Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research is whether there is influence of trust member element of cooperative to member loyalty in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Mitra Sejahtera in Kabupaten Kendal               The population in this study were all members who numbered 3,433 people, while the sample used in this study as many as 100 people. Analytical methods used with multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and t test and F test with the help of SPSS in the calculation              The results of this study indicate that the trust of members of cooperatives affect the loyalty of members in KSP Mitra Sejahtera In Kabupaten Kendal. Trust elements are seen from integrity, credibility and competence. Keywords: Trust (integrity, credibility and competence), Loyalty   ABSTRAK Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh unsur kepercayaan anggota koperasi terhadap loyalitas anggota pada Koperasi simpan Pinjam (KSP) Mitra Sejahtera di Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anggota yang berjumlah 3.433 orang, sedang sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi beserta uji t dan uji F dengan bantuan SPSS dalam perhitungannya. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan anggota koperasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas anggota pada KSP Mitra Sejahtera Di Kabupaten Kendal. Unsur kepercayaan dilihat dari integritas, kredibilitas dan kompetensi.   Kata kunci : Kepercayaan (integritas, kredibilitas dan kompetensi), Loyalitas

Abstract

Guna meningkatkan jumlah pembelian di situs-situs toko online dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan minat beli konsumen secara online ( online buying intention ). Tujuan peneitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi standar pelayanan( service standard communication) dan komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut (word of mouth) terhadap minat beli konsumen secara online ( online shopping). Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif, sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder,serta alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasikan melalui program statistik AMOS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan service standard communication dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap online buying intentions di bisnis online shopping.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) How much influence does customer satisfaction have on the four-star hotel service recovery in Semarang City. (2) How much impact of customer trust on the service recovery of four-star hotels in Semarang, (3) How big is the influence of customer commitment on service recovery for four-star hotels in Semarang City. The sample in this study amounted to 57 respondents or customers. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression includes the T-test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the research and discussions, it can conclude that there is an effect of customer satisfaction on service recovery, there is an effect of customer trust on service recovery also there is an effect of customer commitment on service recovery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of promotional strategies through social media (context, communication, collaboration and connection) on consumer buying interest in Old Man Store Semarang. To answer the research objectives, so a research was conducted by taking as many as 80 samples of consumers who live in the city of Semarang. The method use in sampling is non probability sampling method, namely sampling by determining specific criteria for consumers in the city of Semarang. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and the data were processed using SPSS software version 17 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis, it is shown that the context variable has a positive effect on buying interest, namely 0,666, the collaboration variable has a positive effect on consumer purchase intention, which is equal to 0,305 connection has a positive effect on customer buying interest, namely 0,267. Meanwhile, the communication variable has a negative effect on consumer purchase interest, which is -0,004. Variables simultaneously or together variables context, communication, collaboration and connection have an effect on buying interest in Old Man Store of 30,139 with a significance value of 0,000. Variable context, communication, collaboration dan connection explain the variable consumer buying interest in Old Man Store Semarang at 61,6% while the remaining 38,4% is explained by other causes outside the model

Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1) The influence of work motivation on the performance performance of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang employees. 3) Effect of work environment on the performance of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang employees. 4) The effect of work discipline on the performance of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang employees. The population in this study were 150 employees of Patra Hotel and Semarang Convention. The sample of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang employees 2) The influence of leadership on the of this study were 60 employees of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang. The results found that: 1) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance (β) 0.388 with a sig value of 0,000 <0.05. 2) Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance (β) 0,277 with sig value 0,001 <0,05 3.) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance of (β) 0,256 with sig value 0,000> 0,05. 4) Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance of (β) 0.382 with sig 0.002 <0.05.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of the physical work environment, work discipline and communication on employee performance at the Lumajang Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. This research uses quantitative methods with survey methods and data collection carried out through questionnaires to employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service. The number of employees sampled for this research was 55 people. The results of data analysis using multiple linear regression show that the physical work environment has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Apart from that, communication has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Properly managing and understanding the relationship between service quality, trust, and ease of use is the key to creating a positive customer experience and creating consumer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, trust, and ease of use on consumer satisfaction. The sampling method uses accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression tests. The research results show that service quality and user friendliness have a significant effect on Shopee consumer satisfaction. The trust variable does not have a significant effect on Shopee consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance terhadap corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mediasi corporate social responsibility terhadap hubungan antara good corporate governance dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis data Indeks Persepsi Tata Kelola Perusahaan (CGPI) dari tahun 2019 sampai 2022, menggunakan data sekunder dari bursa efek Indonesia dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Tes asumsi klasik termasuk normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi telah dilakukan untuk memastikan validitas data analisis regresi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa tidak ada heteroskedastisitas dalam model regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel good corporate governance secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Variabel good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility. Variabel corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Variabel good corporate governance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan melaui corporate social responsibility. Hasil F-test menunjukkan pengaruh gabungan yang signifikan dari good corporate governance dan corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja keuangan Perusahaan.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the effect of work design, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of village officials; analyze the effect of work design and organizational culture on work motivation; analyze the effect of work design on the performance of village apparatus through work motivation; analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of village apparatus through work motivation. The population of this study were all village officials in the Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency, with BUMDES management activities not running, namely 63 village officials from a number of 9 villages. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. Therefore, the number of samples taken was also 63 village officials. Data analysis techniques using smartpls. The results of the study found that all hypotheses had a positive and significant direct effect, except for work design on facilitator performance. In the mediation hypothesis, work motivation is able to mediate the influence of work design and the performance of village apparatus, but is unable to mediate the influence of organizational culture and the performance of village apparatus.
