Abstract

This research was conducted to answer the problem, first, how is the level of parental attention to learning outcomes. second, how are the student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects, research uses descriptive quantitative, namely the method used to research on certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative / statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The results of the analysis on parental attention to learning outcomes, it can be concluded that parental attention has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, amounting to 0.507. And learning outcomes are perceived as Good (B) with an average value of 4.02. The most dominant indicator of learning outcomes is (Report) with an average value of 4.14, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between parents' attention to learning outcomes. Based on these findings, it is suggested that schools pay more attention to parents by always paying attention to their parents. socializing to urge parents to be able to continue and increase their attention to children's learning activities, both in terms of providing guidance, advice, encouragement, supervision, and equipment for children's learning facilities, as well as fostering a harmonious relationship with their children, so that children will be motivated and able to improve learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to recognize number symbols in Anak Kelompok A at SPS Dahlia Jatisampurna Bekasi through playing number cards. The ability of number symbols studied included making a sequence of numbers 1-10 with objects, pointing and writing symbols for numbers 1-10, pairing number symbols with objects 1 to 10. Early childhood is a unique individual who has a pattern of growth and physical development, cognitive, socio-emotional, creativity, language and communication specifically in accordance with the stages that are being passed by the child. The research used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. In the process of collecting data, researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study includes the test of credibility (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and confirmability (objectivity). The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to recognize number symbols after learning through number card playing activities. As for what the teacher does before carrying out number card learning, namely: Choosing a theme to be achieved, planning or preparing teaching materials to be delivered, dividing children into several groups, explaining how to play number cards, providing opportunities for children to play number cards, repeating material from the last number card learning activity is to carry out an evaluation. Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to provide a descriptive analysis of financial management in educational institutions. which is engaged in non-profit activities also carry out the management process. Educational institutions are required to carry out optimal management processes based on the conception of school-based management (SBM). SBM aims to empower schools in establishing various internal school policies that lead to improving the quality and performance of schools as a whole. Based on data collection carried out at the Permata Gemilang Integrated Islamic School, the school is based on a foundation where most of the sources of income come from foundations, tuition fees and the government, in contrast to state schools which come from BOS. Practically the results of writing this article are expected to be able to provide insight into financial management in private school institutions starting from planning, acting, recording, accountability or monitoring and reporting based on the principles of fairness, efficiency , transparency, and accountability. Abstract

Principal leadership in dealing with change in the 4.0 era has its own tips and tricks for each school. Educational leaders besides being able to find the best work techniques or methods, must also pay attention to the creation of open communication and collaboration between school members. the function of the leader is to facilitate the achievement of goals of members cooperatively and develop their personality. The purpose of this research is to objectively and in-depth find out about the development of school leadership in dealing with the changes and complexities of the 4.0 era. This research method uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, both in books, articles, journals, or online media which discusses the analysis of educational management standards accompanied by field studies using interview techniques and descriptive surveys using simple questionnaires. In developing his leadership, a school principal is required to be able to run a school to keep developing in an era of complexity of change in creating competitiveness in the 4.0 era, especially for driving school principals who are transformed to become future education leaders. Abstract

Management is essentially a function of structuring all activities in education so that educational goals are achieved within predetermined policy boundaries. The concept of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a concept for how to measure performance in each institution/company. This concept has also begun to be widely adopted by educational actors, one of which is at SMPN 1 Cangkuang, Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability between the process of preparing the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector, to analyze the suitability between the concept of the Balanced Score and the process of implementing the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector, and to analyze the suitability between the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard at SMP N 1 Cangkuang, and the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the sector Education. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the research conducted on the BSC concept at SMPN 1 Cangkuang, Bandung Regency, found compatibility between the process of compiling the Balanced Scorecard at SMP N 1 Cangkuang and the process for compiling the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector, the suitability between the concept of the Balanced Scorecard at SMP N 1 Cangkuang, and the process of compiling the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector, and compatibility between the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard at SMP N 1 Cangkuang, and the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the Education sector. Abstract

The success of an educational institution depends on who is the manager or administrator and manager of the school, namely the principal. The existence of the principal as a leader in the supervision process. Supervision in schools is carried out by the principal who acts as a supervisor, so he must be able to carry out various supervision and control to improve teacher performance. Supervision and control are preventive measures to prevent teachers from committing deviations and to be more careful in carrying out their work as educators. Therefore, this study reveals supervision activities at the MTs Ar-Rosyidiyah school in Bandung. The results of this study are the focus of supervision activities carried out by the principal regarding teacher administration and teaching and learning process activities; Supervision activities are very helpful for teachers in solving educational problems faced by teachers when carrying out learning, and can provide motivation for teachers to always increase their knowledge to become professional teachers in carrying out learning; and Obstacles to school principals in supervision are overlapping activities and limited operational funds. Abstract

In the teaching and learning process the teacher is seen as having a very important role in helping students to develop their potential in cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities, the teacher also seeks to arouse curiosity, encourage independence and accuracy of intellectual logic, and create conditions for success in study. Teacher performance can be seen and measured based on competency specifications/criteria that must be possessed by each teacher. can be displayed through the mastery of pedagogic, professional, personality and social competencies. Considering that the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance provides a correlation, it is suggested at the Permata Gemilang Integrated Islamic Middle School, that teachers can improve performance as can be seen from their responsibilities in carrying out the professional duties they carry out, their obedience and loyalty in carrying out teacher duties as teachers. Abstract

The concept of the Balanced Scorecard has been widely implemented in various business fields, both goods and services, so that by studying this concept the reader can understand the meaning, purpose, benefits, factors that are the key to the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard. The purpose of this study is to implement the Balanced Scorecard at SMK NEGERI 6 Garut. This research method uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, both in books, articles, journals, or online media which discusses the analysis of educational management standards accompanied by field studies using interview techniques and descriptive surveys using simple questionnaires. The Balanced Scorecard in business functions to provide guidance in determining the objectives and measures of the Scorecard, obtaining commitment from project participants and clarifying the framework for implementation, and the management process that must be carried out after the initial scorecad preparation. In business, it is a management tool used to boost an organization's ability to multiply performance. Abstract

Talking about education cannot be separated from the term quality. The quality indicator itself can be measured by supervision activities that can be carried out by the principal as the head of the institution in the school he leads. The role of the school principal is being able to make breakthroughs in terms of managing teacher performance and to increase teacher professionalism. The research chosen by the author is library research or library research, namely research that utilizes library sources which is carried out by tracing and examining primary and secondary literature on books on academic supervision, the role of the school principal, building a climate of cooperation and other scientific essays. The success of school principals and school committees in improving teacher performance is very dependent on management supervision which includes the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The ability of school principals to build a climate of good cooperation with school committees will make it easier for their institutions to achieve common policies and goals in terms of controlling the quality of education in their institutions on an ongoing basis. This article aims to describe the management of school principals' academic supervision and to analyze the role of school principals and school committees in improving teacher performance.
