Education requires optimal work behaviour and performance from teachers and schools. Islamic schools that are starting to develop a lot are also required to develop the quality of education, including from the aspect of education personnel. The aims of s study were 1) to analyse the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of elementary school teachers in Banten; 2) to analyse the effect direct and indirect of job satisfaction on the work behaviour and performance of elementary school teachers in Banten as well as to analyse the effect of Islamic behaviour work on the performance of elementary school teachers in Banten. The research design was a quantitative method. The population were elementary school teachers in the Banten area. The selected sample was 105 teachers. The analysis technique was path analysis. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that motivation and job satisfaction had a positive effect on teachers' Islamic behaviour and performance in elementary school teachers in Banten. Islamic behaviour of teachers in elementary school teachers in Banten positively affected teacher performance in elementary school teachers in Banten. Motivation and job satisfaction indirectly affected elementary school teachers' performance in Banten through Islamic behaviour.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah implementasi kurikulum pendidikan Islam berbasis kearifan lokal dan upaya penanaman nilai-nilai Islam berbasis kearifan lokal dalam praktek pendidikan. Desain penelitian ini adalah Literature Review atau tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) implementasi konsep merdeka belajar memang didesain agar peserta didik memiliki banyak alternatif kompetensi dan keterampilan yang relevan dikembangkan di masa depan. dikembangkan berbasis pemahaman dan pengamalan nilai-nilai tauhid secara radikal (mengakar kuat), kebebasan memilih dalam mengikuti perkuliahan dan praktik lapangan yang menjadi kebutuhan dan proyeksinya di masa depan: 2) Upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kearifan lokal dilakukan melalui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kearifan lokal yang telah ditanamkan melalui metode pembudayaan agama berupa nilai keimanan , nilai ibadah, nilai akhlak dengan memadukan kebiasaan agama Islam dalam kurikulum pendidikan merdeka belajar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan memperoleh informasi tentang perubahan metode pembelajaran guru serta peran aktif orang tua dimasa pendemi covid-19. Perubahan metode mengajar dari tatap muka of line menjadi jarak jauh of line telah menyadarkan insan pendidik juga orang tua bahwa telah terjadi perubahan sistem pembelajaran secara masif. Perubahan ini jika tidak disikapi dengan bijak makan akan mereduksi makna dan hasil pendidikan yang diselenggaran dalam kuru satu sentengah tahun ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naratif, model ini peneliti ambil agar dapat memotret dan mendeskripsikan fakta dan temuan yang dipadukan dengan berbagi literatur yang sesuai dengan judul penelitian. Dengan pendekatan ini diharapkan peneltitian ini dapat menggambarkan secara objektif tentang optimalisasi pembelajaran anak usia dini dimasa pandemi covid-19.

The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at SDI Sabilina, Cibur, Bekasi. In this study, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely research methods that utilize qualitative data and are described descriptively. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The research was conducted on Wednesday, June 09, 2021, at SDI Sabilina from 13.00-16.00. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through member checks, namely the process of checking data carried out by researchers to research subjects or resource persons, and discussions with colleagues.

