Abstract

Trust Ban merupakan distributor yang khusus menjual ban motor dan juga menjadi supplier di kota Palangka Raya. Penjualan ban motor di Trust Ban masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dimana semua pencatatan transaksi barang masuk dan keluar masih dicatat di perangkat mobile. Sehingga kasir akan kesulitan saat melihat informasi persediaan barang yang ada, kasir juga tidak bisa melihat jumlah atau banyaknya stok ban, ROP adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung tingkat atau stabilitas persediaan sebuah barang. Dengan adanya rancang bangun pengelolaan barang masuk dan barang keluar dengan metode ROP ini pemilik distributor (owner) pun dapat mengecek stok barang dengan lebih mudah dan, pengendalian persediaan pun berjalan dengan baik, sehingga terjadinya kesalahan informasi dapat diminimalisir. Metodologi penelitian pada pembuatan sistem ini adalah metode pendekatan waterfall,yang memiliki tahapan yaitu Requirements and Definition yang digambatkan menggunakan Flowchart,Analysis and Definition yang digambarkan dengan UML(Unified Modelling Language),Implementation and Unit Testing dengan menggunakan metode black box. Dari hasil rancang bangun dan hasil pengujian black box testing, ini dapat dihasilkan aplikasi berbasis website dengan menggunakan safety stock dan reorder point yang dapat memfasilitasi pihak Trust Ban dalam menghindari terjadinya stockout,menentukan titik pemesanan ulang ke supplier.

Abstract

So far, smartphone users who experience damage to their smartphones tend to have difficulty or confusion in dealing with the damage they have experienced, they tend to be confused and without thinking Long immediately submit it to service providers, this method is indeed effective but has a bad impact on users because they don't know the chronology of the damage. what happens on their smartphone, as a result users can be fooled, cheated, or get unilateral treatment that is detrimental to the user, from this problem the author wants to offer a solution by using an expert system application that aims to describe the solution to the damage that occurred and educate the damage that occurred.The expert system to diagnose damage to this smartphone uses the forward chaining method, the programming languages used are PHP, CSS and Java Script, the program functionality design process uses Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams and designs the program's User Interface Design, and the stages of its manufacture using the waterfall metrology, which in its development has several sequential stages: requirements (needs analysis), system design (system design), Coding & Testing, Program implementation, maintenance. Testing the expert system to diagnose damage to this smartphone uses blackbox testing techniques. Based on the results of research, analysis, design, to the results of making this expert system, it can be concluded that the test results are appropriate and meet the conditions that are expected to develop by adding new types of damage that can increase the diversity of data in the database so as to produce programs that can run properly. namely in the form of an application to diagnose smartphone damage based on the symptoms of the damage that occurred.

Abstract

The Electronic E-learning System for Productive Multimedia and Marketing Lessons at Karsa Mulya Vocational High School, Palangkaraya City, was built for convenience for teachers and students who during this time the learning process is always limited when studying in the room. In the process of designing an E-learning system for productive lessons in Multimedia and Marketing at SMK Karsa Mulya, Palangkaraya City, using the Waterfall Method according to Sommerville (2011: 29-30) which is divided into several stages, namely Analysis and definition of needs, system design and software, implementation and unit testing, system integration and testing, operation and maintenance. In the analysis and design stage the writer conducted a survey, interview and discussion with the school to find options and solutions for what features would be designed next and this analysis stage also made a flowchart, then used the programming language THML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and MySQL as the database creation. Then implemented into an E-learning website, which is carried out in the testing phase using a Blackbox. From the results of research that has been carried out by the author implementing the results of this study in the E-learning system of Productive Multimedia and Marketing lessons at SMK Karsa Mulya, Palangka Raya city. The output produced by this system is in accordance with the expected criteria and objectives, obtained an accuracy of 72.7% with a system error value of 27.2% in testing system results.

Abstract

This system was built with the aim of being a medium of sales information for refilling gallon water depots and providing information for people who want to buy refill gallon water. With this system, it is expected to be useful as a medium for expanding information about refill gallon water depots, helping consumers to purchase gallons of refill water easily, and the purchase of refill gallon water can be done without the need for the charging depot location. The methodology used in the manufacture of "Refill Gallons of Water Sales Information Systems Design in the City of Palangka Raya Based on Web" is Waterfall According to Ian Sommerville, the Requirement Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and maintenance. This methodology was chosen because every step of structured development was visualized, and clearly documented. At the analysis stage, data collection and needs analysis were made. At the design stage, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) are made. At the implementation stage, the system is made using PHP and Javascript as a programming language, and MySQL as a database server. The test method used is the Blackbox Testing method. Test results using this Blackbox method from the analysis process until the implementation is obtained that the system can carry out data processing such as adding/saving, deleting, changing, and searching. Users can enter data and data can be processed and produce location, product, transaction, and report information. "Refill Gallon Water Sales Information Systems Design in the City of Palangka Raya Based on Web" is able to provide information needed by customers and visitors. In the system there are several features that can be used by the admin, operators, customers and visitors though. So that the functionality of this website is appropriate in accordance with the initial purpose of making the system, "Refill Gallon Water Sales Information Systems Design in the City of Palangka Raya Based on Web " can still be developed again.

