Abstract

In Indonesia, information and communication technology (ICT) is one of the most crucial economy accelerators, for every 10% increase in the ICT investment, the nation’s GDP grows as much as 1.87%. However, the use of ICT leaves adverse impacts on the environment, particularly carbon emission and toxic waste. This phenomenon has led to the proliferation of the topic of environmental sustainability, one of which is green information technology (GIT). GIT is defined as the utilization of ICT that can directly or indirectly reduce the adverse impact of business processes on the environment. This paper aims to evaluate GIT research to attain a better understanding of the field of GIT in Indonesia through a literature review. Published papers are categorized and a gap analysis is presented to reveal areas that need to be explored more. The results of this study potentially serve as a guide for future studies in GIT, particularly in Indonesia. This research finds that the topic has gained popularity in recent years. There are various research themes under the topic of GIT in Indonesia, with the most explored one being the design and implementation of GIT. The majority of the studies are case-based, limiting the research scope to one particular organization. This leaves broader research objects open to be explored more.

Abstract

The supplies of apartments in Surabaya keep increasing, which was predicted from 2018 to at least 2022. However, this supplies were contradicted with the demand from market, which is stagnant or decreased. The present research tries to measure the consumers' behavior intention towards the purchasing apartment. The well famous Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is used in this research as the measurement model. Furthermore, the TPB is extended with several factors. The extended TPB consists of seven factors namely: Attitude (ATT), Subjective Norms (SN), Perceived Behavior Control (PBC), Perception (P), Lifestyle (L), and the Behavior Intention (BI). Five hypotheses are proposed. The analysis on this research is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with structural equation model (SEM). The factors are instrumented through questionnaires. The questionnaires are distributed through offline and online sample with purposive sampling method. In more detail, the sampling will be taken from marketing events, brokers, and building management and the 300 respondents are targeted. The expected result from this research can be used as references for developers, consumers, and brokers in order to enhance the knowledge regarding the consumers' perception. From the results of the analysis of several factors from the Extended Theory of Planned Behavior mentioned above, it is known that the factors that are proven to influence consumer behavior intentions when making apartment purchases are 3 factors including the following: Attitude (ATT), Perception (P) and Lifestyle (L) while two other factors Subjective Norms (SN) and Perceived Behavior Control (PBC) are proven not to influence consumer behavior intentions when making apartment purchases

Abstract

Fakultas CREABIZ ITS menjadi Fakultas yang “unik” di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Hal ini dikarenakan Fakultas ini berperan sebagai “penghubung” berbagai Fakultas lain di ITS dalam memainkan perannya mulai dari merancang, membangun, dan mengelola. Akan tetapi keunikan tersebut tidak akan terkomunikasikan dengan baik ketika Fakultas ini tidak dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial yang dimiliki. Tidak adanya integrasi manajemen media sosial di Fakultas ini menyebabkan ketidakjelasan arah strategis branding Fakultas hingga penyuguhan content marketing yang tidak fokus. Akibatnya, target pasar media sosial Fakultas CREABIZ ITS tidak dapat menangkap value dari Fakultas tersebut. Dari semua permasalahan yang ada, maka penelitian ini akan memberikan luaran berupa buku panduan manajemen media sosial Fakultas CREABIZ ITS. Proses perancangan yang melibatkan berbagai perspektif, mulai dari pemangku kepentingan Fakultas tersebut, potential users media sosial Fakultas, hingga tim media sosial Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember ini akan menghasilkan empat luaran dengan menggunakan metode design thinking dan job analysis. Luaran pertama yaitu brand blueprint yang memuat foundation strategy, brand persona, creative strategy, serta communicative strategy. Luaran kedua yaitu brand guidelines yang memuat kaidah penggunaan logo dan warna primer maupun sekunder pada media sosial Fakultas. Luaran ketiga yaitu content guidelines yang memuat content approach, potential market, serta content marketing. Dan luaran terakhir yaitu rekomendasi tim media sosial Fakultas CREABIZ ITS yang akan memuat struktur organisasi dan detail job description hingga job specification masing-masing fungsional jabatan.
