Abstract

Kata kunci— Pengabdian Masyarakat, Bank Sampah, Pupuk Kompos, Ekonomi Sirkuler Abstract Sukun Berdaya Village has a Sukun Berseri waste bank that manages household organic waste into compost. Abstract

Schemes in the management of agricultural land are very diverse, ranging from self-management and cooperation through mukhabarah, muzara'ah contracts to rental systems. This paper aims to precisely determine the scheme of cooperation in the management of agricultural land in Tumpang District. The most frequently used of the several land management cooperation schemes is mukhabarah, which benefits both landowners and smallholders. The approach used is qualitative, with a case study method. The population in this study were all agricultural landowners in Tumpang District, and the sample used was landowners who used the mukhabarah scheme. Then, the instrument in this study was in-depth interviews conducted on smallholders and landowners. This study indicates that the mukhabarah scheme provides higher income to landowners compared to the rental system. Meanwhile, from the side of smallholders, the mukhabarah scheme provides and opens job opportunities and increases income from land management. Another trivial thing but becomes an important point is that landowners and sharecroppers can still share agricultural products with residents/neighbors through this scheme.

Abstract

This study is based on the development of digital banks that have begun to increase along with the emergence of many digital banks and the increase in the value of digital bank transactions since the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the growth pattern of Bank Jago's success which causes several factors to influence stock liquidity, namely company value, stock trading volume and stock trading frequency. The analysis method used is VECM (Vector Error Correction Model), a statistical technique that captures both short-term and long-term dynamics in a system of variables, making it particularly suitable for studying stock liquidity. The data used is monthly data with a time span from January 2020 to December 2023. The results of the VECM estimation test show that the variables of company value, stock trading volume and stock trading frequency have an effect on stock liquidity in the long-run due to the emergence of speculation that digital banks have positive prospects during the Covid-19 pandemic which caused an increase in Bank Jago shares from various aspects and had no effect in the short term due to a decline in investor views and company performance in the period at the end of 2022. The implication of this study can be used to formulate strategies to increase stock liquidity at Bank Jago and can be implemented in other digital banks.

Abstract

This study aims to critically analyze the determinants of fintech adoption among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, utilizing the robust Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. Financial Technology (fintech) represents a disruptive innovation that is transforming traditional banking and financial services by integrating digital financial products and services, including payment transactions and security systems such as e-payments, peer-to-peer lending, remittances, crowdfunding, and retail investment. The research focuses on four key variables: the Decision to Use Fintech (DUF) as the dependent variable, and three independent variables —Perceived Ease of Use of the Fintech Platform (POE), Perceived Risk (POR), and Benefits Offered/Sales Promotion (BP). Data was collected via surveys from owners and managers of MSMEs in Malang City, East Java, Indonesia. The findings reveal that the ease of use and time-saving features of fintech significantly influence adoption decisions among MSMEs, underscoring its positive impact on business operations and economic efficiency. Conversely, perceived risks and promotional benefits were found to have no significant effect on the decision to adopt fintech platforms.
