Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang baik untuk meningkatkan daya saing pada bakery suka roti. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan SWOT Analisys. Informan atau narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dengan nilai 2,65 (2) eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) memiliki nilai 2,70. Strategi yang di pilih Strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy), dengan penerapan GOS tersebut strategi pemasaran online Bakery suka roti dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan volume penjualan dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk merebut berbagai peluang yang ada sehingga dapat mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh Bakery suka roti secara maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human relations, the physical condition of the work environment and workload on the performance of employees at PT. Indonesian salt cheetham in Nagekeo Regency. This type of research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consisted of 102 people and a sample of 73 people who were obtained using Sugiono's table of provisions with an error rate of 10%. The sampling technique used random sampling.From the results of the development and testing of the instrument, a good questionnaire was produced (it fulfills the validity and reliability requirements). From the results of t statistical testing for the inter-human relationship variable, the physical condition of the work environment has a value of ?????????????????????????> ???????????????????????? and a significance value of <0.05, and the workload variable has a value of ????????????????????????? <???????????????????????? a significance value> 0.05. This shows that the inter-human relationship variables, the physical condition of the work environment have an effect on employee performance, while the workload variable has no effect on employee performance. In the F test results, with a value of ????????????????????????? = 29.296> F table = 2.74 and a significance value <0.05. This shows that the inter- human relationship variable (X1), the physical condition of the work environment (X2), and the workload (X3) simultaneously have an effect on employee performance (Y). For the adjusted R square value of 0.541 or 54%, this shows that the percentage of the analysis of the effect of human relations, the physical condition of the work environment and workload on employee performance is 54%. Meanwhile 46% is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study.

Abstract

This stiudy aims to determine to human resources development strategy at PT. Federal International Finance Group Ende. By analyzing the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats that the company has. The type of research used is descriptivw qualitative, data analysis technique used are SWOT matrix, SWOT analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Strategy, and External Factor Analysis Strategy. The population studied was PT. Federal International Finance Group Ende with a total of 20 employees, and the number of respondents taken as many as 10 people. From the calculation of the EFAS table the opportunity is greater than the threat so that the point is in the I quardant. The results show that the human resource development strategy at Federal International Finance Group sharing can help employee. Also, a good management system can support human resources who are still fresh to be educated so that they can have the ability to be more competent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation and competitive advantage on marketing performance. Types of quantitative research. Sampling used simple random sampling, namely all restaurants in the city of Ende as many as 32 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test show that entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, while competitive advantage has no positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The results of the F test show that it simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The results of the coordination test of determination showed that 65.4% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze to determine the soundness level of the bank using the CAMEL method at PT. Bajawa People's Bank. This research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bajawa Branch. The data collection techniques used were interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique is the CAMEL method (capital, assets, management, earnings and liquidity). The results of this study indicate that the level of health at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bajawa Branch, is 1) The soundness level of the bank in terms of capital cannot be calculated because the capital structure is presented on a consolidated basis. 2) The soundness level of the bank in the aspect of productive asset quality (KAP) PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bajawa Branch is included in the very healthy category with an average of 0.9828%. 3) The soundness level of the bank from the management aspect uses the net profit margin ratio at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bajawa Branch is included in the very healthy category with an average of 112.56%. 4) The soundness level of the bank in terms of profitability, both in the ROA and BOPO ratios, the results of the calculation of the ROA ratio for the last three years have fluctuated, so the ROA ratio is categorized in the healthy group with an average of 5.506%. The results of the calculation of the BOPO ratio are fluctuating from year to year. Then this ratio is categorized in the unhealthy group with an average of 373.64%. 5) The soundness level of the bank from the liquidity aspect of the ratio of the calculation of the loan to deposit ratio for three years, namely from year to year has increased. Then the results of the LDR calculation achieved by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bajawa Branch is categorized as unhealthy with an average of 132.65%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of motor spare parts workshop at The Jaya Ende Central Workshop. By analyzing strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats possessed by the Workshop. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive, analytical techniques data used are SWOT Matrix, SWOT Analysis Diagram, Internal Factor Analysis Strategy, as well as External Factor Analysis Strategy. The population researched is Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende with a total of 10 employees, and the number of respondents taken as many as 10 people. From the calculation of the IFAS table strength is higher than weakness, as well as from efas table calculations the odds are smaller than the threat so the point is in quadrant IV. The results showed that the marketing strategy of motor spare parts at Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende is a strategic location that can help marketing at the workshop, as well as the quality of goods and the quality of service make customers comfortable to buy spare part products at Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards and punishments on morale for BUMN employees in the city of Ende. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Because the population cannot be ascertained, 98 respondents were determined as samples. From the results of statistical testing t for the variable of reward and punishment has a value of tcount > t table with a significance value of <0.05. This shows that the variable of reward and punishment has a significant effect on work morale. For the adjusted R square value of 0.444, this shows that the percentage of the effect of giving rewards and punishments on work morale is 44.4%. While the rest is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of work discipline, organizational commitment, and motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ende Branch. This study primarily addresses the inconsistency in employee performance, which is believed to be affected by internal organizational issues. This research employed a quantitative methodology via a survey technique. Data were gathered via questionnaires administered to 33 employees as participants. The employed analytical method was multiple linear regression to evaluate the simultaneous and partial impacts of each independent variable on employee performance. The findings indicated that work discipline, organizational commitment, and motivation collectively exerted a substantial impact on employee performance. All three variables exhibited a favorable and significant impact on performance to some extent.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana memahami kekuatan dapat membuat seseorang menjadi pemimpin yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan melalui studi Pustaka atau studi literatur. Data berupa data kualitatif berupa konsep teori dan hasil-hasil penelitian mengenai strength-based leadership. Ada tiga kelompok utama yang telah menhasilkan instrumen dalam membantu individu mengidentifikasikan kekuatan kepemimpinannya, antara lain: Gallup, VIA Institute on Character, dan Centre of Applied Positive Psychology di Inggris. Ada beberapa cara khusus untuk menggabungkan kekuatan dalam lingkungan pribadi dan pekerjaan seorang pemimpin, yaitu (1) menemukan kekuatan, (2) mengembangkan kekuatan, (3) mengatasi kelemahan, (4) mengenali dan melibatkan kekuatan orang lain, dan (5) menumbuhkan lingkungan berbasis kekuatan yang positif.

Abstract

Digital transformation and the implementation of hybrid work systems have changed the way organizations manage human resources. Digital Employee Experience (EX) has become a strategic factor affecting employee wellbeing (Wellbeing 2.0) and performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital EX, Wellbeing 2.0, and employee performance through a systematic literature review of scientific publications from 2015 to 2025. The findings indicate that digital EX plays a crucial role in enhancing Wellbeing 2.0 through technology convenience, positive work experiences, and digital support. Wellbeing 2.0 has been shown to act as a mediator that strengthens the impact of EX on performance. This article provides both theoretical and practical contributions for organizations in designing technology-based HR strategies to enhance employee experience and wellbeing.
