Abstract

This research aims to analyze teacher capacity building at State Middle Schools in Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency, focusing on four main aspects: program planning, learning implementation, assessment of student learning outcomes, and development of teacher professional activities. This research uses a quantitative descriptive percentage method, analyzed using descriptive techniques and formula-based calculations, in the sense that each question item in the questionnaire is tabulated to obtain the percentage for each indicator, which is then presented in diagrams and further analyzed using interviews with respondents to support the percentage findings. The research results show that (1) program planning at State Middle Schools in Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency, is in the good category with a percentage of 91%. (2) The implementation of learning at State Middle Schools in Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency, is in the good category with a percentage of 86%. (3) The assessment of learning outcomes at State Middle Schools in Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency, is in the good category with a percentage of 88%. (4) The development of teacher professional activities at State Middle Schools in Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency, is in the good category with a percentage of 84%.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the implementation of the elementary school teacher certification policy through the teacher professional education program in Gorontalo City from four different aspects. The evaluation shows that in terms of context, the implementation of this policy is considered very good with an achievement of 92%, which is in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures as the organizer of PPG activities. In addition, in terms of input, the evaluation showed excellent results with a percentage of 97%, supported by the availability of adequate Human Resources and the qualifications of instructors in accordance with government requirements. In terms of process, the study found excellent performance with an achievement of 95%, showing that PPG activities were carried out in accordance with the SOP set by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. On the product side, the evaluation showed excellent results with a percentage of 93%, emphasizing that a well-organized process in implementing the PPG program contributed to the quality of the final product produced. Overall, these findings confirm that the teacher certification policy through the teacher professional education program in Gorontalo City has been successfully implemented from all aspects evaluated, providing an important view for the development of future education policies and the importance of compliance with operational standards to achieve optimal results in teacher professional education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, dan (3) evaluasi pembelajaran di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Bone Bolango. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran didasari asesmen awal melalui observasi, wawancara orang tua, dan telaah dokumen medis sebagai dasar penyusunan RPI dan modul ajar yang disesuaikan dengan jenis ketunaan, kemampuan kognitif, dan minat siswa. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menerapkan metode fleksibel dan kontekstual, dengan guru SDLB menggunakan media konkret dan pendekatan bermain, guru SMPLB mengkombinasikan diskusi dan praktik langsung, serta guru SMALB menekankan vokasional dan keterampilan hidup aplikatif. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan melalui observasi, tugas sederhana, video, dan catatan harian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran di SLBN Bone Bolango telah berjalan secara terstruktur dan individual dengan menekankan keberpihakan pada siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers' strategies in managing digital-based learning at SDN 90 Sipatana, Gorontalo City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, while the validity of the data is tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that teachers' strategies in managing learning at SDN are implemented through three main stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning integrated with the use of digital technology. In the planning stage, teachers prepare learning by referring to the Learning Outcomes (CP) in the Independent Curriculum. In this process, teachers utilize digital platforms such as Canva to design interesting teaching media, as well as YouTube as a reference source for learning materials. In the implementation stage, teachers apply flexible learning by adjusting to the conditions and needs of students. The strategy used involves the use of various digital media, especially learning videos from YouTube to help understand concepts visually. In addition, teachers also use technological devices such as laptops, LCD (projectors) and PID (Digital Interactive Boards) to increase student interaction and involvement in the learning process. Meanwhile, the evaluation of digital-based varied and adapted to student needs. learning at SDN 90 Sipatana was carried out through various forms of assessment that The assessment sued included digital-based interactive quizzes. The research findings show that teacher strategies are able to create interactive, adaptive, and student-centered learning despite limited infrastructure.
