Abstract

Bullying behavior and victims, whether verbal, non-verbal or indirect, can be alleviated with the WDEP technique's reality counseling. The aim of this research is to apply reality counseling theory as an intervention to reduce bullying behavior in students using the one group pretest-posttest design experimental method, namely to determine the effects before and after treatment or O1 X O2. O1 is the pretest value. X is the reality treatment or counseling and O2 is the posttest value. The population of this study was all students in class IX of SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Utara and the sample was drawn using purposive sampling, totaling 30 people. Data was collected through initial and final test instruments and analyzed by comparing the results of O1 with O2 and then the results were described. The research results concluded that the WDEP reality counseling technique was very effective in alleviating the problem of bullying in students, both verbal, non-verbal and indirect bullying. This is evidenced by three students (10%) who carried out verbal bullying with the behavior of giving bad calls to their friends and making fun of them, 2 people (6.67%) who carried out non-verbal bullying against their friends such as spitting at them, showing ugly facial expressions and shouting. , two (2) people (6.67%) carried out indirect verbal bullying, namely carrying out behavior that excluded and silenced their friends and twenty-three (23) other people (76.67%) participated in bullying. Victims of bullying have also been able to overcome their problems, whether verbal, non-verbal or indirect bullying. This is evidenced by the decrease in the client's anxiety to zero level, they have a useful life plan, assess the behavioral plans they have made and the changes in behavior that have occurred to them as well as the client's processes and goals. It is recommended for school counselors to plan and implement WDEP technical reality counseling services to eradicate bullying behavior in students.

Abstract

Comprehensive guidance and counseling services are implemented in inclusive education. The aim of this research is to reveal whether and how comprehensive guidance and counseling services are carried out well, using quantitative methods, descriptive strategies to investigate circumstances, conditions or other things that have been mentioned in order to find out the value of independent variables, either one or more variables without making comparisons, or connect it with other variables and the results are described in the form of a research report. The research subjects were: (1) the school principal, (2) subject teachers, (3) guidance and counseling teachers, and (4) all class VII students whose sample was 6 people per group using the standardized random sampling technique. A sampling technique where the population is divided into several homogeneous subgroups based on certain characteristics, then random samples are taken from each stratum, namely a group of 3 smart students per class and a group of 3 low ability students per class. The research location is SMP Negeri 1 Tuhemberua. Research data was collected using closed questionnaires and interviews, the data was in the form of numbers and narratives to answer the research questions that had been asked. The results of the research revealed that 2 students had responses regarding the implementation of comprehensive guidance and counseling in inclusive education with low criteria, 23 people with medium criteria and 5 people with high criteria. The results of interviews with school principals, subject teachers, and guidance and counseling teachers show that the implementation of comprehensive guidance and counseling programs in inclusive education has not been implemented well due to the lack of training of guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with problems faced by students, lack of collaboration between subject teachers and guidance and counseling teachers, and There is no schedule for class attendance, there is a lack of adequate facilities to support guidance and counseling activities and students do not want to open up about the problems they are facing. It can be concluded that the implementation of comprehensive guidance and counseling in inclusive education at SMP Negeri 1 Tuhemberua has not been implemented well. It is recommended that guidance and counseling teachers plan and implement comprehensive guidance and counseling services, and school principals facilitate them and that students follow them well.

Abstract

Social relationship abilities can be improved by the ability to deal with conflict and criticism. The aim of the research is to reveal the influence of the ability to deal with conflict (X1) with the ability to deal with criticism (X2), using a quantitative associative strategy method. The research location was SMP Negeri 2 Gido, the research population was all class VIII students and the sample was taken purposively as many as 60 people. The data collection instrument was a closed questionnaire which was distributed to a number of respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to answer research questions according to the proposed hypothesis. The research results concluded that the ability to deal with conflict (X1) partially had a significant effect on improving social relations (Y). The regression coefficient value for the variable ability to deal with conflict is negative, namely 0.071 and every 1.00% increase in ability will be followed by an increase in social relations of 0.071%. The ability to face criticism (X2) partially has a significant effect on increasing social relationship abilities (Y). The regression coefficient value for the ability to face criticism is positive, namely 1.102 and for every 1.00% increase in the ability to face criticism, it will be followed by an increase in social ability of 1.102%. Variables X1 and X2 together have a significant effect on variable Y and every increase in X1 and the contribution of the influence of variables X1 and it is recommended for school counselors to provide special guidance and counseling services to handle, develop and improve students' social abilities.

