Abstract

Landasan yuridis formal pelaksanaan pendidikan di negara kita adalah Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional.  Jenis pendidikan dalam satuan pendidikan ada 8 jenis pendidikan yang terdiri dari : 1). Pendidikan umum, 2). Pendidikan Kejuruan, 3). Pendidikan akademik, 4). Pendidikan profesi, 5). Pendidikan vokasi, 6). Pendidikan keagamaan, 7). Pendidikan khusus, 8). Pendidikan kedinasan. Jalur pendidikan adalah wahana yang dilalui peserta didik untuk mengembangkan potensi dirinya dalam suatu proses pendidikan yang sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan. Jalur pendidikan di Indonesia terdiri atas pendidikan formal, nonformal. Kata jalur yang dimaksud adalah wahana yang dilalui peserta didik untuk mengembangkan potensi diri dalam suatu proses pendidikan. Ketiga jalur tersebut formal, nonformal, dan informal  fungsinya saling melengkapi dan memperkaya

Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to provide a descriptive analysis of financial management in educational institutions. which is engaged in non-profit activities also carry out the management process. Educational institutions are required to carry out optimal management processes based on the conception of school-based management (SBM). SBM aims to empower schools in establishing various internal school policies that lead to improving the quality and performance of schools as a whole. Based on data collection carried out at the Permata Gemilang Integrated Islamic School, the school is based on a foundation where most of the sources of income come from foundations, tuition fees and the government, in contrast to state schools which come from BOS. Practically the results of writing this article are expected to be able to provide insight into financial management in private school institutions starting from planning, acting, recording, accountability or monitoring and reporting based on the principles of fairness, efficiency , transparency, and accountability. Abstract

In the teaching and learning process the teacher is seen as having a very important role in helping students to develop their potential in cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities, the teacher also seeks to arouse curiosity, encourage independence and accuracy of intellectual logic, and create conditions for success in study. Teacher performance can be seen and measured based on competency specifications/criteria that must be possessed by each teacher. can be displayed through the mastery of pedagogic, professional, personality and social competencies. Considering that the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance provides a correlation, it is suggested at the Permata Gemilang Integrated Islamic Middle School, that teachers can improve performance as can be seen from their responsibilities in carrying out the professional duties they carry out, their obedience and loyalty in carrying out teacher duties as teachers. Abstract

Talking about education cannot be separated from the term quality. The quality indicator itself can be measured by supervision activities that can be carried out by the principal as the head of the institution in the school he leads. The role of the school principal is being able to make breakthroughs in terms of managing teacher performance and to increase teacher professionalism. The research chosen by the author is library research or library research, namely research that utilizes library sources which is carried out by tracing and examining primary and secondary literature on books on academic supervision, the role of the school principal, building a climate of cooperation and other scientific essays. The success of school principals and school committees in improving teacher performance is very dependent on management supervision which includes the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The ability of school principals to build a climate of good cooperation with school committees will make it easier for their institutions to achieve common policies and goals in terms of controlling the quality of education in their institutions on an ongoing basis. This article aims to describe the management of school principals' academic supervision and to analyze the role of school principals and school committees in improving teacher performance. Abstract

The education system in Indonesia nationally has standards in its management. In general, education management standards are made to standardize the quality of management in schools/madrasas. However, it is specifically necessary to analyze each point in order to develop the quality of education services in schools/madrasas that implement it. This analysis must be able to support further progress for the development of educational institutions to become more professional and adapt to the needs of the community. Abstract

Berbicara pendidikan tidak akan lepas dengan istilah mutu. Indikator mutu itu sendiri dapat diukur dengan kegiatan supervisi yang dapat dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan lembaga yang ada pada sekolah yang di pimpin. Peran kepala Sekolah mampu melakukan terobosan dalam hal pengelolaan kinerja guru dan untuk meningtkan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian yang dipilih penulis merupakan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research yaitu penelitian yang memanfaatkan sumber pustaka yang dilakukan dengan cara menelusuri dan menelaah literatur-literatur primer maupun sekunder buku-buku tentang supervisi akademik, peran kepala sekolah, membangun iklim kerjasama serta karangan ilmiah lainnya. Keberhasilan kepalasekolah dan komite sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru sangat bergantung dari manajemen pengawasan yang dilakukan meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindaklanjut. Kemampuan kepala sekolah membangun iklim kerjasama yang baik dengan komitesekolah akan memudahkan lembaganya mencapai kebijakan dan tujuan bersama dalam hal mengontrol mutu pendidikan di lembaganya secara berkesinambungan. Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru.
