Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement on the performance of PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were employees of PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi. The analysis used is quantitative technique using saturated sampling technique with a population of 40 respondents. This research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, f tests. The results of the analysis show that recruitment and job placement have a significant effect on employee performance with the results of multiple regression analysis tests. The results of the recruitment t test obtained the results of the t test < t table (0.936 < 2.026) means Ho1 is accepted Ha1 is rejected, the job placement t test obtained the results (12.800> 2.026) means Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and the f test results are (351.657> 3.252) meaning Ho3 is rejected Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of this data, it can be concluded that recruitment and job placement affect the performance of employees of PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of PT Arkha Jayanti Persada Tbk and PT Atmindo Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange . The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive approach. The variables use to measure and analyze the company's financial ratios are Liquidity Ratios (Current ratio and Quick Ratio), Solvency Ratios ( DAR and DER ), Profitability Ratios ( ROA and ROI ), and the Activity Ratio ( TATO and ITO ) for four years, 2017 to 2020. The source of the data used is financial data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that the results of the overall financial ratios of PT Atmindo Tbk have a better financial performance rating compared to PT Arkha Jayanti Persada Tbk

Abstract

A company's dividend policy determines the company's profits will be distributed to investors as dividends or used as retained earnings. This research aims to analyze the influence of liquidity and profitability on dividend policy in banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The population in this research are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and consisted of 9 banking companies. The data analysis method in this research is the panel data regression method. The results of this research show that partially or simultaneously liquidity and profitability have a significant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Total Assets Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Model (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns in telecommunications subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2023 period. The population in this study consisted of 5 telecommunications subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2023 period. The sampling technique uses the purpose sampling method. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data with descriptive analysis, panel data regression, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test. The selected model is the Common Effect Model (CEM). The research results show that Total Asset Turnover (TAT (X1)) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER(X3)) partially have no significant effect on stock returns, while Net Profit Margin (NPM (X2)) partially has a significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneous data analysis shows that Total Asset Turnove (TAT (X1)), Net Profit Margin (NPM (X2)), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER (X3)) have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

The New Normal era or commonly said to be a new situation after the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted capital market conditions. Fluctuating stock prices require an investor to be careful in investing their funds. Therefore, it is important to form a portfolio. The study aims to determine the portfolio performance assessment on stocks listed in the IDX Growth30 index during the period February 2022 - January 2023. The type of data in this study is descriptive quantitative data. The data source is secondary data obtained through literature studies and various literature (historical data on closing stock prices and interest rates). The sample withdrawal procedure uses purposive sampling with certain criteria so that 5 companies are obtained as research samples. The results of this study indicate that in the performance assessment using the sharpe index method, the highest performance is in Portfolio I and the lowest performance is in Portfolio III. While the performance assessment using the treynor index method, the highest performance is in Portfolio I and the lowest performance is in Portfolio IV. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of exchange rates on stock prices, inflation rates on stock prices and interest rates on stock prices of infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2022 individually or simultaneously. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling purposive sampling category with quantitative data source and secondary data source. Based on the criteria that have been determined, a sample of 7 infrastructure sector companies was obtained as the object of research. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination analysis along with hypothesis testing. The results obtained from the research indicate that partially the exchange rate and inflation variables have no significant effect on stock prices. While the interest rate variable has a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously or together, the variables of exchange rates, inflation and interest rates have a significant influence on the stock prices of infrastructure sector companies for the period 2016-2022.

Abstract

KKN merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di daerah tertentu atau lembaga pendidikan, dilaksanakan secara kelompok, terintegrasi antar jurusan, terkoordinasi di tingkat fakultas. Kegiatan KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman kerjanyata di lapangan dalam bidang membentuk sikap mandiri dan tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan. Selain itu, KKN juga bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan taraf pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Program kelompok di kampung Puswa Desa Gunung Mulya merupakan program yang lebih menekankan kepada tema Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui Pengembangan Produk Lokal dengan membuat produk baru yaitu “Keripik Daun Jambu Biji” yang dikelola oleh kelompok usaha mandiri dan diharapkan mampu menjadi usaha masyarakat yang dapat berkembang dengan baik sehingga menjadi tambahan pendapatan keluarga. Adapun program lain yang telah dilaksanakan antara lain program yang berkaitan dengan bidang pendidikan, agama, kesehatan, teknologi dan informasi, kesehatan dan hukum yang menjadi program kerja kelompok KKN. Secara umum, kegiatan KKN di kampung Puswa Desa Gunung Mulya, Kecamanatan Tenjolaya Bogor berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Hal itu dikarenakan antusiasme warga kampung Puswa yang sangat baik. Pelaksanaan programprogram KKN tersebut diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi seluruh pihak yang terkait sebagai pengaplikasian dan kompetensi pemiliknya

Abstract

The implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020 has directly suppressed the rate of economic growth, the COVID-19 pandemic has not only hit the global economy but also in Indonesia. However, the economic sector must continue to rotate, including MSME activities. Various efforts and ways to restore the MSME sector continue to be carried out until now because MSME actors are the spearhead of economic movement in society. The purpose of this service is to provide a digital understanding of business in terms of marketing activities for cassava chip products to MSME actors in Waringin Jaya Village, Bogor Regency. Analysis of partner needs, Lectures and discussions, and Tutorials. The cassava chip SMEs in Waringin Jaya Village can understand the importance of online marketing and understand how to make packaging which is expected to increase the sales volume of cassava chips.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability and company size on the capital structure of coal subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data. The population in this study are coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. The samples used were 8 companies using purposive sampling method. The objects in this study are companies in the coal sector (PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, PT. Bayana Resources Tbk, PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, PT. Golden Energy Mines Tbk, PT. Baramulti Suksessana Tbk, PT. Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk. , PT Harum Energy Tbk, and PT Petrosea Tbk) which are listed on the IDX. In this study several variables were used including the dependent variable and the independent variable, which included the independent variables namely liquidity, profitability and firm size while the dependent variable included capital structure. Data analysis used panel data linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and the t test (partial) and the f test (simultaneous). The results of the partial test or t test each of the variables of liquidity and profitability have a significant effect on capital structure, and company size has no significant effect on capital structure. While the f (simultaneous) test shows that liquidity, profitability and firm size have a significant effect on capital structure.