Abstract

Students' respect for teachers and peers can be increased with sociodrama technique group guidance services. The aim of this research is to reveal how effective sociodrama technical group guidance services are in increasing students' respect for teachers and peers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design and an experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed quantitatively and the results were described. The research location is SMP Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli Utara. The research population was all 69 class VII students and the sample was drawn by purposive sampling, 48 people for the experiment and one class for the control class. The research results concluded that sociodrama technique group guidance services were effective in increasing students' respectful attitudes and lecture or conventional methods were not effective in increasing students' respectful attitudes. This is proven by the very high increase in their respect. The students' respectful attitude before being given treatment, namely sociodrama technical group guidance services to 48 people with a test average of only 69.67%, was in the ineffective category. Meanwhile, after being given treatment, namely the sociodrama technical group guidance service and the average post-test result was 97.67 with the category being effective and the treatment result was 28%. It is recommended that guidance and counseling teachers or school counselors plan and implement sociodrama technique group guidance services with appropriate material to increase students' respect.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out how effective group counselling services are in improving the positive self-concept of learners. The study uses a quantitative approach with experimental quasy design. Data collection is carried out through the dissemination of test instruments, interviews and observations in the classroom as the teaching learning process takes place. The test sample used the experimental class X-OTKP and the Control Class X-TKJ. The data analysis technique used in this study using the N-Gain test was carried out by calculating the difference between the pre-test (before treatment) and post-test values. (sesudah diberi perlakuan). From the instrumental results, interviews and observations show that there is a positive self-concept enhancement for the pupils. Out of the 20th pre-test of students in the X-OTKP class (experiment) there were 7 students who belonged to low self-concept and set as subject of treatment. The implementation of group counselling services for 4 (four) times, with the topic of discussion of improvement of positive self-concept of the students, showed that there was improvement in positive self -concept for the students. Then the application of group counseling services can be said to be effective. So this study shows that group counselling services are effective in improving positive self-conceptions of pupils.

Abstract

Prilaku dan korban bullying baik secara verbal, non verbal maupun tidak langsung dapat dientaskan dengan konseling realitas teknik WDEP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan teori konseling realitas sebagai intervensi untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying pada peserta didik menggunakan metode eksperimen desain one group pretest- posttest design yaitu untuk mengetahui efek sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan atau O1 X O2. O1 adalah nilai pretest X adalah perlakuan atau treatmen atau konseling realitas dan O2 adalah nilai posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Utara dan sampel ditarik secara purposive sampling berjumlah 30 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui intrumen tes awal dan akhir serta dianalisis dengan membandingkan hasil O1 dengan O2 dan selanjutnya hasilnya dideskripsikan. Hasil peneltian menyimpulkan bahwa konseling realitas teknik WDEP sangat ampuh mengentaskan masalah bullying pada peserta didik, baik bullying verbal, non verbal maupun tidak langsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tiga orang peserta didik (10%) yang melakukan bullying verbal dengan perilaku memberi panggilan jelek terhadap teman dan mengejeknya, 2 orang (6,67%) yang melakukan bullying nonverbal terhadap temannya seperti meludahi, menunjukkan ekspresi muka yang jelek dan membentak, dua (2) orang (6,67%) melakukan bullying verbal tidak langsung yakni melakukan perilaku mengucilkan dan mendiamkan temannya serta dua puluh tiga (23) orang lainnya (76,67%) adalah ikut-ikutan dalam melakukan bullying. Korban bullying juga sudah mampu mengatasi masalahnya, baik baik bullying verbal, non verbal maupun tidak langsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menurunnya kecemasan konseli sampai pada taraf nol, mereka mempunyai rencana hidup yang berguna, menilai rencana perilaku yang dibuatnya dan perubahan perilaku yang telah terjadi pada dirinya serta proses dan tujuan konseli. Disarankan kepada guru konselor sekolah untuk merencanakan dan melaksanakan layanan konseling realita teknik WDEP untuk mengentaskan perilaku bullying pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Layanan informasi karir dapat meningkatkan pemahaman perencanaan karir peserta didik. Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengungkap efektivitas layanan informasi karir dalam meningkatkan pemahaman perencanaan karir peserta didik, menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain pre eksperimen design dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Data dikumpulkan dengan tes dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan hasilnya dideskripsikan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Gido berjumlah 311 dan sampel ditarik secara purposive sampling dari satu rombongan belajar kelas XI -1 berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dari 36 peserta didik sebelum diberikan perlakuan terdapat 4 orang (11,11%) yang masih belum menentukan karirnya atau belum ada pemahaman. 26 orang siswa (72,22%) dengan tingkat pemahaman sedang yang artinya masih ragu-ragu dalam memahami perencanaan karir, dan terdapat 6 orang (16,67%) tergolong baik dalam pemahaman prencanaan karir. Sedangkan setelah diberikan perlakuan yakni diberi layanan informasi karir maka terdapat 33 orang (91,7%) yang berkategori tinggi dalam pemahaman karir dan 3 orang (8,3%) memiliki nilai sedang. Ini membuktikan bahwa layanan informasi karir sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik akan perencanaan karir. Hal ini dubuktikan dengan hasil layanan yang diperoleh sebesar rata-rata 22,583 dengan hasil uji N-Gain 0,96 yang telah memberikan dampak yang baik. Disarankan kepada konselor sekolah agar melaksanakan layanan informasi karir kepada setiap peserta didik untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap pemahaman perencanaan karir dan juga kepada peserta didik agar menerima layanan ini demi meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai pemahaman perencanaan karir.

