Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the local economy, serving as a solution to unemployment. Remarkably, they manage to survive in various economic conditions. However, many operate solely based on business instincts and do not consider the evolving business landscape. Therefore, it is essential to provide information through communication and education. This is especially relevant for MSME entrepreneurs in the Pedurungan Tengah neighborhood in Semarang, particularly those in the culinary/food industry. Outreach efforts should focus on communicating and delivering the latest information, especially regarding online marketing, both in terms of sales and promotions. Abstract

Pedurungaan sub-district, which consists of many sub-districts and community units (RW), has hundreds of MSMEs that have been established, both pioneered by young people or housewives and many have a semi-modern system involving digital technology in marketing their products or services. The MSMEs were given training on improving the use of social media marketing and how to build a communication network in order to form a cooperation ecosystem between MSMEs to mutually strengthen the quality of their products or services by establishing cooperation between MSMEs. They feel that what they have done so far has not been optimal because they do not know what to do with the progress of the communication network cooperation. With this training, they open their hearts and minds to develop their business with the knowledge received during this training, namely marketing through social media marketing. This training is very helpful for MSMEs in trying to increase sales of their products so that they can cover their operational costs and can get decent profits and do not need to worry about sluggish sales due to limited sales capabilities and existing distribution networks and to increase sales and consumer trust we also conduct training on how to build a network of cooperation between MSMEs. It is expected that participants can continue to improve their business and use the right social media so that the business they run can grow.

Abstract

UMKM serve as both the pillar and the driving force of the nation's economy. Additionally, there are a sizable number of UMKM in each region, and they can thrive in any economic climate. But they largely rely on gut feeling or business intuition to run their company, paying little attention to managerial issues. excellent and effective Counseling is therefore necessary, like at UD Persada Ungaran, a company that makes socks. Abstract

Community service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in several activities. This activity is one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, a mentoring activity for the preparation of an accounting information system application using Microsoft Excel. This mentoring activity starts from analyzing problems to preparing financial reports for the ground handling unit Kokapura using the Microsoft Excel application. The choice to use the Microsoft Excel application is because this application is already available in Microsoft Office and the use of Microsoft Excel has been widely practiced in the community.The results of this activity are expected to record transactions and prepare financial reports for the ground handling unit in accordance with SAK ETAP, more accurately and the process will be faster. Keywords: Cooperatives, Accounting Information Systems and Financial Statements

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze content marketing, electronic word of mouth, and brand image in relation to consumer purchase interest. The independent variables in this research are Content Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Image. The dependent variable in this research is consumer purchase interest. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely Wardah product users aged 18-30 years in Semarang City. The sample used was 97 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 25 program. The results show that Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest with a significance level of 0.015 <0.05 and t count 2.469> t table 1.661, Electronic Word Of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05 and t count 3.257 > t table 1.661 and Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest with a significance level of 0.002 > 0.05 and t count 3.192 < t table 1.661 Results Content Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth and Brand Image simultaneously have a positive effect and significant for Consumer Purchase Interest as proven by F count 41.738 > F table 2.70 and significance level 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords: Content Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Brand Image, Consumer Purchase Interest.

Abstract

In the new normal era, the use of video conferencing technology continues to increase because activities using video conferencing have become a new habit among Indonesian people. However, despite a significant increase, the factors that influence the interest in reusing video conferencing technology after the new normal era are still a question. Thus, this study aims to create a research model to explain what factors have a positive influence on the interest in reusing video conferencing technology such as perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, perceived enjoyment, social influence, facilitating conditions and user satisfaction. By using quantitative research methods, the population in this study was taken from people who live in the Semarang and surrounding areas with a total of 100 samples collected using purposive sampling method through questionnaires from google form. Then the data is processed using Smart PLS 3.3.3. Meanwhile, the results of data analysis using the structural equation modeling method show that all variables have a significant direct relationship except the relationship between the variable perveive ease of use and continuity intention which has an insignificant relationship.Keyword : Video Conferencing; TAM; perceived ease of use; perceived usefulness; continuance intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and audit quality on tax avoidance. The independent variables used in this study are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and audit quality. The dependent variable in this study is tax avoidance. This research utilizes secondary data obtained from annual reports. The population used in this study comprises food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020- 2022. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, with a sample size of 108 samples (3 years x 36 = 108). Data analysis is conducted using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has a positive effect on tax avoidance. On the other hand, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and audit quality all have negative effects on tax avoidance. Managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and audit quality simultaneously influence tax avoidance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhkecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja terhadapOrganizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawantoko Roti Pelangi Semarang. Manusia dengankompetensi dan kualitas merupakan hal yang palingmendasari bagi perusahaan/organisasi dalammenjalankan atau menggapai tujuannyasecara baik danoptimal. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampelsebanyak 55 karyawan pada toko Roti PelangiSemarang. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positifterhadap organization citizenship behavior padakaryawan Toko Roti Pelangi Semarang. Dimanamenunjukkan semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosionalmaka akan berpengaruh secara positif terhadaporganizational citizenship behavior. Kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenshipbehavior pada karyawan Toko Roti Pelangi Semarang.Semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka akan berpengaruhsecara positif terhadap organizational citizenshipbehavior. Perusahaan dapat lebih memperhatikankondisi masing masing karyawannya, memberikanapresiasi supaya karyawan semakin berkomitmen sertamenular kepada karyawan lainnya. Selain itumeningkatkan rasa percaya antar anggota danmengembangkan rasa persaudaraan sehingga terciptakondisi yang kondusif.

Abstract

Work motivation is the drive or enthusiasm that someone has to carry out tasks and responsibilities in the workplace. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of internal communication, evaluation and reward on employee work motivation at PT. Grab Teknologi Indonesia in Semarang. The population in this study were 49 employees of PT. Grab Teknologi Indonesia in Semarang. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling and the sample was set to 49 respondents. The independent variables in this study were internal communication (X1), evaluation (X2) reward (X3) and the dependent variable was work motivation (Y). The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with an analysis method using multiple linear regression, t-test and F-test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the internal communication variable had a positive and significant effect on work motivation, then the evaluation variable had an insignificant effect on work motivation and the reward variable had a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The coefficient of determination (R Square) figure of 0.417, means that the internal communication, evaluation and reward variables have a role of 41.7% to explain the work motivation variable. Suggestions for improving internal communication in companies include developing more effective communication channels, such as digital platforms for feedback. This can strengthen relationships between employees and increase overall work motivation, then the evaluation process by emphasizing constructive feedback and personal development. Involve employees in setting evaluation goals and offer a variety of rewards, such as bonuses, awards, or self-development opportunities, so that employees can choose what ismost meaningful to them.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and perceived security on the decision to use e-wallets among people in the city of Semarang. The population in this study are people in the city of Semarang who use the e-wallet application as a transaction tool. The sampling technique used in this study used a snowball and obtained 90 respondents. Data collection method with questionnaires distributed online. The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and perceived security have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use e-wallet in the people of Semarang City. The perceived security variable has a dominant influence on the decision to use e-wallet. Security is indeed the most important in the decision to use an e-wallet because someone feels safe and protected.Keywords: Perceived Benefit, Perceived Convenience, Perceived Security, E-Wallet
