Abstract

Bahan ajar berbantu flipbook sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran maksimal. Pengembangan bahan ajar modul merupakan kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, banyak pendidik kesulitan membuat modul yang efektif karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan: Meningkatkan pengetahuan pendidik tentang bahan ajar, Membantu pendidik membuat modul ajar efektif. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan Ceramah, Praktik, Diskusi. Pelaksanaan: Online (Aplikasi Zoom), Offline (Kecamatan Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung). Langkah-langkah kegiatan: Persiapan, Pelaksanaan, Refleksi. Hasil pelatihan PKM di Kecamatan Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung menunjukkan: Pelatihan berjalan lancar dan peserta antusias, Peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan membuat bahan ajar berbantu flipbook (74% menjadi 85%, peningkatan 8.1%), Kegiatan mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pendidik dalam membuat modul efektif dan memberikan kontribusi pada proses pembelajaran berkualitas.

Abstract

This study examines Islamic spirituality as an intervening variable mediating the relationship between religiosity, the sharia system, professionalism, and career interest in Islamic banking among students at Islamic higher education institutions in East Java, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilized purposive and random sampling techniques to survey 150 respondents, determined using the Lemeshow method. Data were analyzed through multiple regression and path analysis within an associative comparative framework. Findings reveal that religiosity and the sharia system lack direct influence on career interest but exhibit significant indirect effects when mediated by Islamic spirituality. Conversely, professionalism directly and positively impacts career interest without requiring spiritual mediation. The study highlights the critical role of Islamic spirituality in amplifying religiosity and sharia adherence to shape career aspirations, while professionalism independently drives career interest. Theoretical implications suggest that Islamic spirituality bridges ideological principles with vocational motivation, whereas practical insights emphasize integrating spiritual values into academic curricula and fostering workplace environments that reinforce sharia compliance. These outcomes underscore the need for Islamic financial institutions to cultivate spiritual motivation among employees to align operational practices with ethical foundations.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK - Peran Mediasi Spiritualitas Islam dalam Membentuk Minat Karir di Perbankan Syariah. Penelitian ini mengkaji spiritualitas Islam sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi hubungan antara religiositas, sistem syariah, profesionalisme, dan minat berkarir di perbankan syariah pada mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi Islam di Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposif dan random sampling untuk mensurvei 150 responden, yang ditentukan dengan metode Lemeshow. Data dianalisis melalui regresi berganda dan analisis jalur dalam kerangka penelitian lapangan komparatif asosiatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa religiositas dan sistem syariah tidak berpengaruh langsung pada minat berkarir, tetapi memiliki efek tidak signifikan ketika dimediasi oleh spiritualitas Islam. Di sisi lain, profesionalisme berdampak positif secara langsung pada minat berkarir tanpa memerlukan mediasi spiritual. Studi ini menekankan peran krusial spiritualitas Islam dalam memperkuat religiusitas dan kepatuhan syariah untuk membentuk minat karir, sementara profesionalisme secara independen mendorong minat berkarir. Implikasi teoretis menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas Islam menjembatani prinsip ideologis dengan motivasi vokasional, sedangkan implikasi praktis menyarankan integrasi nilai spiritual dalam kurikulum akademik dan pengembangan lingkungan kerja yang memperkuat kepatuhan syariah. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya lembaga keuangan Islam dalam menumbuhkan motivasi spiritual karyawan guna menyelaraskan praktik operasional dengan fondasi etis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between listening to dangdut music and the work enthusiasm of chili-picking laborers in Pojok Village, Ponggok District, Blitar Regency. The method used is quantitative with a correlational research design. The research population includes all chili-picking laborers in the village, and a random sample of 30 individuals was selected. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the product moment correlation test. The results show a positive relationship between listening to dangdut music and workers’ enthusiasm, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.561, which is greater than the critical value of r table = 0.3061 at a 5% significance level. Given that the significance level of 0.000 is below the threshold of 0.05, the null hypothesis (H₀) is consequently rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted. This indicates that dangdut music influences the work enthusiasm of chili-picking laborers.