Abstract

Online game addiction experienced by students, such as: spending hours just playing online games and wanting to continue playing games, feeling unhappy or anxious if not playing online games, prioritizing playing online games over doing schoolwork and homework, and also quickly become angry or annoyed if asked to stop playing when they are busy playing. Depression experienced by students, bipolar depression is a mood disorder that causes dramatic changes in mood, ranging from mania (feelings of optimism) to depression (feelings of sadness and hopelessness). One of the mental health problems that has recently occurred in both children and adults is online game addiction which can affect many aspects of a person's life such as self-care, family relationships, school relationships and work. This research aims to determine the relationship between addiction to playing online games and depression in students. This research uses a quantitative type of research using a correlational approach to find and measure the relationship between two or more variables.Based on the results of research data analysis, there is a relationship between addiction to playing online games and student depression and the contribution of variable things that are not included in the research studied. It can be concluded that addiction to playing online games has a very bad impact on today's teenagers because their time is so excessive and continuous that it is assumed to have a bad impact on their character and learning achievement or in other words students experience depression when playing games excessively. ABSTRAKKecanduan game online yang dialami siswa, seperti: menghabiskan waktu berjam-jam hanya untuk bermain game online dan ingin terus bermain game, merasakan tidak senang atau gelisah jika tidak bermain game online, lebih memprioritaskan bermain game online daripada melakukan tugas sekolah dan pekerjaan rumah, dan juga cepat marah atau kesal apabila diminta berhenti bermain saat mereka lagi asyik bermain.Depresi yg dialami siswa, depresi bipolar adalah gangguan suasana hati yang menyebabkan perubahan dramatis dalam suasana hati, berkisar dari mania (perasaan penuh optimisme) hingga depresi (perasaan sedih dan putus asa).Salah satu masalah kesehatan mental yang belakangan ini banyak terjadi baik pada anak anak maupun orang dewasa adalah kecanduan game online yang dapat memengaruhi banyak aspek kehidupan seseorang seperti perawatan diri, hubungan keluarga, hubungan sekolah, dan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui antara kecanduan bermain game online dengan depresi pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasional untuk menemukan dan mengukur hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan kecanduan bermain game online dengan depresi siswa dan kontribusi variabel X terhadap variabel Y dengan nilai persentasenya sebesar 89,1%, yang artinya hubungan kecanduan bermain game online dengan depresi siswa, dan selebihnya sebesar 10,9% merupakan hal yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian yang diteliti. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecanduan bermain game online sangat berdampak buruk bagi remaja saat ini dikarenakan waktu mereka sangat belebihan dan terus-menerus sehingga di asumsikan berdampak buruk bagi karakter dan prestasi berlajar mereka atau dengan kata lain siswa mengalami depresi saat bermain game berlebihan.
