Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to calculate the cost of production using the cost of the order of invitations, advertisements and brochures on PT.Tobeco.Metode research used in this study include interviews that data obtained by interview directly to the company. Interviews are done by direct interviews to the company's chairman and the part directly involved with the research title. Literature study is data obtained by reading literature study of books and journals to obtain theories associated with the title of research. Data analysis is analyzing the data obtained and preparing reports on the cost of orders and income statement. Based on the calculation of cost of goods manufactured by the cost of order method at PT. Tobeco can be summarized as followsThe company will get the lowest order price if they receive the brochure order and get the highest order price if receiving advertising order. The cost of order per unit for invitation is Rp 4,060 per share. The order per unit price for advertising is Rp 9,100 per share. The order per unit price for brochures is Rp 1,172 per share. The company will get the highest gross profit if it receives brochure orders and gets the lowest gross profit if it receives an advertising order. The invitation order earns a gross profit of Rp 4.700.000. Ad orders earn a gross profit of Rp 2.700.000. Brochure orders earn a gross profit of Rp 41.4 million.Keywords: Cost of Production, Cost of Order

Abstract

ABSTRACTFinancial statement analysis will help the company to estimate the level of risk, uncertainty and result in the formulation of a better plan. Financial statement analysis aims to determine the extent to which the achievement of work has been achieved by all divisions in the company. One of the financial statement analysis is Profitability ratio. Profitability ratios are used to measure the company's ability to earn profits. The purpose of this study is to determine and identify financial performance at Bank Central Asia period 2011 to 2015. In this study, the authors use three types of data collection methods is library research Reading literature and books that examine theories about profitability ratios and the theoretical basis of the content of writing. Observations of non-behavioral methods of observation of financial statements published by BCA Tbk during the period of 2011 and 2015. The method of taking the conclusion that after the analysis process has been completed, then the conclusion is drawn by drawing conclusions from the data analysis done before. Based on the results of the discussion can be summarized as follows based on the financial statements of BCA there is a decrease in OM from 2011 to 2015. Based on the financial statements of BCA there is a decreased NPM from 2011 to 2015. Based on BCA's financial report there is an increase of ROI value from 2011 to 2015. Based on financial statements BCA there is a  decreased the value of ROE from 2011 to 2015. Based on BCA's financial report, there is an increase of ROE value from 2011 to 2015.Key words : Ratio Analysis, Financial Performance, Profitability

Abstract

Abstract -This study aims to determine whether there is influence in the calculation of inventory value using FIFO and Average method. The research method used in this research is literature research that is obtaining data through literature sources such as reading literature books and relevant literature related to the problems studied to obtain theoretical basis and field research is to obtain data through research directly to the object of research that is PT. Hope. Data collection techniques used for this study through observation, interviews and documentation. Companies are more appropriate to use the Average method rather than the FIFO method of calculating the value of inventory, since the end inventory value of the Average method is greater than the FIFO method. The Average method will provide a lower cost of goods sold than the FIFO method and the Average Method will provide a larger net profit than the FIFO Method. Keywords: Inventory, Cost of Goods Sold, FIFO, Average

Abstract

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROE, NPM, GPM dan EPS terhadap Harga Saham perusahaan LQ45 terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2019.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana informasi yang diperoleh dari data sekunder. Strategi pengumpulan informasi adalah studi Pustaka. Informasi dalam penelitian ini berasal dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data tersebut berasal dari perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2016 hingga 2019. Teknik pengampilan sampel secara acak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 24. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh berdasarkan pembahasan di atas sebagai berikut: pertama, ROE berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan LQ45 terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2019. Kedua, variabel NPM tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap harga saham perusahaan LQ45 terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2019. Ketiga, Variabel GPM berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan LQ45 terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2019. Keempat, variabel EPS berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan LQ45 terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2019. Kelima variabel ROE, NPM, GPM dan EPS secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan LQ45 terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand image, price, and product quality on customer loyalty at McDonald's East Jakarta. This type of associative research is used in this study. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire of 100 East Jakarta McDonald's customer respondents. The sampling technique in this study used Non-Probability Sampling, namely simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in testing the research hypothesis is the use of the SPSS program. The above problems resulted in the following conclusions: 1. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. 2. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. 3. Product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. 4. Brand image, price and product quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at McDonald's East Jakarta.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of DER, ROA and NPM on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Literature study was used as a data collection method, namely the data in this study were obtained from journals, literature studies and books related to the research topic. Classical Assumption Test is a data analysis technique used in this study using the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, T Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. Based on the results of the discussion above, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the DER variable has a positive and significant influence on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Second, the ROA variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns of Property companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. Third, the NPM variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns in Property companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. Fourth, the variables DER, ROA and NPM simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Abstract

Untuk mengetahui dampak pelatihan dan kompensasi serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan RS Mitra Keluarga Bekasi merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini.  Jenis temuan ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai PLN di Jakarta Timur berjumlah 80 orang. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Uji T, Uji F, Uji Determinasi, Analisa Regresi Linear Berganda. Kesimpulan utama berdasarkan keseluruhan pembahasan di atas adalah sebagai berikut: pertama, variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan RS Mitra Keluarga Bekasi. Kedua, variabel kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di RS Mitra Keluarga Bekasi.  Ketiga, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan RS Mitra Keluarga Bekasi. Keempat, variabel pelatihan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan RS Mitra Keluarga Bekasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli pelanggan pada Burger King Bekasi. Desain Penelitian ini merupakan desain kausalitas. Objek penelitian yaitu pelanggan Burger King Bekasi.  Sampel pada temuan ini berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel diatas diuji menggunakan SPSS Versi 24. Kesimpulan utama berdasarkan keseluruhan pembahasan di atas adalah sebagai berikut: pertama, variabel promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pelanggan Burger King Bekasi. Kedua, variabel kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  minat beli pelanggan Burger King Bekasi. Ketiga, variabel promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pelanggan Burger King Bekasi.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of credit procedures, interest rates and quality of credit services on credit decisions at BCA Bank, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. The location of this research is BCA Bank, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. The research sample consisted of 90 people. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the research data. The conclusions of this study include: 1. The credit procedure variable partially has a positive and significant effect on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. 2. The interest rate variable has a significant and positive effect partially on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. 3. The credit service quality variable has a positive and significant impact on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. 4. The credit procedure variable, interest rate level, and quality of credit services simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch.

Abstract

Now days, the home environment is still much  less supportive of life for the elderly, most elderly living at  home need a companion to help them. Safety, health, happiness  and independence will be difficult for them to get even the  elderly will be further away from the surrounding  environment. Based on population projection 2017 data there  are 23.66 million elderly people in Indonesia and predicted in  2020 there are 27.08 million people elderly. Smart homes that  are currently widely studied have not focused on elderly; most  smart homes only provide a sense of security and convenience  for adult residents. And this will be a problem that until now  has not solved the improvement of human life through  technology to get happiness, care and health especially for the  elderly. In many cases of the elderly, it is easier to send them to  live in a nursing home and that keeps them separated from  their families for the rest of their lives. That's what makes  them less happiness. Orange Technology is a collection of  technological elements to improve human life by getting  happiness, Care and health. This study reviewed the journals  of scientific databases such as IEEE explore, ACM digital  library and Proquest published from 2002 to 2017. From the  search results obtained 54 papers that will answer the scientific  questions of this research. The result of this research is a  framework of smart house that has Sensor, Monitoring,  Wireless, Scalability, Low cost, GPS and ease of installation  and maintenance as components of smart house of orange  technology for elderly.
