Abstract

Koperasi BMT Syariah East Java is one of sharia-based cooperatives located in the area of Gresik, East Java. BMT cooperatives encountered many obstacles in society such as low awareness of the public in cooperatives, negative impression of the cooperative BMT, the level of customer confidence in the institution to be low, the limitations of market coverage and others. The matrices used in this study are IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), CPM (Competitive Profile Matrix), SWOT, SPACE (Strategic Position and Action Evaluation), BCG (Boston Consulting), IE Matrix ( Internal-External), Grand Strategy Matrix, QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) and Architecture Strategy. The results of this study are several alternative strategies such as Strategy 3 (S3), which is to improve the image of sharia cooperative BMT, Strategy 1 (S1) Increase participation, Strategy 6 (S6) establish partnership relationship with financial institution, Strategy 10 (S10) Product range and strategy 2 (S2) Expand the market. The next stage is the strategy architecture that is the stage toward the development stage, the stage of business development activities and the stage of maintaining the business. Strategy architecture stage is done by making short, medium and long term plan.

Abstract

The hospital is a public health service institution. The hospital environment is an aspect that also needs to be considered and managed well. One effort to support the management of a healthy, clean and friendly environment is a green hospital. The application of green hospital covers environment with the green environment, water usage efficiency, electric energy, material use and waste reduction. Evaluation of environmental impact assessment There are several steps including characterization, damage assessment, normalization, weighting and the single score. The methods used under Eco Indicator 99 of some environmental impacts include carcinogens, respiratory organics, climate change, radiation, the ozone layer, ecotoxicity, acidification/eutrophication, land use, minerals, and fossil fuel. While to assess the environmental impact of waste can be seen from the results of life cycle assessment based on characterization, normalization weighting, and the single score. The environmental impacts generated in hospitals affecting human health is 0.153209 Pt, eco system quality of 0.178514 Pt, and resources 0.359308 Pt.

Abstract

PT Citra Abadi Bosco Gresik is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry that management production on plywood wood. The company is long established, but for the past two years the company has received orders from a market that is strong enough in the production of plywood types so the demand for plywood is very optimal. The optimal supply of raw materials is one of the ways emphasis in production cost. This effort is able to minimize the cost of inventory which is the trend of raw materials inventory among companies. Raw material inventory levels are efficient enough, not too much so as to minimize expenses such as ordering costs, raw material storage costs, the frequency of raw materials purchases and the amount of raw material needs optimal, the point of reorder so that companies can obtain optimal benefits. To anticipate fluctuations in demand, seasonal demand and out of stock resulting in customers moving to other companies, so far the company is in demand to be able to serve customer demand in a timely manner, appropriate materials and exact amount of production. Smooth process in production, it is necessary a control system to get a minimum total cost. One is the Economy Order Quantity (EOQ) method. Predicting past data by predicting future forecasts is very influential and helpful in predicting future production figures by requiring existing data in the past. The results of the calculations performed on the forecast using the method of winter multiplicative model obtained from meranti raw materials of 1892.146 m3, melamine raw material of 3188.136 liters, resin raw material of 6064,477 liters, and raw materials gumtape of 1727.495 kg. Control of plywood raw material inventory according to EOQ method can be seen that the value of raw materials meranti large amount economical order 19 m3. Frequency of booking every year 99 times. Timing between ordering of meranti timber 3 days. Safety stock 51 m3. Reorder point 76.47 m3. Total cost of supplies is Rp.3,788,373,732. Melamine raw material large number of economical orders 152 liters. Frequency of booking every year 21 times. Intermediate time between melamine orders 17 days. Safety stock 96 liters. Reorder point 114.39 liters. Total inventory cost Rp.163.631.791. Raw material resin large amount of economic order amounted to 332 liters. Frequency of booking every year 18 times. Time between 20 days resin ordering. Safety stock 12 liters. Reorder point 47 liters. Total cost of inventory is Rp.93.732.802. Large gumtape raw material the order amount of economy 103 kg. Frequency of booking every year 16 times. The time between gumtape reservation 21 days. Safety stock of 0.699 kg. Reorder point 10 kg. Total cost of supplies Rp.35.853.476.

Abstract

Perencanaan kegiatan proyek dilakukan setiap pekerjaan salah satunya adalah kegiatan perencanaan proyek. Penetuan perencanaan kegiatan proyek ini berfungsi untuk mengoptimalkan waktu durasi alokasi pelaksanaan yang diselesaikan dengan waktu optimal sehingga suatu proyek bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan tepat waktu sehingga tidak terjadinya keterlambatan waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan proses produksi H-Beam di PT. Mulcindo Steel Industry dan menentukan waktu penyelesaian proses produksi H-Beam dengan menggunakan metode PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) dan CPM (Critical Path Method). Kegiatan proses produksi besi jenis H-Beam ini terdapat hubungan ketergantungan aktivitas satu dengan yang lain seperti Pengecekan Plat, Perencanaan Pemotongan Jalur Plat, Pemotongan Plat, Penghalusan Sisi Plat, Penyambungan Pertama Bagian Flange ke Bagian Web, Penyambungan ke-2 Bagian Flange ke Bagian Web, Pengelasan System SAW, Proses Repair, Proses Pelurusan Produk, Proses Akhir Pengecekan Dimensi, Proses Memberi Label Barang. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan metode PERT dan CPM dapat diketahui ada 11 kegiatan proses produksi yang dilakukan selama 160 menit dan ada satu slack=0 yang berada dikegiatan G, sehingga lintasan kritis pada kegiatan proses produksi besi baja H-beam adalah A – C – D – E- F – G – H – I- J – K dengan waktu penyelesaian proses selama 160 menit.

