Abstract

E-commerce as a medium for online transactions by business actors can increase the productivity of SMEs. This study aims to analyze the adoption of e-commerce in SMEs in Karawang Regency, Indonesia. The technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework was chosen as a variable for measuring e-commerce adoption. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire survey which was distributed to SMEs in Karawang Regency, and obtained 301 respondents. The results of data collection by using Smart PLS with the results of the technological aspects have no significant effect on the intention to adopt e-commerce, while the organizational and environmental aspects have a significant effect on the intention to adopt e-commerce. All technology indicators, namely compatability, perceived usefulness, complexity, security concern and relative advantage, are proven to have a significant effect on technology in the intention to adopt e-commerce. Organizational indicators, namely cost, organization readiness, organization culture, organization size and top management support, are proven to have a significant effect on organizations in their intention to adopt e-commerce. Meanwhile, environmental indicators, namely government support, competitive pressure, environmental uncertainty and vendor quality, have a significant effect on the environment in the intention to adopt e-commerce. The data that has been generated can be used by the MSMEs management agency in Karawang Regency to formulate strategies for increasing the productivity of SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of the Delone and Mclean information system success model. This research was conducted to determine: (1) a map of the development of the number of publications on the Delone and Mclean model; (2) find out which scientific articles have the highest number of citations; (3) knowing the development map of scientific publications based on keywords. The data sources used in this study are scientific articles in the Google Scholar database with the keywords Delone and Mclean, with the categories article title, abstract, keywords in the 2016-2020 range. The search results show that there are 270 scientific articles that match the keywords based on the Harzing's Publish or Perish application. The results showed that the development of the Delone and Mclean model in 2010 - 2020 which was the highest in the Google Scholar database occurred in 2020 which reached 68 publications or 25%. Meanwhile, the publications that have the highest number of citations are Nils Urbach and Benjamin Müller (2016) which were quoted 379 times. The development map of scientific publications based on the keywords delone and mclean analyzed using the VOSViewer application shows that the development map of the delone and mclean model is divided into 4 clusters. The red cluster 1 consists of 14 items, the green cluster 2 consists of 11 items, the blue cluster 3 consists of 10 items, and the yellow cluster 4 consists of 6 items.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently very rapid and unavoidable, especially in the world of education. Global demands require the education sector to constantly adjust technological developments with efforts to improve the quality of education, adjust the use of information and communication technology. STMIK Rosma is a university that utilizes computer technology. However, there are still shortcomings, namely the absence of a student complaint application so that the process of submitting student complaints is still running manually. This results in not recording student complaints, student complaint data not well documented, so that the college leadership of the campus cannot monitor the complaints submitted by students. This study aims to analyze the functional requirements of the STMIK Rosma student complaint application. The method used in this research is Design Thinking. The result of this research is the UI / UX design of the student complaint handling application (mobile application) at STMIK Rosma Karawang which is designed using the classic mockuplus tools. This research is expected to provide suggestions to universities to improve the process of handling student complaints.