Social media has provided many conveniences in the lives of the wider community. And especially in the world of education at this time. However, there are also many problems caused by social media. The research method used is qualitative field research where the researcher conducts research by means of observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming the negative impacts of social media. The results of the research obtained by researchers are that social media has a very bad impact on students starting from the decline in student interest in learning, many like to follow negative trends, the emergence of habits new ones that are not good for students. The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers as facilitators of overcoming the negative impacts of social media at SMAN 8 Mandua has more or less succeeded in reducing the negative impacts that arise from social media. Some of the methods used by PAI teachers are by carrying out learning outside the classroom and conducting interactive discussions in order to create a better harmonious relationship between teachers and students when they are inside or outside of teaching and learning activities. always set a good example to students, reminding him of things he should pay attention to and how he should behave in his daily social life in public, how to get along with the opposite sex and pay attention to other norms according to Islamic teachings. Programs in schools also require teachers, especially PAI teachers, to build relationships and work together with parents so that they can pay more attention and control their children when using cellphones and especially social media so that children don't spend too much time using social media. This study discusses qur'an-based learning approaches. This research is a qualitative type with a literary analysis approach (literature study) that concludes that the Qur'an requires two approaches to learning, as two types of learning approaches in education theory are called teacher centered and student centered. But the Qur'an requires a more portion of the student centered approach considering the span of human age between the maturity period of intelligence development is longer than the age of physical growth, Moreover, the case study of verses that shed more on the maturity of intelligence that indicates independence as the case of Ulul Albab. In addition, the Qur'an indicates that the variety of learning approaches pay attention to at least three potentials of humans who are interlinked in the process of learning interaction, namely the potential of remembrance (affective), thinking (cognitive) and charity shaleh (Psychomotoric). The use of integrated thematic models at the elementary school or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) education level, namely combining several contents into one unit called thematic, in the learning process uses a scientific approach with the formation of the learning process through observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating (5M). The aims of study were to describe the scientific approach learning model in integrated thematic learning and to describe the obstacles in the scientific approach in integrated thematic learning for students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Banten. The theory used in this study is an integrated thematic learning model based on theory from Bruner, Piaget and Vygotsky. This study uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive qualitative method. This type of research uses phenomenology. The data analysis technique used the Interactive Analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman models including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that 1) the scientific approach model in integrated thematic learning using the scientific approach was carried out using the Problem Based Learning method and 2) Obstacles in the scientific approach in integrated thematic learning include a) less than optimal teacher readiness in the process of applying the scientific approach to thematic learning; b) Its implementation is still partial in each subject; c) cannot yet be presented through a unified whole with the theme.

Every young generation must have a character that understands the values of the nation and state. Things students must be formed in a religious character in Islamic education. This study aims to examine the application of the Islamic Learning Model (MIL) to improve learning in understanding the values of the nation and state in shaping the character of students in Islamic schools in the Banten region. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The type of research used in this research activity is field research. Based on the results of the study it was found that the Islamic Learning Method (ILM) method can be applied to shape students' character and understanding of Islamic values in Banten Regional Islamic Schools. The ILM method is carried out by teaching and character building according to the teachings of Islamic values. Activities carried out in improving coaching in schools so that changes in student behavior in committing violations such as discipline are decreasing and the existence of coaching in the form of an Islamic learning model will improve character and understand Islamic values in everyday life.

This research aims to determine the application of Islamic values to students at Islamic universities and to determine the development of a character formation model based on Islamic rules for students at Islamic universities. This research useda qualitative approach with library methods. The research results showed that application of Islamic values to students at Islamic universitieswith characters formulated as reinforcements for Islamic education so that character education is essentially the spirit of Islamic education. The formation of the character of Islamic education basically refers to the sources contained in the life guidelines of Muslims, namely the Al-Qur'an, Al-Sunnah, and Ijtihad. Development of a character formation model based on Islamic rules for students at Islamic universitiesselike the millennial generation, it takes time and process. Therefore, character formation in students requires a conducive attitude and value orientation, these include: attitude, orientation and practice of mutual trust, discipline, working hard, prioritizing education, enforcing the rule of law, as well as our shared identity in a nation.

The rapid increase in the number of schools necessitates the evaluation of educational quality across all institutions, including both private and state-run schools, with a particular focus on Islamic schools. Organizational performance serves as a key indicator of an institution's effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational structure, conflict management, and internal control on the work environment and effectiveness of teachers in Islamic schools in Banten. The study population comprised teachers from Islamic schools in Banten, with a total sample size of 58 teachers. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis to assess the relationships between the variables. The analysis revealed that organizational structure, conflict management, and internal control positively influenced the teachers' work environment. Furthermore, the organizational structure was found to have a significant impact on work effectiveness. However, conflict management and internal control did not show a significant effect on teachers' work effectiveness. Additionally, the work environment had a positive effect on the effectiveness of the teachers' work. The findings indicate that a well-defined organizational structure enhances both the work environment and the effectiveness of teachers in Islamic schools. While conflict management and internal control are beneficial for improving the work environment, they do not directly influence work effectiveness. The positive correlation between the work environment and teacher effectiveness underscores the importance of fostering a supportive and well-structured organizational setting. This study underscores the critical role of organizational structure in enhancing teacher effectiveness in Islamic schools. While conflict management and internal control improve the work environment, their direct impact on effectiveness is limited. Creating a conducive work environment remains essential for maximizing the performance of teachers.
