Abstract

ABSTRAK Stunting paling banyak (71.8 % ) terjadi pada 1000 hari pertama kelahiran, anak stunting beresiko pendek, memiliki pendapatan perkapita rendah, stamina lebih rendah, tingkat kecerdasan lebih rendah, dan berisiko lebih besar terkena berbagai penyakit seperti  stroke, obesitas, sakit jantung dan lainya. Stunting bersifat irreversible maka penting dilakukan pencegahan. Kader posyandu memiliki peran penting dalam deteksi dini stunting melalui pelayanan posyandu. Menjadi kewajiban  pemerintah melalui puskesmas, kelurahan dan perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu. Analisa masalah, RW IX Gondoriyo memiliki 10 kader posyandu, potensial  yang dapat diharapkan kontribusinya dalam mendeteksi dini kejadian stunting, terdapat balita dengan weight faltering.  Tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan  kader dalam mendeteksi stunting berdasarkan Standar Antopometri Anak,mampu melakukan pemeriksaan antropetri dengan tepat, mendokumentasikan ke buku Kesehatan ibu dan Anak dengan benar, mampu memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan balita kepada ibu yang memiliki balita melalui media flashcard. Metode pelaksanaan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sosialisasi dan pendampingan cara   pemeriksaan antropometri Berat Badan/Umur (BB/U), Panjang Badan /Umur(PB/U) atau Tinggi Badan /Umur(TB/U), Berat Badan / Tinggi Badan (BB/TB) atau Berat Badan/ Panjang Badan ( BB /PB) dan proses pengisian buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA), deteksi dini pertumbuhan  balita menggunakan buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) dan pembuatan media penyuluhan berupa flashcard. Hasil: terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kader skor nilai rata rata (mean)  sebelum diberikan pendampingan adalah  73, skor setelah diberikan pendampingan  nilai rata rata  86 dan peningkatan keterampilan kader posyandu dalam melakukan pemeriksaan antropometri, dokumentasi buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) dan kemampuan memberikan penyuluhan kepada ibu dengan flashcard. Kesimpulan:  pendampingan ini terbukti meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader dalam mendeteksi dini stunting. Saran: adanya keberlanjutan dari Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini baik berupa komunikasi dan pendampingan berkala. Kata Kunci:  Antropometri,  Kader, Posyandu, Stunting    ABSTRACT Most stunting (71.8%) occurs in the first 1000 days of birth, stunting children are at risk of being short, have a low per capita income, lower stamina, lower intelligence Quotien, and a greater risk of various diseases such as stroke, obesity, heart disease and others. Stunting is irreversible, it’s important to do prevention. Posyandu cadres have an important role in early detection of stunting through posyandu services. Problem analysis: RW IX Gondoriyo has 10 posyandu cadres, potential cadres whose contribution can be expected in early detection of stunting,there are toddlers with weight faltering, The aim is to increase the knowledge and skills of cadres in detecting stunting based on the Child Anthropometry Standards, Able to perform anthropometric examinations correctly, properly documenting the Maternal and Child Health book, able to provide health education for toddlers to mothers who have toddlers through flashcard media. Methods: Focus Group Discussion (FGD),  socialization and assistance on anthropometric examination of Weight/Age,Body Length/Age,or Height/Age,Weight/Height or Weight/Length and the process of filling out the MCH book, early detection of under-five growth using the MCH book and making outreach media in the form of flashcards. Results: there was an increase in knowledge of cadres, the mean score before being given counseling was 73, the score after being given counseling was the mean value 86 and an increase in the skills of posyandu cadres in conducting anthropometric examinations, documentation of MCH books and the ability to provide counseling to mothers with flashcards. Conclusion: this assistance has been proven to increase the knowledge and skills of cadres in early detection of stunting. Abstract

