Abstract

A habit that exists in the community is a culture that is carried out continuously in a descending way so that it becomes an important part of people's social life. Like shaking hands is a habit that almost everyone has, regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, age, or social status. shaking hands or shaking hands becomes a symbol of the bond of a social relationship, whether business relations, friendship, kinship, and others. However, Islam as a religion that maintains benefit has a legal procedure for shaking hands with other people. Shaking hands between men and women who are not mahrams is a problem in society. some people believe in his permissibility, and others believe in his prohibition. This study aims to discuss handshakes from religious and social perspectives. This research method uses a qualitative type with secondary sources, namely books, theses, dissertations, and journals related to this research. Furthermore, this study applies content analysis as a means to examine the collected data so that conclusions can be drawn. This research results from a handshake analysis from religious and social perspectives with Yusuf al-Qardhawi’s theoretical approach and Peter L. Berger’s theory. This study concludes that there is a correlation between Yusuf al-Qardhawi’s theory of the handshake and the social construction analysis of Peter L. Berger.

Abstract

Birokrasi dapat dipahami sebagai prosedur kerja, sistem keorganisasian, dan kekuasaan untuk mengambil keputusan, saat ini aturan penyelenggaraan sekolah inklusif sudah digulirkan dengan mewajibkansetiap sekolah menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus terlibat dan ikut berpartisipasi di dalam kelas bersama peserta didik lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima pada anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di sekolah regular penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Sekolah diharapkan memberikan kesempatan yang sama untuk semua anak. Metoda yang digunakan metoda deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dilaksanakan di sekolah Dasar Ibnu Sina dan Sekolah Cendikia Leadership Kabupaten Bandung. Temuan yang didapat bahwa implementasi pendidikan inklusif belum dilaksanakan secara eksplisit, baik berupa program tertulis maupun dalam pelayanan pendidikan yang disesuaikan kebutuhan siswa. Perlu dirumuskan program pelayanan pendidikan khusus yang lebih mumpuni. Indikasi hasil studi dibutuhkan sebuah rancangan pengembangan program layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan pada ABK. program pelatihan untuk guru dalam penanganan anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusi sangat diperlukan dan memberikan dampak yang positif untuk baik untuk gurunya itu sendiri maupun untuk semua siswa tanpa terkecuali. Oleh sebab itu, program pelatihan yang tepat, berkesinambungan, berjenjang serta dilakukan secara konsisten akan meningkatkan efektivitas layanan pendidikan bagi anak-anak berkebutuhan khususdi sekolah inklusi.

Abstract

Principal leadership in dealing with change in the 4.0 era has its own tips and tricks for each school. Educational leaders besides being able to find the best work techniques or methods, must also pay attention to the creation of open communication and collaboration between school members. the function of the leader is to facilitate the achievement of goals of members cooperatively and develop their personality. The purpose of this research is to objectively and in-depth find out about the development of school leadership in dealing with the changes and complexities of the 4.0 era. This research method uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, both in books, articles, journals, or online media which discusses the analysis of educational management standards accompanied by field studies using interview techniques and descriptive surveys using simple questionnaires. In developing his leadership, a school principal is required to be able to run a school to keep developing in an era of complexity of change in creating competitiveness in the 4.0 era, especially for driving school principals who are transformed to become future education leaders. Abstract

The success of an educational institution depends on who is the manager or administrator and manager of the school, namely the principal. The existence of the principal as a leader in the supervision process. Supervision in schools is carried out by the principal who acts as a supervisor, so he must be able to carry out various supervision and control to improve teacher performance. Supervision and control are preventive measures to prevent teachers from committing deviations and to be more careful in carrying out their work as educators. Therefore, this study reveals supervision activities at the MTs Ar-Rosyidiyah school in Bandung. The results of this study are the focus of supervision activities carried out by the principal regarding teacher administration and teaching and learning process activities; Supervision activities are very helpful for teachers in solving educational problems faced by teachers when carrying out learning, and can provide motivation for teachers to always increase their knowledge to become professional teachers in carrying out learning; and Obstacles to school principals in supervision are overlapping activities and limited operational funds. Abstract

The concept of the Balanced Scorecard has been widely implemented in various business fields, both goods and services, so that by studying this concept the reader can understand the meaning, purpose, benefits, factors that are the key to the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard. The purpose of this study is to implement the Balanced Scorecard at SMK NEGERI 6 Garut. This research method uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, both in books, articles, journals, or online media which discusses the analysis of educational management standards accompanied by field studies using interview techniques and descriptive surveys using simple questionnaires. The Balanced Scorecard in business functions to provide guidance in determining the objectives and measures of the Scorecard, obtaining commitment from project participants and clarifying the framework for implementation, and the management process that must be carried out after the initial scorecad preparation. In business, it is a management tool used to boost an organization's ability to multiply performance. Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) and the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) are collaborating to implement the Islamic Boarding School-Based School Program. This collaboration is outlined in a joint agreement between the Director of Junior High School and the Director of Diniyah Education and Islamic Boarding Schools Number 815/C3/LL/2008 and Number Dt.I.III/83/2008 concerning the Development of Islamic Boarding School-Based Junior High Schools and continued based on the Agreement between the Director of Junior High School Development and the Director of Diniyah Education and Islamic Boarding Schools Number 1763.1/C3/KP/2013 and Number Dj.I/Dt.i.III/3/PP.00.7/2509/2913 concerning the Development of an Islamic Boarding School-Based Junior High School. Azzainiyyah Junior High School is one of the Islamic boarding school-based junior high schools that integrates the culture of Islamic boarding school in school by adding Islamic boarding school subjects sourced from the Traditional Islamic book completed by the scoring system of the report. This program has become one of the leading programs in the education world which answers the concerns of experts about non-religious scientists or scholars who only care about religion, with this program it is hoped that scientists who are religious and accomplished will be born. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach to reveal and interpret various symptoms and phenomena as well as analytical descriptive methods to always maintain the integrity of the subject, the data collected was analyzed more comprehensively.
