Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of work discipline, work environment, and commitment on the success of health workers in Ende City during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is an observation study that is quantitative in nature. SmartPLS Software is used for data processing. There were 63 health professionals who responded. Multiple linear regression analysis was used with a sample size of 63 individuals. According to the t test findings, discipline and work environment have a significant and positive impact on performance, whereas commitment has no significant and negative impact. The R test findings of 0.567 show that discipline, commitment, and work environment variables influence the performance of health workers by 57%. While the remaining 43% is influenced by variables outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

The Village Literacy KKN-PPM Program was held on 27th July to 7th September 2019. This program was led by a team consists of three lecturers, 20 students and partnering Ngegedhawe Villager. This program emerged as an awareness of the team towards the reality of the lives of residents in Ngegedhawe Village in terms of literacy. Based on observations and interviews it was found that the Ngegedhawe people are lack in reading and writing, and in cultural-citizenship literacy. Citizens do not have adequate access to information in the form of a place to read and increasingly decline the nationality and cultural character of the citizens (especially children and young people) as a result of modernization and globalization. On that basis, the KKN-PPM takes the theme of Village Literacy which is carried out with several methods in the form of the construction of reading house, the provision of reading material, counseling or socialization of literacy and cultural-citizenship literacy, cultural performances and competitions. Based on observations and interviews with several randomly selected villagers, it was found that the Village Literacy KKN-PPM program had a very positive influence on Ngegedhawe villagers where there was an increase in knowledge and awareness in literacy and literacy of citizenship, as well as the availability of a reading house and reading material that can support the improvement of the literacy skills of citizens in the subsequent times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Pengaruh Relationship Marketing, Suasana Kafe, Dan Kepuasan Pengunjung Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Mokka Coffee Ende dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan kondisi pelanggan yang pernah berkunjung atau dengan metode Accidental Sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0 untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas, besarnya outer loading dan nilai VIF. Selanjutnya dilakukakan bootsraping data untuk melihat pengaruh pada path Coeficients Analisisnya dan nilai R-square. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan variabel independennya terdiri dari relationship marketing, suasana kafe dan kepuasan pengunjung. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang tidak terlalu besar dari variabel relationship marketing, suasana kafe, dan kepuasan pengunjung. Pengaruhnya hanya 41 persen sedangkan 59 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti. Pengaruh masing-masing variabel, termasuk variabel relationship marketing sebesar 54,3 persen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Suasana kafe memiliki pengaruh 37,1 persen. Sedangkan kepuasan pengunjung memiliki pengaruh negative sebesar 13,9 persen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Mokka Coffee.

Abstract

This research seeks to (1) understand how ethical leadership affects employee ethical behavior, (2) how it affects person-organization fit, (3) how it affects ethical behaviour, and (4) how it mediates between ethical management and ethical review. This study is quantitative. Disseminating questionnaires collects quantitative data, while qualitative data is collected by observing the research site, interviewing Credit Corporation managers and chief managers, and reviewing relevant literature. The questionnaire, the primary data collection instrument, measures ethical leadership, employee ethics, and Person-Organization Fit with 15 indicators. A credit cooperative officer in Ende, a community of 39 inhabitants, was sampled. They come from Ende's six credit cooperatives. Data was analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0.1. The track coefficient test showed that ethical leadership variables positively affect person-organization fit, ethical behavior, and ethical actor variables, and that ethical leadership variables positively influence employee ethical behaviour through person-organization fit as mediation. According to the R-Square test, ethical leadership and person-organization fit influenced employee ethical behavior by 42%, while other variables influenced the remaining 58%. The test results showed that ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on person-organization fit, an ethical influence and significant effect on the ethical behavior of Credit Cooperative employees in Ende, a positive but non-significant effect on employee ethical behaviour, and a positive but non-significant effect on employee ethical behavior through person-organization fit.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of task division on the work results of PT. Rero Lara Hokeng employees and to determine and analyze the effect of work skills on the work results of PT. Rero Lara Hokeng employees. This study is a quantitative study with a survey method. This study was conducted at PT. Rero Lara Hokeng Jalan Trans Maumere-Larantuka, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency. The sampling method used in this study was saturated sampling totaling 120 employees. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the variable of task division on the work results of PT. Rero Lara Hokeng coffee plantation employees with a t-count value of 3.918, meaning t count> t table 1.98045 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. 2; there is a positive and significant effect between the variable of employee skills on the work results of PT. Rero Lara Hokeng with a t-value of 2.767 means t count> t table 1.98045 and a significant value of 0.010 <0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted and proven.

Abstract

This study aims to determine of dan brand image product quality against converse shoes purchase decisions (case study student/I at the Faculty of Economic. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is is regression analysis multiple linear. Data collection was carried out by means ofinterviews and distributed questionnaires directly to 100 respondents.From the results of the development and testing of the instrument has been produced a goodquestionnaire tool (meets the requirements of validity, reliability). From the results t statistical test for the variable brand image and product quality has a value > and a significance value <0.05. This shows that the brand image and product quality affectspurchasing decisions. For the value of R square 0,290, this shows that the percentage analysis of the effect of brand image and product quality of 0.290%. Meanwhile, 0,710% is influenced by other factors which was not described in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of quality services, bank image and customer trust simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction PT. Bank Sinarmas Branch Ende, independent variable in this study is the quality of service, bank image and trust costumer. While the dependent variable is customer satisfaction PT. Bank Sinarmas Ende Branch. In this study, the determination of the sample was carried out by the method non probability. The sample used was 94 people. Hypothesis testing with perform multiple linear regression analysis. Before testing the hypothesis reliability and validity test were carried out. The result is that all variables are valid and reliable, the results of the F test show Fcount > Ftable with a significant of 0,000. With the first hypothesis states “service quality,bank image and customer trust simultaneously has a significant effect on satisfaction customerof PT. Bank Sinarmas Branch Ende, can be supported by the truth. Results t test shows c=each variable with a significance less than 0,05. This the second hypothesis which states service quality, Bank image and customer trust partially have a significant effect to customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Sinarmas Branch Ende can be supported the truth

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how to manage strategies in developing the tourism sector at Ria Beach. The type of research is descriptive research, namely describing, explaining and implement a phenomenon that occurs in an object and its data is qualitative, namely data that is described in words or sentences according to categories to obtain conclusion. The analysis used is SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunities, threats). The results of this study show the analysis of EFAS and IFAS SWOT in the Ria Beach Tourism Area is a growth strategy where Cultural tourism in the village is in an advantageous position because have more dominant advantages and strength. SWOT matrix results shows that there are four maun development strategies that can implemented at Ria Beach including optimization strategis cultural tourism management, home based potential optimization strategy enterpises on Ria Beach to support tourism activities, utilixation intangible culture on Ria Beach as a product of cultural tourism and management of tangible cultural assets on Ria Beach through cooperation opportunites
