Abstract

This study attempts to mendiskripsikan management character education at the university of pancasakti tegal. This research adopting descriptive-qualitative namely research that only describes the phenomena of subject research in they are, by exposure to the results of the study qualitatively. Informants as a source of data were chosen purposively, that is set in the a person who is regarded know a lot about problems the treatment. This informant covering officials, lecturers teaching MPK, and students in a limited number of. The result of research give a description, that in oops tegal character education carried out by of several units of institutions, among others. (1) management unit matakuliah develop the character of (MPK), (2) units for student activities, (3) a unit spirituality. Concluded that third implementation unit character education has yet to walk by satisfactory. The findings from the field indicated distortion, deficiency, obstacles and overlapping management in character education. MPK can’t run optimal, both in terms of management, lecturers, management learning, and evaluation. Activities kemahasiswaan had a role good for participants , honey do not all students come in it , unit spirituality is not widely known and interested in. The implications of the result of this research is character education in oops will participate and function optimally, when university pancasakti tegal could compatibly combine three implementation unit character education so the all parties concerned can optimize the role of each others. Keywords: management , character education , student activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolahterhadap kinerja guru; pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru,besaran pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru; pengaruh kompetensi pedagogikterhadap kinerja guru; pengaruh simultan dari budaya organisasi sekolah, kompensasi,dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen di KotaTegal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif.Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Bisnis danManajemen di Kota Tegal sejumlah 170 orang. Besarnya sampel diambil menggunakantabel Krecjie dan dengan cara proportional random sampling. Sebanyak 114 gurudilibatkan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptifvariabel budaya organisasi sekolah diperoleh mean sebesar 83,9298 dalam kategoribaik atau 61,40%, kompensasi diperoleh mean sebesar 72,2544 dalam kategori baikatau 50,00%, kompetensi pedagogik diperoleh mean sebesar 85,1667 dalam kategoribaik atau sebesar 59,65% dan kinerja guru diperoleh mean sebesar 99,9737 dalamkategori tinggi atau sebesar 67,54% pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bisnis danManajemen di Kota Tegal. Ada pengaruh positif signifikan, budaya organisasi sekolah,kompensasi dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 46,8%. Pengaruhpositif ini berarti bahwa jika budaya organisasi sekolah semakin baik, kompensasisemakin baik atau memadai, dan kompetensi pedagogik semakin baik maka kinerja gurumeningkat

Abstract

The aim of this research was to describe the process and the role of character education at University of Pancasakti Tegal. The research used qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected by Penelitian menerapkan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif. Data obtained by observation and depth interviews with a number of lecturer, staff, and student who got involved in character education at University of Pancasakti Tegal, in limited ways. The data sources were not chosen randomly, but were determined to people who were considered to know a lot about the problems studied. Data processing run simultaneously withdata collection, as well as through the process of triangulation data so that the data obtained was tested. The results of the study illustrated, that the implementation of character education at the University Pancasakti Tegal run through various units, namely units Course Personality Development, Student Activity Unit and Spirituality Unit , each had been running well, but all three units need to be synergized and continuously improved. The implication of these results is that the character education at the University Pancasakti Tegal be laid out in a comprehensive and enhanced on an ongoing basis so that the results can really helpful.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how the process and role of character education at Pancasakti University Tegal. Data obtained by observation and in-depth interview to a number of lecturers, employees, students of character education players in a limited lane at the University of Pancasakti Tegal. These data sources are not randomly selected, but are determined on people who are considered to know a lot about the issues under study. Data processing runs simultaneously with data collection, as well as through triangulation process to obtain the provision of data that has been tested. The results of the study provide an illustration that the implementation of character education at Pancasakti Tegal University runs through various units, namely the Personality Development Unit, the Student Activity Unit and the Kerokhanian unit. Each has been running well, but the three units need to be synergized and continuously improved. The implication of this research is that the group of character education improvement at Pancasakti University must be comprehensively upgraded and continuously improved so that the result can really be useful.