Abstract

This study examines the visionary leadership strategy in enhancing teacher creativity at Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Tulungagung. The research is motivated by the phenomenon of the kiai as the pesantren leader, representing a unique and compelling form of leadership. The research approach employs a qualitative method. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are: 1) data condensation, 2) data display, and 3) conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that visionary leadership is carried out by the kiai acting as a direction-setter, agent of change, supervisor, and role model, embodying ruh al-jihad and the spirit of striving to advance Darul Hikmah through the formation of a team in the management of the educational institution and collaboration with external parties in learning activities. The visionary leadership strategy in enhancing teacher creativity at Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Tulungagung consists of: a) The kiai as a direction-setter communicates the vision to all components of the pesantren both horizontally and vertically. b) The kiai at Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Tulungagung serves as an agent of change responsible for inspiring transformation within the pesantren by teaching both religious and general knowledge to prepare and shape a young generation with strong religious insight and high intellectual capacity. c) The kiai as a good mentor fosters teamwork in realizing the vision and mission of Darul Hikmah by forming a team for educational institution management and collaborating with external parties in learning activities. d) The kiai as uswatun hasanah or a good role model demonstrates ruh al-jihad and the spirit of striving to develop and advance Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of educational attainment and work tenure on employee performance within the public sector, specifically at the Sumbergempol District Office in Tulungagung, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative, non-experimental research design, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all 36 employees, constituting a population study. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression techniques to determine the relationship between the independent variables—education level and length of service—and employee performance. The results reveal a significant positive correlation: employees with higher educational qualifications and longer work experience tend to demonstrate superior performance. These findings highlight the critical role of human capital development in enhancing organizational effectiveness. From a managerial perspective, the study underscores the importance of strategic investment in employee education and long-term career development. Public institutions, in particular, can benefit from aligning HR practices with policies that promote continuous learning and retention of experienced personnel. Enhancing both educational qualifications and job experience is not only beneficial for individual growth but also vital for improving overall public service delivery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fakta yang terjadi kiai harus mempunyai strategi untuk pembentukan karakter santri. Strategi dalam pembentukan karakter merupakan salah satu metode pendidikan nilai yang komprehensif. Pembelajaran dalam pembentukan karakter santri sudah mulai mengenai dimana santri sudah mempunyai rasa kepedulian terhadap sesama santri yang terwujud dengan saling membantu, mempunyai sifat jujur jika memang melanggar mengakui saja dan siap mendapatkan hukuman. Metode pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi partisipan, wawancara atau interview mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menganalisis data dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yaitu: (1) analisis data kasus individu, dan (2) analisis data lintas situs. Hasil penelitiannya adalah: Strategi pembelajaran kyai dalam membentuk karakter jujur santri di Pondok Pesantren Panggung Tulungagung dan Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Ngunut Tulungagung dilakukan dengan jalan: a) kyai memberikan kesadaran etika dengan mengajarkannya sebagaimana yang dalam kitab menuntun para santri untuk berkata benar, pengetahuan tentang etika berkata benar bahkan diajarkan mengendalikan diri. b) kyai mengajarkan pada santri untuk jujur dalam perkataan. c) Kyai memberikan pengarahan untuk membiasakan diri untuk berhenti berbohong.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan pendekatan yang menekankan pentingnya pengaruh ideal, perhatian individual, stimulasi intelektual, dan motivasi inspiratif dalam membangun hubungan kerja yang positif dan mendorong semangat pegawai. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya masalah motivasi kerja yang masih fluktuatif serta komunikasi pimpinan yang belum berjalan secara optimal di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Blitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi kepemimpinan transformasional diterapkan melalui empat dimensi utama yaitu: pengaruh ideal (idealized influence), perhatian individual (individualized consideration), stimulasi intelektual (intellectual stimulation), dan motivasi inspiratif (inspirational motivation). Strategi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai, yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya rasa tanggung jawab, semangat kerja, dan partisipasi dalam kegiatan organisasi. Faktor pendukung strategi ini antara lain budaya organisasi yang terbuka dan kerja sama tim yang kuat, sedangkan hambatannya meliputi birokrasi yang kaku, keterbatasan waktu, dan miskomunikasi antarbagian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi transformasional efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai di lingkungan birokrasi publik. . Abstract

This research aims to determine strategies for strengthening higher education identity through religious culture at UNISBA Blitar. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data was collected using purposive sampling through interviews, observation and documentation. After the data was obtained, the researcher analyzed the data by carrying out data condensation, display, and concluding. The research results show that the strategy to strengthen the identity of higher education at UNISBA Blitar is carried out by first requiring all students to take Islamic religious education courses and certification to instil Islamic values (the dimensions of creed) in students. Second, the policy is to take the Al-Qur'an Reading Test (TBQ) and tahsinul Qur'an guidance to improve students' reading and understanding of the Islamic holy book (shari'ah dimension). Third, the policy of dressing/dressing in sharia when on campus is to foster student politeness and neatness (moral dimension). Creating student religious culture uses a structural model (top-down). The fundamentals that must be upheld in strengthening religious culture in higher education are as follows: congregational prayer movement, Islamic dress movement, thaharah movement, exemplary movement, Islamic hospitality movement, and quality of life movement.

Abstract

This paper examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach is used to examine the relationship or influence between (X), (Y), and (Y1). The population in this study was 50 respondents. The results showed a significant partial effect of the transformational leadership variable on job satisfaction. The organizational culture variable has a partially significant influence on job satisfaction. The transformational leadership variable has a partially significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. There is no significant partial effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has implications for the importance of cultural awareness of organizational citizenship behavior for each individual to build a good work team so that the achievement of organizational performance can be better than before.
