Abstract

Financial management is a company activity related to how to obtain funds, use funds, and manage assets in accordance with the overall company goals. Financial management is quite complicated because it contains calculations to support a more structured financial system. However, currently there are still many who use the financial system manually and do not use technology such as websites or applications. Waterfall software development method. For the manufacture of the software Sublime Text 3 software as the code. The DBMS (Database Management System) used in this application system is MySQL. The programming languages used are HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript. Based on the results of testing using the blackbox method, it was found that this financial system application was running well.

Abstract

The City Government of Palangka Raya, in the year 2015 there was 2 4 star hotels, 2 star hotels 3 and 46 classy hotel jasmine in the City of Palangka Raya. Because of the increasing number of the construction of the hotel builted in the City of Palangka Raya, often cause problems for travelers that in doing a hotel search or specify the hotel based on the distance of the shortest path to the location of the hotel in the City of Palangka Raya with objective to minimize the cost of transportation and to speed up a journey.The research is made by using the algorithm of dijkstra to determine the path of the shortest distance to the location of the hotel destination in the City of Palangka Raya and software development methodologies in used in this research is using the waterfall method consists of five steps namely requirement analysis, design, coding, implementation and testing, and maintenance. Testing conducted in this study, namely to use blackbox testing to test the functions on the website that made.

Abstract

The public complaint service website is a support system primarily for the community who wish to report road and bridge damage complaints in the Public Works Department. In handling community complaints, the Public Works Department has a mechanism for handling complaints that can be done directly or using WhatsApp applications. This results in complaint handling still being manual and not computerized. The Waterfall software development methodology was used in designing and building this system. The stages involved were: Requirements Definitions, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and Maintenance. The programming language used in developing the website was PHP, the database used was MySQL, and blackbox testing was performed. After testing, the website can run its functions well, which is to manage complaint data entered into the database. The aim is for the Public Works Department to plan road and bridge construction and repairs in a more structured manner and to help with road and bridge monitoring. This website can facilitate the public in reporting the location of damaged roads and bridges using the Google Maps API, making it easier for users to determine the location of damaged roads and bridges.

Abstract

In improving the quality of education, various breakthroughs are needed in curriculum development, learning innovation, fulfillment of educational facilities, and infrastructure to improve learning achievement. One of the innovations in learning, especially in science (Natural Science) subjects at State Elementary School 3 Kalahien Village, is the use of learning media applications with classroom action research methods (Classroom Action Research) to improve student learning. This application uses a smartphone as a learning resource. To find out whether the user can easily use the application so that it can help the user achieve his goals and whether the user is satisfied with the application used, it is necessary to do usability testing. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of usefulness of science learning media applications for SDN 3 Kalahien Village. Measurement of the level of usability is carried out using instruments that are distributed to application users. The system usability scale (SUS) method is used to measure usability. The results showed that 76.25% of this system was well received by users, with an acceptable range falling into the acceptable category and category B for the grade scale with an excellent rating.

Abstract

Tambun Bungai College of Law (STIH-TB) has quite a lot of students but the academic process is still done manually. This manual process makes it difficult to present information if it is needed at any time and can be hampered if an error occurs in the required data so that it will result in wasted time. Based on these problems, a website-based Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is needed so that the Tambun Bungai School of Law (STIH-TB) can facilitate the process of academic activities so that they become more effective and efficient. The method used in this research is the Extreme Programming method. There are four stages that must be done in the extreme programming (XP) method, namely planning for problem identification, design for system modeling, coding is the implementation stage or program code creation, and testing to find out what errors arise when the website is running. This research produces an academic information system website that is useful for the Tambun Bungai law school so that it can help the academic process.

Abstract

The election committee has difficulties in deciding which student council presidential candidates will be prioritized. The obstacle faced is the Committee does not use methods that can deal with priority problems with many criteria, where the criteria are based on one's perception. Another obstacle that arises in choosing the best student council president is that often the committee as decision maker still relies on intuition (subjective). This is of course a disadvantage to determine whether or not someone is selected as the best candidate for the student council president. Based on these problems, a website-based Decision Support System (SPK) is made to speed up and make a decision easier. One method that can be used in decision making for the selection of the Student Council Chairperson is the TOPSIS method (Techinique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) which is based on the concept where a good chosen alternative not only has the shortest ideal positive solution but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution.