Abstract

Advances in technology are currently happening in almost all aspects of life. Now all the desired information can be obtained using smartphone media. This is because the function of the smartphone can be used anywhere and anytime. One of the supporting factors is its relatively small size and easy to carry anywhere so that it makes it easy for users to find information. Advances and developments in this technology will certainly make it easier to present information, one of which is in the field of mental health. This study aims to design and build an android-based consulting application that connects psychologists with clients to conduct consultations in real time. This application presents a list of psychologists that can be selected according to the topic of consultation and clients can process payments and schedule consultations with psychologists through this application. This application can also provide information about the world of mental health through the information page provided. The results of this study are in the form of an android-based consulting application that can be used by psychology clients to conduct consultations with psychologists in real time through smartphone media.

Abstract

SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir is one of the junior high schools in Pulang Pisau. Every year the number of students at SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir continues to increase, so student data is difficult to maintain. SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir, still uses the manual method in data recap. Starting from the management of student data, teacher and academic data stored in hard copies or sheets of paper for data recap. Where it fills the storage space of the office and if something happens like a fire, the data will be lost. Backup data is also still using a flash, where the flash can not guarantee data security. Moreover, the size of the flash is not necessarily sufficient for all the data. So from these problems, an application was made for web-based data management on the Academic Information system of SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir. The academic information system uses the waterfall software development method, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. At the analysis and design stage using DFD and ERD for data design. While at the testing stage the method used is the black box method. The results obtained in the study are in the form of a website with features for managing student data, identity, class, class schedule, class, attendance, grades, curriculum, subject groups, academic year and teachers who are integrated with each other. The results of the black box test have been obtained with evidence of testing the black box sheet by the teacher of SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir.

Abstract

Marriage is the most sacred and main form of human relationship, so every couple will undoubtedly make total preparations to face the marriage. Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration is a company engaged in wedding planning where their job is to plan all wedding preparations from the beginning of planning until the wedding day arrives. The old system process in Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration is still done manually, which is somewhat less efficient. The system that will be designed can help Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration improve their performance & make it easier for potential customers to reach them. The methodology used in making the Wedding Planner Information System Website (Case Study: Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration) is waterfall, with the stages, namely the requirements definition stage described using a flowchart. Requirements analysis and definition is described through DFD (Data Flow Diagram, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and database. Integration and system testing uses the blackbox testing method, blackbox testing is carried out directly by Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration where there are website test results that the website runs according to its function. On the Wedding Planner Information System Website (Case Study: Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration) there is profile information, vendor information, product information, wedding inspiration information, so that users can design their wedding budget where there is a recommendation system in it and users can schedule appointments. meeting with the vendor. The existence of this website system aims to provide information and facilitate the bride and groom in preparing their wedding planning.

Abstract

Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia adalah kementerian dalam Pemerintah Indonesia yang membidangi urusan agama. salah satunya yaitu Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kapuas yang terletak di Ibu Kota Kabupaten Kapuas. Dalam Kementerian Agama terdapat unit kerja yang disebut Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam (Bimas Islam). Saat ini, untuk menjalankan tugas dari Bimas Islam mengenai peningkatan kesadaran beragama dan keberagaman, dilaksanakan oleh Penyuluh Agama Islam. Salah satu masalah yang sampai saat ini dihadapi oleh Penyuluh Agama Islam yaitu laporan kegiatan yang harus dibuat dan diantarkan ke Bimas Islam Kabupaten yang jaraknya sangat jauh dan juga format laporan yang berubah sehingga laporan menjadi lebih sulit untuk dikerjakan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka pembuatan aplikasi berbasis Website ini perlu dilakukan agar dapat menjadikan pembuatan laporan kegiatan Penyuluh Agama Islam dapat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diberikan, serta nantinya data-data yang ada ini nantinya digunakan sebagai acuan untuk membantu penilaian kinerja penyuluh agama islam oleh kementrian agama islam. Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pelaporan dan edukasi mengenai kekerasan seksual melalui platform berbasis website. Dengan meningkatnya angka kasus kekerasan seksual di Indonesia, masyarakat membutuhkan akses yang cepat, mudah, dan aman terhadap informasi serta mekanisme pelaporan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan edukasi yang komprehensif tentang kekerasan seksual dan hak-hak korban, serta menyediakan fitur pelaporan yang memungkinkan pengguna menyampaikan kejadian yang dialami. Melalui platform ini, diharapkan korban dapat melaporkan kejadian dengan lebih nyaman dan aman, serta meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai isu kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

Sistem Pengarsipan dan Dokumentasi Budaya Lokal Berbasis Web dirancang untuk mendokumentasikan tradisi, kesenian, bahasa, dan upacara adat secara Digital guna mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal di era globalisasi. Sistem ini menawarkan fitur unggah, pencarian, dan pengelolaan data yang aman, terstruktur, dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda. Metode pengembangan Waterfall diterapkan melalui analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Platform ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi PHP, MySQL, HTML, dan CSS dengan autentikasi berbasis Password untuk keamanan data serta antarmuka ramah pengguna. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem berhasil menyediakan akses efisien ke informasi budaya dari empat provinsi di Kalimantan, sekaligus mendorong partisipasi masyarakat melalui kontribusi data.
