Abstract

Abstract. High rainfall at the planned mine site can hamper mining operations in achieving the production target of 500,000 MT/year. Planning of a mine drainage system is needed which is well reviewed technically and also the costs arising from the making of the mine drainage system. Analysis of daily rainfall data at the research location in 2010-2019 using gumbel distribution, obtained rainfall plan of 138.26 mm/day for the 5- year return period. After an analysis of the influential rain catchment area, a location that requires open channels and sewers was obtained. There are still dimensions of open channels and sewers that are not in accordance with the area of rain catchment that is influential based on the results of calculations. Excessive sedimentation in the sewer inlet occurs due to material conditions in the research area dominated by erosioneasily eroded sediment material and an open channel slope of >3% at the upstream. Avalanche on the open channel wall occurs because the material on the open channel wall is weak material and easily affected by water. In addition, the slope dimension of the wall is too steep (more than 60o ) also affects the avalanche that occurred. Excessive sedimentation in the inlet of sewers can be minimized by making a drop structure design and flow breaker structure while avalanches on open channel walls can be minimized by making the slope dimensions of open channel walls > 60o .Keyword: Production, Rainfall, Open channels, Culvert, Sedimentation

Abstract

Abstract. In the year of 2018, PT. Saptaindra Sejati has not been able to reach the overburden production target set by PT. Adaro Indonesia for the Pit Central is 45,000.00 m³, while the actual production achieved is 43,477,658 m³. In mining activities at PT. Saptaindra Sejati often occurs in the queue of transportation equipment and sometimes the digging tool is waiting. This is caused by an irregular device circulation system. In order to deal with the possibility of a queue of transportation equipment, the method of queuing for transportation is better than now, namely by the one and a half queue method. The one queue method is as applied as possible so that the hanging tool loading time when the spotting time is zero, so that work efficiency and productivity can be increased and production costs can be streamlined. The working efficiency of the loading digger after the application of the one and a half queuing method has increased by 4.6%, while the working efficiency of the conveyance has increased by 0.5%. Productivity of the digging tool at the Pit Central after the application of the one and a half queue method has increased from 2,950.38 m3/ hour to 3,282.24 m3/ hour, while the transportation equipment productivity has increased from 2,622.21 m3/ hour to 2,990.72 m3/ hour . To achieve harmony in the workings of the tool after optimization, it is necessary to increase the number of transport equipment. The production costs at the Pit Central for stripping overburden from the 4000 class loading tool have a profit of $ 0.396 / m3 after the application of the one and a half queue method.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Semen Padang is one of the companies engaged in mining, especially limestone, silica, clay and iron. Which mining is located in Batu Karang Putih Bukit Ngalau, Indarung Village, Kuranji District, Padang City, West Sumatra Province. With the opening of mining in the pit limit area with limestone reserves and the many production demands, mining is carried out in the pit limit area. Based on the description above, it is necessary to estimate the number of loading and hauling tools to be used and an estimate of the total operational costs to be incurred in limestone mining for the pit limit area at PT. Semen Padang.The calculation of the results of the need for the equipment obtained using the same tool is using a Komatsu PC 1250 Excavator digging tool and HD 785-7 type Dump Truck. The results in 2019 from September to December were 1 unit of Exca and 2 units of Dump Truck, in 2020 there were 1 unit of excavator and 3 units of dump truck, in 2021 there were 1 exca and 3 units of dump truck. And in 2022 there will be 1 excavator and 2 dump trucks. For operational costs per year on the komatsu PC 1250 excavator unit digging equipment amounting to Rp.1,484,457,648 / Year and operational costs for loading unit HD 785-7 units Rp. 8,627,409,264/years.Keywords: limestone, operating cost, Excavator, Dump Truck, Produksi

Abstract

Hal yang menjadi tolak ukur penilaian keberhasilan perusahaan pertambangan adalah produksi yang dihasilkannya. Kinerja alat gali muat merupakan ujung tombak perencanaan produksi. Tidak produktifnya waktu kerja secara langsung merupakan dampak dari sistem kerja yang tidak bagus. Pada rangkaian penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pendataan pemakaian waktu oleh alat gali muat sehingga didapatkan rincian waktu kerja alat meliputi waktu kerja yang produktif dan hambatan yang memangkas waktu kerja. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif dimana secara garis besar hal yang paling utama dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah mendata dan merinci waktu kerja berupa angka dari alat gali muat setiap hari selama sebulan lalu mengevaluasi, sehingga didapatkan hasil produksi. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata waktu alat gali muat benar-benar bekerja setiap harinya adalah 3,55 jam/hari dengan hasil produksi hanya (25.417,997 ton). Kemudian penulis melakukan evaluasi, apabila waktu kerja ditingkatkan menjadi 5 jam/hari, hal ini dapat meningkatkan hasil produksi menjadi (35.819,3476 ton) dan penambahan pendapatan dari (Rp 12.708.998.500) menjadi (Rp 17.909.673.800).

Abstract

Abstract. PT Semen Padang plans to commission their new cement factory, Indarung VI, which increases monthly demands for limestone and silica stone (supplied by existing Mine Area of Bukit Karang Putih) to 1.117.781 tones and 156.773 tones. This research is purposed to get the capability of production equipment (loaders, trucks, crushers, belt conveyors) in existing area to match production targets and to determine what kind of optimization is needed to make the equipment capable to fulfil the target. We approach this research by using a simulation that build based on actual conditions (operation pattern, effective working hours, and productivity), then comparing the result to the production targets. Optimizations are determined by analyzing effective hours and productivity of each equipment, then compare them to the theoretical ones. From the simulation, equipment in existing area has actual production of 674.503 tones limestone, and 81.960 ton silicastone, only 60% and 52% of the production targets. Therefore, optimization needs to be done. Optimization is doing by: improving the work efficiency from 69,90% to 86,11%; recalculate matching fleet; and adding two extra shifts per day. After implementing optimization into simulation, equipment in existing area finally, match production target, by producing 1.133.487 tones limestone and 162.471 tones silica stone.Keywords:  Commissioning; Simulation; Optimization; Effective Hours; Productivity

Abstract

Abstarct. Increasing the optimization of state revenue is still a challenge for the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal in managing PNBP. Since the transfer of mining supervision to the central government, the challenges have become bigger and increase. Various efforts have been made by the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal but based on the Audit Results Report (LHP) BPK RI there are still various findings related to PNBP management, including the value that must be paid is not in accordance with the obligations that must be deposited, late payments, and the implementation of regulations and regulations that are not yet optimal. To solve this problem, the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal has built an e-PNBP Application System which aims to simplify the calculation of PNBP obligations by the payer, facilitate the evaluation and verification of PNBP obligations by evaluators, and to make payment billing. Abstract

PT. Semen Padang has 4 units of crushing plant there are crusher II, IIIA,IIIB, and VI. Production of limestone crusher in April 2017 is 692,755 tons, while thetarget of limestone crusher production is 804,749 tons so the target of limestonecrusher production in PT. Semen Padang in April 2017 was not achieved. This iscaused of the target crusher working hours are not achieved, frequent improvementsin the crusher, and the change of usage belt conveyor lines. The purpose of thisresearch is to get the performance value of crushing plant and belt conveyor, get theproduction capacity of belt conveyor, reveal the ideal crusher working system so wecan get the ideal limestone crusher production.This research was combined between theory with field data, then we can getthe problem solving approach, and the result of data processing will be analyzed forsubsequent to be generated a recommendation.Based on the research result can be concluded. First, the performance ofcrushing plant and belt conveyor is not optimal because the work efficiency oflimestone crusher II is 26,20%, crusher IIIA is 21,54%, and crusher IIIB is 28,33%.Second, the minimum production capacity of the belt conveyor is 1,409.7 tons/hour.Third, the ideal crusher working hours is 672 hours in a month so that the productionof limestone crusher 810,992 tons in a month.

Abstract

Abstract.Coal is one of the minerals contained in the Indonesian energy with enormous potential, the one in Sumatra. Location IUP PT. Andhika Pratama Yoga is located in District Pauh, Sarolangun, Jambi. In an effort to determine the amount of the reserves contained in the mining permit area, then a company must carry out exploration activities, which includes observation of outcrop (outcrop descriptions, measurement strike and dip) and mapping the subsurface by observing the cutting results of drilling activity. This study of the general mengambaran thickness conditions in the study area, counting the coal reserves in the area of research until the pit design and mine layout. From the correlation between the point of drilling. Resource calculation performed using software Minescape and the method of poligons. Volume obtained for the pit reserve of 12 hectares amounted 26900.01 tons and the amount of overburden to be opened for 78177.11 tons. With striping ratio is 1: 2.906. Abstract. PT. Tebo Agung International is a company that will plan coal mining in Semambu Village, Sumay Subdistrict, Tebo District, an investment analysis and economic feasibility of the mine are needed to see the prospect of coal reserves in that location. Reference to the preparation of the economic model used is based on investment costs, production costs, and revenues from coal sales. To consider this, an economic feasibility analysis is needed. The parameters used to determine the economic feasibility of the coal production plan of PT. Tebo Agung International is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) , Payback Period (PBP). The total reserves in Block A PT. Tebo Agung International is 7,000,000 tons, with an overburden volume of 31,000,000 bcm . Based on the amount of available reserves for coal getting and stripping activities OB, the number of loading and unloading equipment and transportation planned up to 2024 is 1 unit of Excavator Komatsu PC 300 and 3 units of Dump Truck Komatsu 220 and for 2025 until 2033 for coal getting and stripping activities OB is needed tool transport of 4 units of Dump Truck Komatsu 220 .The results of the investment analysis of the feasibility of the mining plan of PT. Tebo Agung International gets total numbers the profit earned is $ 159,036,405 . The feasibility of mining investment plans is obtained by a positive NPV of $ 49,516,154, an IRR value of 35 % with a MARR 6.5% and a payback period obtained at 4.27 years.   Keywords: Production Plan,  Costs,  NPV, IRR, Payback Period
