Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of aviation security officers at Hang Nadim Airport Batam. The independent variables used in this study are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work discipline. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. This study used a sample of 105 respondents who were taken using the non-probability sample method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, analysis of the coefficient of determination hypothesis test t test and f test using the SPSS 25 application. Analysis on research this results that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance, work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance and work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance and simultaneously all variables have a positive and significant effect

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Emina di Batam. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 277 responden dan melakukan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden dan dilakukan perhitungan dnegan menggunakan skala likert. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 29. Adapun hasil analisis data pada uji regresi linier berganda dan menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk, dan word of mouth memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan f hitung 394,751 > 2,64 dan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Abstract

Alasan dilakukannya review ini adalah untuk menguji spekulasi atas faktor kualitas pelayanan, nilai pelanggan, dan loyalitas untuk mendukung pemenuhan pelanggan di kantor akuntan publik Devi Ananji SH., M.Kn. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masing-masing dari 100 klien dari Kantor Notaris Devi Ananji. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh 100 responden. Pemeriksaan tersebut menggunakan berbagai pemeriksaan kekambuhan langsung dengan SPSS 25. Pemeriksaan tersebut menghasilkan tingkat kepentingan administrasi yang sangat besar 0,002 di bawah 0,05, harga diri klien menyebabkan tingkat kritis 0,015 di bawah 0,05, dan tingkat kepentingan kualitas administrasi 0,006 di bawah 0,05 yang mana menyiratkan nilai besar dari tiga faktor secara signifikan mempengaruhi pemenuhan pembeli. Terlebih lagi, dampak bersamaan dari kualitas administrasi, nilai klien, dan keandalan pada bantuan pemenuhan klien ditampilkan dalam tinjauan uji F di mana hasil dalam hasil ANOVA adalah bahwa nilai masuk akal bahwa nilai Fhitung lebih menonjol daripada Ftabel 9.234 yang lebih menonjol dari 3.07. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenali dampak payment system, kemudahan dan keamanan terhadap minat beli shopee di kota batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Sample yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah 100 responden didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling bagian dari non random sampling. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang ada pada google form. Sedangkan untuk metode analisis data, yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, uji T, dan uji F. Perhitungan data memakai SPSS versi 26. Hasil pengujian melaporkan bahwa payment system, kemudahan dan keamanan sangat berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap minat beli Shopee di Kota Batam. Payment system merupakan bagian yang harus di tingkatkan agar minat beli terus meningkat pada Shopee di kota Batam. Abstract

Bukalapak merupakan salah satu situs e-commerce di Indonesia serta merupakan salah satu model bisnis marketplace online. Layanan Bukalapak dari pertama kemunculanya dapat di gunakan secara gratis lewat aplikasi di tahun 2010. Namun saat ini semakin banyaknya aplikasi yang serupa membuat Bukalapak kian redup dari pandangan akibat para kompetitornya dan pengunjung Bukalapak kian menurun. Angka kunjungan pada aplikasi yang tiap tahunnya berkurang membuat Bukalapak kian meredup dari dunia e-commerce di Indonesia, dari angka 116 juta dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun turun menjadi 17,1 juta yang artinya Bukalapak telah kehilangan pengunjung sebanyak 98,9 juta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, kepercayaan dan promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen Bukalapak di kota Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap minat beli, variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap minat beli dan variabel promosi berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors in a company that is used to drive other resource activities in running a company. Human resources (HR) have a fairly important position because they have a major role in company activities. PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing is a company engaged in industrial services for several jobs regarding metal materials, especially the Weld Overlay and Lining processes on carbon steel pipes aimed at industry. Compensation can motivate employees to improve work performance and compensation can also be a tool to provide or increase morale in workers. In terms of compensation at PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing, there are still some employees who feel that the compensation provided has not fully achieved the satisfaction felt by their employees. Likewise with the incident that occurred at PT Cladtek BiMetal Manufacturing, there were many employees who did not work optimally, this happened because in the assignment of very many responsibilities and also the work received was not in accordance with the field mastered, work deadlines, relationships between colleagues the work is not good and the work done is not in accordance with their abilities. The purpose of this is to determine whether compensation, work stress and organizational climate affect employee performance at PT Cladtek biMetal Manufacturing Batam. The method of data collection is through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 200 respondents. The type of research used by the researcher in this research is quantitative research with associative nature of research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotions and prices on purchasing decisions at Shopee partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Shopee. This research method is quantitative with the sampling technique in this study, namely probability sampling with the simple random side method. The distribution of questionnaires in this study used the simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the SPSS version 25 statistical program. The results of this study indicated that promotions at Shopee significantly influence purchase decision making at Shopee with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and t count 5.426 > 1,984. And with a significance result of 0.000 <0.05 and t count 4.378 > ttable 1.984, prices also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. It was concluded that promotions and prices had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee. According to the coefficient of determination for R Square of 0.579, the percentage effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions at shopee in the Tanjung Piayu community in Batam City is 57.9% and the influence of other variables not included in this study is 42.1%.

Abstract

Konsumen memiliki berbagai pertimbangan dalam memanfaatkan jasa transportasi online seperti Maxim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Maxim di Kota Batam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif-deskriptif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen Maxim di Kota Batam. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 sampel dimana teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang dimulai dengan uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik sebelum melakukan uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan, keamanan, dan kepercayaan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini bisa menjadi dasar bagi Maxim maupun perusahaan transportasi online lainnya untuk semakin meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen perusahaan dari segi kemudahan, keamanan, dan kepercayaan.

Abstract

PT. Bina Mulia Perkasa as a company in Batam City which is engaged in the sale of building materials. In this case PT. Bina Mulia Perkasa feels the intense competition in the field of building materials. The strategy of each company is different so that it will become a characteristic and competitive advantage for every building materials company. Therefore, PT. Bina Mulia Perkasa must be able to compete with similar companies. The strategy used by PT. Bina Mulia Perkasa to satisfy consumers by covering attractiveness, direct marketing and security. The purpose of this research is to find out how attractiveness, direct marketing and security can influence consumer satisfaction at PT. Bina Mulia Mighty. The method uses descriptive and quantitative, with a population of 211, the sample is based on the slovin formula with a total of 138 respondents and can use probability sampling with the simple random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques through data quality testing, classical assumption testing, influence testing and hypothesis testing. The findings of the research results can be concluded that attractiveness, direct marketing and security can have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

The objectives of this study are to identify and evaluate the impact of training on employee performance at PT OSI Electronics Batam, to identify and evaluate the impact of work motivation on performance, and to identify and evaluate the impact of training and work discipline on employee performance. In this study, an associative technique was applied. 228 employees of PT OSI Electronics Batam made up the study's population, and 145 were chosen as the study's sample from the total using the Slovin formula. In this study, questionnaires, document analyses, and interview approaches were employed to collect data (questionnaires).
