Abstract

The purpose of this research to find out joyful learning strategies in improving the skill of making woven sticks plate for Mild Intellectually Disabled. The research method use is classroom action research, carried out in the form of collaboration with classroom teachers. Besides the class teacher, student were also include in this study. Student involved in this study amounted two tenth grade mild intellectually disabled children. This research was conducted in two cycles. In the first cycle, observations were made regarding the learning process and the learning outcomes of making woven sticks plate with joyful learning strategies. In the second cycle, observations were made the skills to make woven sticks plate were emphasized in steps students had not mastered. The results of the first cycle students get an average of 70% and 65%. The results of the second cycle students get an average of 87,5% and 84%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat, pelaku UMKM, dan keluarga di Nagari Maninjau dalam mengembangkan produk kuliner lokal melalui pendekatan kolaboratif, edukatif, dan kreatif. Nagari Maninjau memiliki potensi kuliner berbasis bahan lokal seperti rinuak, pensi, patin, dan kelapa, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas pada olahan konvensional. Kegiatan dimulai pada 26–27 Juni 2025, diselenggarakan Expo 1 Muharam di Pasar Maninjau yang mempromosikan produk lokal seperti dendeng rinuak, rinuak badarai, pergedel rinuak, dan susu kedelai kepada masyarakat luas. Selanjutnya pelatihan pembuatan enam menu baru: 1) sarden nila; 2) sarden patin; 3) sarden rinuak; 4) sarden pensi; 5) sambal rinuak, yang dilaksanakan pada 5 Juli 2025 di Jorong Gasang dan diikuti oleh 15 kelompok peserta dari 5 jorong. Selanjutnya, Kegiatan puncak berupa lomba memasak keluarga “Happy Family” dilaksanakan pada 13 Juli 2025, yang menampilkan kreativitas kuliner rumah tangga serta disemarakkan dengan hiburan flambe, fashion show, dan penampilan seni lokal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan pengolahan makanan, promosi digital, serta tumbuhnya komunitas kreatif kuliner lokal. Kolaborasi antara akademisi, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat terbukti mampu mendorong inovasi produk, memperkuat identitas kuliner daerah, dan mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis potensi desa wisata.

Abstract

The importance of organizational culture in improving employee productivity has become a crucial issue in achieving organizational goals. This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee productivity at Ekasakti University and to measure the extent of its contribution to employee productivity. Method: This study employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The population consisted of 83 employees, with a sample of 79 employees selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through simple linear regression. Results: The findings showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.887, indicating a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.787, meaning that organizational culture contributed 78.7% to employee productivity, while 21.3% was influenced by other factors outside the study. Organizational culture and employee productivity were both categorized as high, with percentages of 90% and 88%, respectively. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence regarding the substantial contribution of organizational culture in enhancing employee productivity within the higher education environment, particularly at Ekasakti University.