Abstract

Covid-19 has now attacked Indonesia, where the spread of the disease is very fast. Not only in Indonesia, but all corners of the world are currently experiencing a health crisis. In the beginning, the spread of Covid-19 had an impact on economic activity which began to sluggish. This also has an impact on the education system in Indonesia. Until several countries decided to close schools and universities. In an effort to prevent the spread of covid-19, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends temporarily stopping activities that would potentially cause crowds. Even during the outbreak, covid-19 in Indonesia, there were many ways that the government did to prevent its spread through social distancing. Kemendikbud instructed through the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) Directorate of Higher Education Circular No. 1 of 2020 concerning the prevention of the spread of covid-19 in the world of Education to organize distance learning and advise students to learn from their homes. Teachers and students are starting to be required to follow the current situation by using technology as a distance learning medium. One of the media that is being favored by teachers as a learning medium is the Google Classroom application. This application is an application that can make it easier for students and teachers to create effective learning. Given that students today are a generation who are very familiar with the use of technology. The use of technology in learning is an alternative method used by teachers during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Consumptive behaviour in adolescents arises because they want to show that they can also follow the fashions nowadays, join in with friends, want to look different from others and tend to be never satisfied with what they already have. Consumptive behaviour begins to emerge when there is a change in the pattern of consumption behaviour, namely irrational consumption behaviour or only due to emotional factors. This research aims to know 1)the effect parsial of financial literacy on the comsumptive behavior, 2) The effect self-contrl on the comsumptive behavior, 3) The effect peer groups on the comsumptive behaviorand 4)the effect socio-economic conditions of parents on the consumptive behaviour of Grade XI students also 5)to know the effect simultan of financial literacy, self-control, peer groups and the socio-economic conditions of parents on the consumptive behaviour of Grade XI students of SMK NU 1 Islamiyah Kramat. The population of this research were students of SMK NU 1 Islamiyah Kramat, Class XI Accaountancy One for 93 students consisting of 3 classes, XI Accountancy class as many as 93 students, XI Accountancy One as many 31 student, Accountancy Two class as many as 30 students and XI Accountancy Three class as many as 32 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a paper or questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The effect of financial literacy on consumptive behaviour is 48,5%, self-control has an effect on consumptive behaviour by 27.8%, peer group has an effect of 15.2% and the socio-economic conditions of parents have an effect of 21.4%. The regression equation Y = 17,878-0,379 X1-0,195 X2 + 0,168 X3 + 0,382X4. There is an effect of financial literacy, self-control, peer groups and the socio-economic conditions of parents on consumptive behaviour collectively are 71,8% and the other variabel is 29,3% Based on the results of this research, students are expected to be able to make a priority scale before making a purchase transaction. So that students have a good literacy financial do not have consumptive behaviour.

Abstract

The transnational headmasters' leadership is very much needed as a way to increase teacher professionalism with some of the efforts made by principals as leaders. This research approach is a qualitative case study type, data source that is, the principal as a source of informants supported by other sources. In this study, it can be concluded: 1) The strategy of the Head of SMP Negeri 1 Tegal City in improving teacher professionalism, is by conducting activities that lead to the development of quality teachers through teacher competency improvement programs, 2) Implementation of transformational leadership of principals in improving teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri 1 Tegal is implemented by influencing teachers and education personnel to carry out their duties according to the authority given. 3) Factors that support school principals in increasing teacher professionalism are by increasing teacher welfare and certification allowances, these are provided to motivate teachers to be able to improve the performance of educators and teachers. 4) Factors that inhibit the principal in improving teacher professionalism, the limited facilities that are able to support the implementation of the teaching and learning process, there are still teachers who have not maximized the tasks and responsibilities given.

Abstract

It is impossible to achieve competence without directly involving it in learning. A teacher must be able to plan lessons that encourage students to participate in the learning process actively. One of the things that is encouraged is that the ability of entrepreneurship teachers to provide reinforcement is one of the skills that must be mastered to form students' entrepreneurial character. This study aims to determine the relationship between the ability of entrepreneurship teachers to reinforce the entrepreneurial attitudes of class XI students of SMIK N 1 Slawi Academic Year 2020-2021. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all class XI students of SMIK N 1 Slawi in the academic year 2020/2021, with 128 students divided into four classes. Data collection techniques are the methods used in collecting research data. The research techniques used are questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the average ability of entrepreneurship teachers to provide reinforcement is in the high category, while entrepreneurial attitudes are in the supportive category, and there is a positive relationship between the ability of entrepreneurship teachers and students' entrepreneurial attitudes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi implementasi penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila melalui pembalajaran berbasis proyek dan respon siswa terhadap penerapan model Project Based Learning dalam penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam Pembelajaran berbasis proyek dilakukan dengan 8 tahap dan pembelajaran model Project Based Learning dilakukan dengan sintaks sebagai berikut: Assesmen diagnostic, Tahap pengenalan fell. Tahapan imagine konstektual, Tahapan Do Aksi, Tahapan share  refleksi, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut.  Siswa merespon dengan baik model pembelajaran berbasis proyek karena tidak membosankan dan memotivasi siswa untuk semangat belajar, sehingga model pembelajaran Project Based Leraning efektif dan tepat digunakan dalam penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila
