Abstract

Project Based Learning is where students are asked to complete a project in the form of a group that has been designed by the teacher. The type of research used in this study was a quasy experiment with a posttest-only control group design by comparing the posttest results of the experimental class and the control class. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the project based learning model on student learning outcomes in science learning in class V SDN Kampung Sawit 6. The population in this study were all students in class V consisting of VA and VB classes totaling 25 students. The research sample used a saturated sampling technique with a total of 25 students. The data collection technique used is a test. The data analysis technique used is the data normality test, data homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the results of the t test showed the value of tcount = 18,538 ttable = 1.697, which means that there is an influence of the project based learning model on student learning outcomes in class V science learning at SDN Kampung Sawit 6. Keywords: Learning Model, Learning Outcomes, ScienceAbstrak Project Based Learning adalah dimana siswa diminta menyelesaikan suatu proyek dalam bentuk kelompok yang telah di rancang oleh guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperiment dengan jenis desain penelitian posttest-only control group design dengan membandingkan hasil posttest dari kelas eksperiment dan kelas kontrol. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas V SDN Kampung Sawit 6. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang terdiri dari kelas VA dan VB berjumlah 25 siswa. Sampel penelitian menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas data, uji homogenitas data, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai thitung = 18.538 ttabel = 1, 697 yang artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh model project based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas V SDN Kampung Sawit 6. Abstract

Indonesian is one of the subjects that must be taught in elementary schools. This research is motivated by several problems such as during the teaching and learning process the learning media used when teaching is less attractive, then the teacher has not applied the big book media to the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of big book media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students in learning Indonesian. The population of this study was 32 students in class V, with a sample of 15 students in class V A. The research method uses a quantitative method of the Pre-experimental design (non-designs), namely the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data collection techniques in this study using tests. The test instrument is in the form of essay questions totaling 5 questions to measure students' understanding abilities. The data analysis technique uses the independent sample t-test. Based on the research results, the average pretest score was 49.73, and the posttest score was 83.61. From testing the hypothesis obtained of 8.501 and value of 2.048. With a significant level of 0.05 this means > (8.501 > 2.048). So it can be stated that Ha is accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of big book media on student learning outcomes in learning Indonesian.
