Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the most important aspects in the business world, especially in the service sector because it can increase customer loyalty, and create a positive image for the company and ultimately contribute to long-term success. This study was conducted at MEDCORP, a company engaged in the healthcare industry, which seeks to increase sales by improving customer service. To measure and customer satisfaction, this study uses 5 Dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and direct evidence. The methods used are the IPA and KANO methods. The IPA method uses data from customers to evaluate how important each attribute is and how well the company meets those expectations. The KANO method identifies attributes that can increase customer satisfaction if added or improved. This combination provides a more comprehensive understanding of customer needs and product performance that can be used as a reference for companies in achieving the service desired by customers, so that it can increase sales and customer satisfaction. Based on the results obtained, it is known that there are 23 negative gaps, so further analysis is carried out to determine the strategy set. The author makes three types of strategies that can be implemented, namely the main, middle, and final priority strategies based on the IPA-KANO integration classification. Through this research, it is expected to be used as a consideration for business actors or managers in determining improvements in service quality through continual improvement of MEDCORP's performance so that service quality and output become better.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract Purpose – The study aims to determine the impact of training, development, and innovative work behavior on employee performance in the heavy machinery industry. Methodology – This study employs an explanatory approach using a logistic regression model with data collected through questionnaires from 79 respondents working in a heavy machinery industry in Indonesia. The variables studied include training, development, and innovative work behavior as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. Findings – The results show that training and development have a significant positive effect on employee performance (p < 0.05), while innovative work behavior does not show a statistically significant impact (p > 0.05). The Nagelkerke R Square value indicates that 23.2% of the variance in employee performance can be explained by the model. Practical implications – From findings suggest that companies should focus on improving training and development programs to enhance employee performance. Meanwhile, efforts to foster innovative behavior may require a reevaluation of current strategies and organizational support mechanisms.

Abstract

Deaths from heart disease among employees in the upstream oil and gas industry are a serious concern. Companies in these risky and costly environments need to better manage workplace health to meet their goals and follow regulations. This study aims to examine the influence of Health Belief Model variables—including socio-demographics, knowledge, perceived susceptibility, severity, barriers, benefits, self-efficacy, and cues to action—on individual health behaviors in preventing cardiovascular disease. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 129 respondents in an oil and gas company using purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS show that knowledge significantly influences perceived susceptibility, severity, benefits, and self-efficacy, while the variables of perceived susceptibility, benefits, and cues to action impact individual health behavior. These results indicate the need for comprehensive education programs and effective communication. Furthermore, the non-significant influence of barriers, severity, and self-efficacy suggests the need for identifying barriers and supportive work environment strategies. A systematic approach involving psychological, environmental, and social factors is also important to improve employee health, productivity, and overall well-being.

Abstract

This research will examine the relationship between employee personality traits based on the OCEAN assessment that influence job performance during marketing activities. The approach used in this study is a survey with Likert scale. The population and sample were obtained using probability sampling. Based on the research title, "The Influence of Marketing Efficiency on Job Performance." In this case, the variability of variable Y is determined or influenced by X (exogenous), making Y positioned as the endogenous variable. Marketing Activity Efficiency (X1) and OCEAN assessment (X2) are independent variables that exert their influence on the dependent variable, job performance (Y). This research is analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research method includes the Measurement (outer) Model, Structured (inner) Model, and Partial Least Square (PLS). The study aims to test the relationship between personality traits that result in effective employee job performance, in this case, job performance. The findings from this research indicate that Marketing Activity Efficiency has an influence on the OCEAN assessment, specifically Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, and Neuroticism, except for Agreeableness. Marketing Activity Efficiency has an influence on Job Performance. The OCEAN assessment does not have a direct influence on Job Performance

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership (TL) and big data analytics capability (BDAC) on firm performance (FP) in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry in Indonesia. The research emphasizes the role of BDAC as both a direct determinant of FP and a mediator in the relationship between TL and FP. Data were collected from 118 employees of Paragon Corp using a purposive sampling technique, targeting respondents directly involved in decision making and digital transformation initiatives. Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied to analyze the data. The results reveal that TL significantly and positively influences FP, both directly and indirectly through BDAC. In addition, BDAC has a significant effect on FP and partially mediates the effect of TL on FP. These findings strengthen the Resource-Based View (RBV) by positioning leadership as a human capital resource and BDAC as a technological capability that together enhance firm competitiveness. Practically, the study provides valuable insights for companies in emerging markets to align leadership and digital analytics in order to achieve sustainable performance.