Analisis pembentukan karakter enterpreneur dalam perspekstif Thomas Lickona merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan litertur review. Rendahnya jumlah lulusan Sekolah Menengah yang berminat menjadi enterprenuer dan tingginya angka pengangguran akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sekolah mempunyai peran strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pembentukan karakter wirausaha di sekolah selama ini masih mengintegrasikan pemahaman (cognitives), sikap (attitides), dan motivasi (motivations), serta karakter (behaviors) dan kapabilitas (skills). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menelaah Rencana Pelaksana Pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewirausahaan di SMK Muhammadiyah Kutowinangu, SMAN Buluspesantren dan SMAN Pejagoan Kabupaten Kebumen. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa : 1) Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan di Sekolah Menengah dalam perspesktif pendidikan karkater Thomas Lickona khususnya belum mengitegrasikan antara pemahaman (cognitives), sikap (attitides), dan motivasi (motivations), serta perilaku (behaviors) dan kapabilitas (skills). 2) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan di Sekolah Menengah selama ini belum mampu merubah pola pikir atau perubahan mindset peserta didik dari calon pekerja menjadi calon enterprenuer (pengusaha). 3) Perencanaan pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dapat dilakukan melalui ancangan/pendekatan, yakni; ancangan penanaman nilai (inculcation approach); ancangan perkembangan moral kognitif (cognitive moral development approach); ancangan analisis nilai (values analysis approach); ancangan klarifikasi nilai (values clarification approach); dan ancangan pembelajaran berbuat (action learning approach).

Abstract

Writing stories is a difficult because of the limited vocabulary of the students. The concept map is one that is considered effective in overcoming this problem. The concept map in question must have innovations in the form of proper collocations so students will be able to write stories intact, cohesive and coherent This study aims to determine the differences in writing stories through the application of learning innovation based on word collocation mind maps with mind maps without word collocations. The population was taken in class III SDI Al Munawwarah Pamekasan. The sample in this study was class III A as many as 20 students with the application of word collocation-based mind map innovation as an experimental class with class III B SDI Al Munawwarah 20 students with mind maps without word collocation as a control class. Data collection using the test method then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The analysis showed a difference in the results of writing a story with a mind map based on collocation of words with excellent indicators of 25% and good indicators of 75%. While the control class with good indicators is 65% and sufficient indicators are 35%

Abstract

The problem faced by Sheikh Abdurrahman Rabah Islamic Boarding School is that there is a lack or limitation in the teaching skills of the task teachers. They have strong religious knowledge, but lack knowledge or experience in effective teaching methods. This can affect the quality of learning in the pesantren and the teachers' ability to deliver material clearly and interestingly. Training on basic teaching skills can help teachers deliver the material more effectively, manage the class well, and improve interaction with the students. The stages of implementing this service activity include: identifying the specific needs of prospective task teachers by conducting surveys or interviews with prospective task teachers to understand their needs in developing teaching skills, creating a training program framework for effective teaching methods, classroom management, use of educational technology, and learning evaluation, preparing a training schedule and arranging the necessary venues and facilities, providing training materials, including materials, tasks, and other supporting resources, carrying out training activities in the form of materials and practices of effective teaching methods, classroom management, use of educational technology, and learning evaluation, and carrying out evaluation of training activities. The results of the implementation of this service activity are: understanding and accuracy in selecting and applying methods that can be applied to schools in the pesantren environment, participants understand and apply how to manage the classroom by improving classroom discipline, increasing time efficiency, creating a positive learning environment, increasing student involvement, improving communication skills, improving student achievement, and managing student diversity, participants are able to independently and skillfully create learning media by utilizing AI. Participants are able to create PPT easily using AI, participants are able to provide feedback to students, identify areas that need improvement during the learning process, and measure students' final achievement on a topic or learning period. In addition, participants were able to practice conducting mini exams, class discussions, oral questions, daily assignments, midterms, and final exams.

Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are a group of diseases that are not transmitted through infection or direct contact with other individuals, but are caused by a combination of genetic, environmental and behavioral factors. NCDs are one of the main causes of death globally, with prevalence rates continuing to increase, especially in developing countries. The main risk factors for NCDs include unhealthy diet, lack of physical activity, tobacco consumption and excessive alcohol use. Prevention and control of NCDs requires a multidisciplinary approach, involving public education, health system strengthening, public policies that support health, as well as early detection and risk management. Effective treatment of NCDs is very important to improve people's quality of life and reduce the economic burden caused by this disease. Prevention of PTM can be done through PTM screening. The government has provided this skinning method through the JKN mobile application. The method used in this activity is direct socialization and discussion directly with participants using power point media. The results showed that participants were very enthusiastic about following the education provided and enthusiastic about knowing how to carry out screening using the JKN application.

Abstract

"Isi Piringku" is a dietary guideline developed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia as part of a balanced nutrition campaign. Understanding this concept is particularly important for elementary school-aged children, as this is a critical period for physical growth, mental development, and the formation of healthy lifestyle habits. A balanced nutritional intake plays a vital role in improving learning concentration, supporting physical activity, and preventing various diseases caused by nutritional deficiencies or excesses. However, the dietary behavior of elementary school students remains far from balanced nutrition principles, with an average achievement of only 53.9%. Based on this condition, this Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to improve the knowledge, skills, and behavior of Youth Red Cross (PMR) members at SDN Krapyak in consuming food according to balanced nutrition guidelines using the “Isi Piringku” media. The activities carried out included obtaining permission, conducting socialization, training on the use of the “Isi Piringku” media, and providing ongoing mentoring. Through this program, it was expected that PMR members could become change agents and role models for their peers in implementing healthy and balanced eating habits. The results of the activity showed that the mentoring was successfully conducted. There was a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of PMR members, as reflected in the increase in the average score from 70.8 to 90.97 after the intervention. This indicates that the approach using the "Isi Piringku" media is effective in promoting balanced nutritional behavior among elementary school children.

Abstract

At the Wanayasa I Health Center UPTD, it was found that the medical record folder was torn so that the identity of the patient's medical record number could not be read and the officers often turned the folder over to view the contents of the medical record. Another factor is the lack of knowledge of medical record officers because their educational background is not a medical record graduate and has never attended training related to medical record management. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of the medical record maintenance system at the Wanayasa I Public Health Center UPTD. The type of research used was a qualitative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The results of the research on physical document maintenance systems for space management, do not use air conditioning, storage, use 2 wooden document racks, but should be replaced with filing cabinets or roll o'packs. Preventive materials, by carrying out activities to put camphor. There is no specific prohibition regarding the medical record maintenance system. Extrinsic factors are not in accordance with the theory. The document maintenance system for preventing document damage includes mountainous air with a temperature range of 18°-23°C which is quite good for preventing document damage. For fumigation, archival restoration and microfilm are not currently carried out but preventive measures should be taken

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, salary, and career development on employee performance at Larissa Aesthetic Center through employee commitment as a mediating variable. The importance of optimizing employee performance in supporting business growth requires appropriate efforts and strategies to maximize existing resources in the work environment. Employees who value the work environment because it fosters a sense of well-being and enthusiasm at work. Salary is one of the factors that influences performance, in line with compensation that meets expectations as a form of responsibility in the workplace. Employee career development is seen as a call for progress, where competent workers facilitate the organization in becoming a solution for clients.The method used in this study employs an explanatory approach to uncover the relationships between variables and emphasizes causal numerical data. The study population consists of 65 employees, with the sampling technique using a census, where the entire population serves as the study sample. This research utilizes primary data obtained through questionnaire completion. Secondary data is derived from relevant documentation related to the research topic. Data analysis employs path analysis to test the relationships between research variables. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, salary, and career development have a significant influence on employee performance at Larissa Aesthetic Center, through the support of employee commitment as a mediating variable. The findings of this study can serve as a reference for business actors as a basis for consideration in actions related to human resources.
