Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian insentif finansial dan insentif non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Nuansa Perkasa Dompu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan koperasi, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Begitu pula dengan insentif non finansial yang berpengaruh signifikan, meskipun dengan pengaruh yang lebih kecil, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,044 < 0,05. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji F dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Temuan ini memperkuat Teori Dua Faktor Herzberg, yang menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara faktor hygiene (insentif finansial) dan motivator (insentif non finansial) dalam menciptakan kinerja kerja yang optimal. Dengan demikian, strategi pemberian insentif yang terpadu menjadi salah satu kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan koperasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi perbandingan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia dan Finlandia. Mengingat Indonesia tertinggal jauh dibandingkan negara lain dalam hal pendidikan. Saat ini, hal yang paling krusial dan signifikan bagi masyarakat adalah pendidikan. Keberhasilan pendidikan telah diakui secara global, terlihat dari tingginya kualitas pendidikan di Finlandia. Perbandingan sekolah dengan Indonesia nampaknya sangat berbeda. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka, yaitu pengumpulan data dari buku-buku atau jurnal yang telah dilakukan analisis berdasarkan isu-isu terkini. Sistem pendidikan di kedua negara ini berbeda dalam beberapa hal. Pertama, meskipun Finlandia menjunjung tinggi prinsip kesetaraan, pendidikan Indonesia lebih sering dimanfaatkan untuk acara kompetensi. Kedua, meskipun Finlandia tidak menerapkan sistem serupa, terdapat sistem yang berlaku bagi siswa yang kemampuannya di bawah rata-rata dan berada pada peringkat. 3) Orang Finlandia belajar sekitar 30 jam seminggu, sedangkan orang Indonesia belajar sekitar 40 jam seminggu. Di Indonesia, pendidikan sebagian besar dilakukan di ruang kelas, sedangkan Finlandia menggunakan pendekatan pemecahan masalah. 5) Tugas selalu diselesaikan secara langsung bagi siswa di Indonesia, namun tidak di Finlandia, di mana pekerjaan rumah tidak menjadi suatu kesulitan. Dan yang terakhir, 6) Jika Finlandia mempertahankan persyaratan minimum gelar Master untuk instruktur, maka pendidik Indonesia mungkin setidaknya bergelar D4. (S2). Siswa di Indonesia perlu menerima surat referensi resmi dari instruktur mereka untuk mendaftar di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

In a world full of uncertainty, companies need new methods to develop businesses that are closely related to work productivity. This productivity is influenced by leadership in the organization that is able to motivate employees to achieve company goals. Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) offers a unique approach in analyzing social relationships in organizations to improve productivity. Individual productivity depends on the competencies possessed, and global competence is an important thing that every individual must have to help companies compete and survive the challenges. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effectiveness of organizational network analysis on global competence and work productivity in multinational companies. The method in this research is quantitative non-experimental. The number of samples in this study were 124 people. The data analysis technique uses the PLS or Partial Least Square method. The results showed that work productivity is inseparable from the role of ONA as a variable that can prove a strong relationship and the important role of ONA in organizational activities. And also the global competency variable is placed as a mediating variable with ONA that affects work productivity with the results of data processing from SMARTPLS 3.2.9 can still provide a significant and positive slice of influence. This research has implications for the development of organizational management strategies, especially in improving work productivity through the application of Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) and strengthening global competencies.

Abstract

To meet the needs of the national corn on the feed industry that requires a continuous supply of raw materials with a definite quantity throughout the year, in the national maize production conditions that is not continuous and fluctuating, it is necessary supply planning and storage methods to avoid the risk of maize corn supply crisis form of food shortages or rising feed prices. One method is to apply the concept of supply chain risk management. The high level of dependence and complexity of networks makes supply chain of agricultural products supply chain is becoming more vulnerable to interference. The risk of supply chain disturbance can occur internally (the relation between the organization with a network of suppliers) and external (between network suppliers with the environment). Therefore it is necessary to identify and evaluate supply chain risks in order to avoid continuing problems that can occur at any point in the supply chain network. The objective of this study is to describe the model of identification and evaluation for maize supply chain risk. This model can be used to identify the dominant risk factors and variables at each level of supply chain so that it will be obtained appropriate recommendations action to anticipate them. Risk identification will be conducted with fuzzy AHP approach and risk evaluation would be done by using fuzzy logic with data input form the opinion of several experts maize supply chain.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bligon goats, as one of the local livestock resources, had significant potential to improved the welfare of coastal communities in Bantul Regency. The aim of the research was to analyzed the contribution of the viability of the bligon goat business in realizing food resilience, livestock empowerment, and the foundations of national resilience in the coastal areas of Bantul Regency. The research was conducted in Bantul Regency at two kapanewons which represent coastal areas, namely Sanden and Srandakan. This study used an approach to economic conditions over the past year. The calculations carried out included total production, added value, the function of livestock as savings, insurances and fertilizer producers. The average age of farmers in the research location was 53 years 10 months, with an average of 13 years of farming experience and an average of 7 goats. The results of calculating the Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C), Payback Period (PP), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) in calculating the financial feasibility of the Bligon goat farming business in coastal areas showed that this business was worthy of development. The development of Bligon goat cultivation could be used in efforts to alleviated poverty in the community and supported sustainable economic growth in the coastal areas of Bantul Regency. The sustainability of this economic dimension was expected to make a positive contribution to food resilience and national resilience by encouraging an increase in the number of farmers and goats.