Abstract

Quality control is a technique used to control, manage manufacturing processes and services by analyzing, managing and improving products using statistical methods. This study aims to determine the cause of defects in production by providing suggestions for improvement in the process of making a veil. The steps of this research procedure are carried out several stages including moving average, exponential smoothing, define, measure, analyze, improve, control. The results of this research show that the defect of hood products is not neat stitching, the fabric used is wrinkled, there are holes in the veil fabric, ink on the color is not suitable when printing, the environment is less conducive so workers are less focused when working. For the results of calculations from six sigma obtained Defect per Million Opportunity value obtained a value of 1916.33 and a sigma value of 4.391.ABSTRAK Pengendalian kualitas merupakan teknik yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan, mengelola proses manufaktur maupun jasa dengan menganalisis, mengelola dan memperbaiki produk dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persediaan bahan baku dengan menggunakan metode peramalan, serta menentukan jumlah permintaan kebutuhan, mengetahui penyebab terjadinya cacat pada produksi dengan memberikan usulan perbaikan pada proses pembuatan kerudung. Langkah prosedur penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan antara lain moving average, exponential smoothing, define, measure, analyze, improve, control. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan jenis defect produk kerudung antara lain jahitan kurang rapi, kain yang digunakan kusut, terdapat lubang pada kain kerudung, tinta pada warna tidak sesuai saat cetak, lingkungan yang kurang kondusif sehingga pekerja kurang fokus saat bekerja. Untuk hasil dari perhitungan dari six sigma didapatkan nilai Defect per Million Opportunity diperoleh nilai sebesar 1916,33 dan nilai sigma sebesar 4,391. Kata kunci : metode six sigma; SIPOC; peramalan; fishbone; 5W-1H

Abstract

PT. Socfindo Indonesia Seunagan Plantation is a company that produces palm oil and palm kernel (PKO). This observation aims to determine the parameters of free fatty acids in PT. Socfindo Indonesia Seunagan Plantation. Is it within the quality control limits based on the Xbar and Rbar control charts, as well as investigations into the causes of improving the quality of palm oil with Free Fatty Acid (FFA) parameters. Based on the results of the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) quality control chart, the number of samples for free fatty acid levels, according to the control chart Xbar = 2.1375 and Rbar = 1.2308, there are some data that are out of the control limit UCL = 2.7323, CL = 2.1375 LCL = 1.5427 after modification of Xbar and Rbar control chart. Based on the results of observations, interviews and fieldwork, there are five factors that affect the quality of Crude Palm Oil (CPO). The factors themselves are raw materials, work environment, people, machines and work methods and techniques.This case study was conducted on a company that produces palm oil and palm kernel (PKO). Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) merupakan media penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh Dosen Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Teuku Umar. Pelaksanaan PKM ini dengan bertema meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya pendidikan di masa pandemi covid-19. Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya pendidikan bagi generasi muda di era revolusi industri 4.0, dan terutama juga di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Peserta PKM adalahsiswa-siswi Madrasah Aliyah (MA) dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) yang bernaung dibawah yayasan Makmue Raya, dan juga dihadiri oleh para pengurus yayasan dan Guru yang keseluruhannya berjumlah 83 orang. Peserta PKM mengikuti sosialisasi yang berupa ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab mengenai pentingnya pendidikan bagi generasi muda.Luaran dari PKM ini adalah membuka wawasan siswa sebagai generasi muda yang hidup di era milenial dan dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0, diharapkan agar dapat lebih meningkatkan kesadaran dalam hal pendidikan. Selain itu generasi muda juga harus memiliki skill atau kemampuan yang mumpuni agar mudah beradaptasi dengan berbagai perkembangan teknologi, dan tidak semakin tertinggal serta kalah dalam persaingan lokal maupun global.Perkembangan teknologi pun mempermudah generasi muda dalam belajar, terutama dalam masa pandemi covid-19 yang aksesnya secara fisik serba terbatas.

Abstract

Abstract

At the palm oil mill there is a purification station, namely the clarification station. The function of the purification station is as a separator of oil and impurities and to be able to obtain CPO in a completely pure state. At the crude palm oil refining station, it is processed and purified, namely the extracted oil from the press machine. standard oil is obtained. There are a number of machines that are ready to work for a long time during the processing at the refining station, so as a result, if there is damage to the machine, the processing will fail. In order for the purification station to operate smoothly, maintenance activities are activities that need to be carried out, especially in critical areas. It can be identified using the FMEA to select the most appropriate maintenance activities for critical parts. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the critical parts of the purification station using the FMEA method. The procedure for finding the results of observations are (1) Collecting materials in the form of data, (2) Identifying critical parts, (3) Selecting maintenance activities. The results of this observation are that the critical parts at the purification station are found in the auto valve and valve inlet with an RPN value of 432. Thus, maintenance activities are carried out by replacing components (replacement).

Abstract

Community service activities (CSA) are a medium for delivering science and technology to the public. The implementation of this service is carried out by Lecturers of the Industrial Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Teuku Umar University. The implementation of this PKM with the theme of Commercialization of Agriculture is located in the Gampong Leukeun area, Samatiga District, West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, Indonesia. The purpose of this Community Service is to give an overview to the Gampong Community about the importance of Agricultural Commercialization and as an initial effort to increase the commercial capacity of agricultural products by providing guidance and assistance. After the service is carried out, it is hoped that village apparatus and the community can understand and be able to apply it in Gampong Leukeun. Efforts are needed to narrow the gap so that the level of inequality in community groups in the village can be met, such as productivity gaps, digital inequality, data and information agriculture, Digital Agriculture and Millennials. for example through mentoring, intensive counseling and capacity building in farmer groups.