Abstract

Sistem ini mengangkat permasalahan pada proses penyewaan fasilitas umum di Universitas Palangka Raya, yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, baik dalam hal pendaftaran maupun pembayaran. Proses manual ini seringkali menyebabkan kesalahan, seperti bentrok jadwal dan risiko keamanan pada transaksi tunai. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dikembangkan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Fasilitas Umum Universitas Palangka Raya (SIPFU-UPR) yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway Midtrans. Sistem ini memungkinkan penyewaan dan pembayaran secara online, sehingga meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan dan meningkatkan keamanan transaksi.Aplikasi ini melibatkan dua jenis pengguna, yaitu admin yang memiliki akses ke berbagai fitur manajemen, serta penyewa yang dapat melakukan penyewaan dan pembayaran. Analisis bisnis proses sistem lama dan baru digambarkan menggunakan flowchart dan desain alur sistem menggunakan UML (Unifed Modelling Language). Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototyping dan diuji menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS), yang memperoleh skor ratarata 78,5, masuk dalam kategori "Good".

Abstract

Website Safetalk: Portal Edukasi dan Konsultasi Pencegahan Narkoba dirancang sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi dampak sosial dan ekonomi yang signifikan akibat penyalahgunaan narkoba, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda yang kerap menjadi target utama. Website ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan informasi edukatif yang valid dan kredibel mengenai jenis-jenis narkoba, dampak, serta langkah-langkah pencegahannya, sekaligus memberikan layanan konsultasi berbasis AI yang aman dan anonim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak SDLC model Waterfall, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data edukasi diintegrasikan melalui API untuk memastikan relevansi dan kemutakhiran informasi. Hasilnya, platform ini mampu menyediakan fitur-fitur yang mendukung pengelolaan data secara terstruktur bagi admin, termasuk integrasi API Gemini untuk distribusi informasi. Bagi pengunjung, website ini menawarkan akses anonim dan konsultasi berbasis chatbot rule-based untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan bahaya narkoba. Dengan desain sederhana namun fungsional, website ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam edukasi dan pencegahan narkoba, menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan mendukung upaya penanggulangan narkoba di Indonesia.

Abstract

Kehamilan adalah fase penting dalam kehidupan seorang wanita yang memerlukan perhatian khusus untuk menjaga kesehatan ibu dan janin. Kematian ibu hamil dan bayi baru lahir masih menjadi masalah global, terutama di negara berkembang. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil adalah Buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah website edukasi digital untuk mempermudah ibu hamil dalam memantau kesehatan kehamilan. Website ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur seperti grafik kehamilan, cek konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD), evaluasi kesehatan ibu hamil, dan pusat edukasi berisi informasi kesehatan dan edukasi terkait kehamilan. Metode pengembangan Agile digunakan, dan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa situs web ini efektif dan mudah digunakan, dan memiliki kemampuan untuk membantu ibu hamil memantau kesehatan mereka sendiri. Diharapkan bahwa situs web ini dapat membantu meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil dan janin dengan cara yang efisien.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman, banyak bahasa daerah terancam punah, hal ini disebabkan karena semakin berkurangnya penutur bahasa daerah asli. Oleh karena itu diperlukan langkah-langkah konkret untuk menjaga dan melestarikan kekayaan bahasa daerah, salah satunya adalah pembuatan Korpus Bahasa Daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun Aplikasi Korpus Bahasa Dayak Ma’anyan untuk mendokumentasikan kosakata secara digital dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran bahasa tersebut.Dalam merancang dan membangun aplikasi ini menggunakan 2 metode, yaitu metode Waterfall sebangai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dan metode Knowledge Discovery in Database Process (KDD) untuk proses pembuatan korpus. Sumber data utama yang digunakan adalah teks Alkitab dalam Bahasa Dayak Ma’anyan.Hasil penelitian ini berupa korpus digital yang dapat diakses oleh publik, yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran dan pelestarian bahasa Dayak Ma'anyan. Metode Text Mining yang diterapkan pada korpus memungkinkan analisis yang lebih mendalam terkait penggunaan kata, frekuensi, dan pola kalimat. Fitur frekuensi, konkordansi, kalimat dan N-gram dalam korpus ini juga membantu dalam menilai kata-kata penting serta memahami konteks penggunaannya. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan linguistik dan penerjemahan bahasa alami, serta diharapkan dapat menarik minat masyarakat dan generasi muda untuk mempelajari dan melestarikan bahasa Dayak Ma'anyan.
