to 51 people. The type of data in this study is the data interval, while the source of the data in this study were the parents of the students at SDN 22 Tanah Keras. Results of this study found that parents in an effort to understand the characteristics of young talent in both art categorized, and the efforts of parents in guiding and developing young talent in the arts well categorized. So it can be described in general of the research effort to develop the talents of children of parents in the arts well categorized. The authors suggest to students may always be a child who is full of creativity and develop talents and interests that exist in the child in accordance with their capabilities, as well as to parents increase effort has been given to children to encourage children to be more advanced in developing talent and creativity.

Abstract

Bassicly, Evaluationgives consideration or value based on certain criteria. There are some problems in the implementation of evaluation particularly on the evaluation of information services. BK teachers have not been able to see the success of the service information provided to students, based on the problem, the researcher was conducted a study on the implementation of the Information Service Evaluation Forum counselor in SMP N 11 Padang. The purpose of theresearchis to describe the implementation of the initial evaluationinformation services, the implementation of evaluation process information services, the implementation of the evaluation result information services. The researcher used descriptive research, population in this study were 189 people, the researcher used purposive sampling,the sample of this research were 60 people. A questionnaire as tool that used in collect the data, technique of data analysis is percentages.Results of this study found that: Implementation Evaluation Services Information Forum counselor in SMP N 11 Padang generally is good in the category, the variable are:1.Implementationinitial evaluation of information services that BK teachers did in SMP N 11 Padang is in the category quite well, 2. Implementation of the evaluation process conducted information services BK teacher in SMP N 11 Padang is also pretty good on the category,3. Implementation of the evaluation result information services evaluation that BK teachersin SMP N11 Padang is in the category quite well.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the planning guidance and counseling program conduct counselor. Based on the initial survey found a tutor is not planning guidance and counseling programs to suit the needs of learners (need assessment). This study aimed to look at how planning guidance and counseling program conducted by the counselor at the SMP Negeri Kecamatan Mungka Kabupaten 50 Kota, with the limitation of the research problems are: 1) The form of the preparation of planning guidance and counseling program conducted by the counselor views of learners needs 2) form of planning guidance and counseling program conducted by the counselor views of determination means, personnel / division of labor. This type of research is qualitative research. This study takes a guidance counselor at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Mungka Kabupaten 50 Kota as research informants. The Data were collected through interviews and documentation of the planning guidance and counseling program. The findings of the study revealed that planning guidance and counseling program conducted by the counselor is still lacking, due to the lack of existing infrastructure in schools, lack of creativity in finding a tutor learner needs, the lack of instrumentation applications that are used to determine the needs of the students and lack of support from school personnel in planning guidance and counseling program. Based on the research results to the counselor recommended interested parties will be expected to be able to use instrumentation application guidance and counseling to determine the needs of the students in planning a program appropriate guidance and counseling needs of the students, are expected to renew a program that fits the needs of learners every year, and personnel in the school are expected to be working in planning guidance and counseling programs to suit the needs of learners.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the conselor skill in using personal counseling techniques at junior high school 10 in Padang. The purpose of this research is to describe about: (1) counselor skill in reception of client while counseling, (2) the counselor skill in having empathy toward client while counseling, (3) the counselor technique in giving available questions toward the client while conseling. Kind of this research is descriptive research. Sample in this research is the students at SMP 10 Negeri Padang who ever follow the personal conseling that to amount to 38 persons. The technique of data colecting in this research is purpose sampling tehnique. the instrument that used to colect the data is questionnaire. The data treated by using presentation technique. The findings of this research are:  (1) the skill of the counselor in receiving the client is as many as 20 students, where the percentage of suitable category is 52.63%. (2) the skill of counselor in having empathy to amount to 19 students included verry good with persentage 50%. (3) the counselor skill in giving available question to amount to 23 students included into suitable category is 60.53%. Based on this research finding that recommended for counselors’ school, so that will be able to improve the ability in doing personal counseling that related with their techniques.

Abstract

The background of this research based on hardness which happen to students in the school. The purpose of this research to describe, (1) aggression behavior of student phisically, (2) aggression behavior of student psychologically. This research is a Descriptive qualitative research. The chousing sample use snowball sampling technique. This research three students of class XII as the key informans who have aggression behavior and 3 students ajain as addiny informan also two BK teachers in that school. The data is collected by interview, observation, and documentasion. This data is measured by triangulation after that next to take conclusion. The result of this research shows that 1) aggression behavior of students phisically such as phisic, figh attach each school. Each ridicule. Between students to other students and one of them reply and do not accept the behavior of their friends so students reply with hit their friend who ridicule or mocking the students before. Meanwhile (2) aggression behavior of student psychologically happen each ostracizing, joking, sayins dirti word and humiliate. This research is suggested to students, BK’s teacher, charman of school and all personil in school and also for researcher.

Abstract

The background of this reserach is teenagers that break from the school, and there are teenagers which decide to stop from the school before they pass it. The purpose of this research is to describe internal and external factors that cause teenagers break the school. This research is done with Qualitative Aprroach that is Descriptive Characteristic. Informants of the research are breaking teenagers, parents and friends. The data is collected toward interview. Determining informants are done using Snow Ball Procedure which informants are known from research subject with determining key informants. The result of the research explains that: 1). Internal factors cause teenagers breaking from the school such as: a). Wanted from theirself to get low education. b). Doubt with their ability. c). The school is assumpted that is not interesting, because there are assignment and role from the school. d). Learning ability is low level. 2). External factors cause teenagers breaking the school alike: a). Economic of family is so difficult. b). least attention from parents. c). Playing field or friends. d). Roles and dicipline from school make teenagers are confusing and decide to stop going school.

Abstract

The backgroud of this research is about high level of breakup at Kenagarian Kapuh Utara Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan that is caused  least understanding husband and wife are about meaning of marriage, leaving their partner because they do not have children, material needs does not suffice, least communication among them, happening action of physical hardness. The kinds of this research is Qualitative Research which is study case. In this research is source of main data research that is chosen based procedure of Snowball  is husband and wife is breakup amount 4 couple. The data collection of the research is toward observation, interview and documentation. The result of this research say that 1). Cause factors breakup thai are seen from phisiology of couple such as: a) Money income is too low, b) Often happen hardness home, c) Husband ignores their obligation at home and arranges children, d) The couple does not have children since life home. 2). Cause factors  breakup which are looked from physicology condition alike: a) Does not appreciate partner, b) Often jealous and suspicious, c) Least communication, d) accepting behaviour and giving belove among.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik komunikasi peserta didik SMU dan yang terisolir dan populer. Untuk tujuan tersebut digunakan pendekaran kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, sosiometri, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data dilakukan wawancara dengan beberapa orang informan yaitu teman subyek dan guru BK serta pengamatan dan wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dan beberapa orang pembantu peneliti, sebagai upaya trianggulasi terhadap informasi yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterisolasian dan kepopuleran peserta didik di dalam lingkungan sosialnya terutama di sekolah, tidak terlepas dari peran teman-temannya dan komunikasi peserta didik di dalam kelas: dari semuanya itu hal yang berperan sangat besar adalah keadaan internal peserta didik dalam merespon lingkungan sosialnya.
