Abstract

Students tend to have a dependence on thesis research issue that has been investigated earlier generation. This dependence if left unchecked will result in less mastered the skills to examine other research themes and less diverse issues of research and limited research themes so that students understand the difficulty of completing the thesis and the resulting increase in student study period. This study aims to identify, analyze and map the results of educational research student during the period of 5 years, from 2009 until July 2013. Study was conducted with the meta-analysis approach and a case study (case study research) with using the instrumental case study design. Based on analysis of student thesis research in primary, concluded: [1] thesis research issues of the most widely studied by students majoring in primary education during the period of 5 years, in terms of aspects: first; Both thesis research subjects; Aspects of the subject / Third thesis research material; Methods / type of study Fourth; Issues in education research thesis [2] thesis research issues that allows for further researched by the students of primary education in the coming period.

Abstract

Problematika pendidikan diantaranya adalah terlalu berorientasi kepada aspek kognitif saja, kurang memperhatikan aspek IESAQ. Pendidikan Islam berbasis IESAQ, ditawarkan pada artikel ini dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan. IESAQ yang mengintegrasikan dan memadukan pengembangan aspek intelektual, emosional,  spritual dan Adversity Quotient dilingkungan pendidikan. Mampu menikmati proses menuju keberhasilan walau mereka tahu bahwa akan banyak rintangan dan kesulitan yang menghadang. Namun, di balik kesulitan itu ia akan mendapatkan banyak kemudahan. Strategi Meningkatkan IESAQ: melalui pengalaman kegiatan intelektual, pengalaman terstruktur dan puasa, safar, zikr, kontemplasi , zuhud dan jihad. Atau dengan strategi  tathahhur yaitu pembiasaan taat syari’at,  muhasabah, mujahadah dan riyadhah al-nafs.

Abstract

The development of Islamic educational thinking, has sketched ideas varied, ranging from the classic to the modern era. Thought modern Islamic education is a critical response on global Western secular civilization. The negative influence is the dualism of the education system that applies to Muslims, namely the Western education system and the system of Islamic education. Western education system is so powerful that its influence is a threat to Islamic education. Therefore, efforts are integral formation system is a must. Al-Faruqi and Al-Attas trying to bargain a solution in the form of Islamization of science, which differ in terms of strategy Islamization of science, if Al-Faruqi in social sciences while Al-Attas on the humanities. Typology thought al-Faruqi and Al-Attas is inseparable from social background and cultural nuances where both activity and appreciate their ideas.

Abstract

The purpose of this essay is to achieve a design for education that is in line with effective and efficient standards. The development of information technology requires teachers to be able to use it as much as possible to support learning. This writing uses a qualitative descriptive method, by describing the ASSURE model design based on the Canva application. The results showed that the use of the ASSURE model based on the Canva application added variety to learning and increased student learning motivation, by analyzing student characteristics, and learning styles, choosing appropriate methods, media, and teaching materials, and involving students actively in learning. In addition, the use of the Canva application-based ASSURE model learning design increases the value drastically in the evaluation of Fiqh learning. The ASSURE model learning design in a nutshell is the process of designing a learning model from analyzing the character of students, how to learn, choosing and applying methods, appropriate learning media, and conducting evaluations and revisions during learning. In designing Canva application-based learning, it is necessary to adjust to student interests and the times, so that the learning process is not boring and more interesting.

Abstract

Student mental health problems in higher education are an important and complex issue. The purpose of this research was to find out and measure how the approach of reading the Qur'an at the beginning of learning can improve students' mental health in Higher Education. The research design applies a 4D development research model (define, design, development, disseminate). The research sample was 250 Islamic Education Guidance and Counseling students and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education. Research instruments used observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the Tiagarajan Model. The approach of reading the Qur'an is relevant and valid and applied to all courses. 92.78% effectiveness rate successfully improves student mental health. Especially from the aspect of Emotional balance, reasonable stress levels, life balance, good sleep quality, healthy interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, adaptability, independence, physical fitness, academic performance, self-awareness, using effective keeping, and lack of signs of mental disorders. However, this approach is only relevant for Muslim lecturers and students. Students who are Catholic/Protestant Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, and Confucians can use approaches with their respective scriptures.

Abstract

Children with Special Needs have different problems from children in general. They need special attention because of their limitations. Parents should pay attention to methods of Islamic Religious Education for Children with Special Needs to support children's development. The research method used is field research with a multi-site-based qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 5 Muslim families from 5 sub-districts in the city of Banjarmasin, who had children with special needs in the mild category and had applied various methods of Islamic religious education and were accepted at the Inclusion State Elementary School in the city of Banjarmasin. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic religious education methods applied to children with special needs in Muslim families in Banjarmasin City are exemplary methods, advice, habituation, motivation and attention, punishment, communication-oriented, task analysis, direct instruction methods, and Method Prompts
