Abstract

Hand washing is very important to keep hands and skin clean. Hand washing can be done by washing hands with soap and clean running water. To prevent the spread of the corona virus, the government urges the public to comply and be disciplined in implementing health protocols, one of which is by always washing hands using a hand sanitizer. The majority of hand sanitizers use conventional hand sanitizers, namely by directly touching the hand sanitizer bottle. The purpose of this research is to make an Arduino-based automatic hand sanitizer. This automatic hand sanitizer tool uses an Arduino Uno as a system controller, an ultrasonic sensor as a hand movement detector and a micro servo as an actuator to press the hand sanitizer bottle lever. This research produces an automatic hand sanitizer tool that can be used without having to touch the hand sanitizer bottle directly, thereby reducing the risk of transmission of Covid-19 when washing hands

Abstract

Service is one of the important things in the form of business activities engaged in the service sector. The eligibility of a person in providing the best service must go through a good assessment. Company indicators in assessing the feasibility of salesperson services at PT. Sutan Indo Aneka Mobil Pematangsiantar has many criteria. For that we need a method to be able to assist companies in making decisions. This study uses the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method. From the calculation results of the Display Data Calculations, namely the Conformity Criteria Rating on Alternatives, Criteria Weight, WSM Calculation Method, WSM Method Calculation, the highest value is 0.925 with rank 1 meaning the Weighted Sum method. Abstract

In every health test, of course, there is a measurement of height, so that a person's height can be measured, starting from the soles of the feet to the head, the height measuring device used is still manual, which uses a meter and the measurement process in done by someone to measure the height of someone who wants to know his height so that the results of these measurements require more time when the number of people measured is more than 20 people in other words the manual height meter is less effective when used during the recruitment period of new employees started. With these constraints, the authors created a tool that can measure height automatically by utilizing an Ultrasonic sensor as a measuring tool and an Arduino Uno microcontroller as a control center by displaying measurement results on a 16x2 LCD screen. In this result it can replace the manual height measuring device so that it helps the activities of workers in carrying out their noble duties to provide health services to the general public.
