Paper ini mengkaji tentang laki-laki yang menjadi sekutu bagi gerakan perempuan. Melalui proses sensitisasi atau penyadaran, laki-laki seÂbagai kelompok dominan dalam penindasan atas dasar jenis kelamin dapat memiliki kesadaran feminis atau menjadi bagian dari perÂjuangan perempuan dalam menghapus ketidakadilan berbasis gender. Namun demikian, posisi laki-laki dalam gerakan perempuan problematis karena privilese dan kekuasaan yang melekat kepada laki-laki sementara keterlibatan mereka dalam gerakan perempuan adalah untuk mendorong laki-laki berhenti menikmati privilese dan kekuasaan sendiri dan selanjutnya mendorong laki-laki untuk mau berbagi privilese dan kekuasaan dengan perempuan. Paper ini mengÂupas arah gerakan laki-laki sebagai sekutu gerakan perempuan untuk memastikan bahwa gerakan laki-laki pro-feminis ini benar-benar untuk pencapaian keadilan yang hakiki yakni untuk pencapaian keÂadilan bagi laki-laki dan perempuan dan bukan untuk menciptakan dominasi baru laki-laki dalam ruang-ruang politik perempuan.Â

ANALISIS PERENCANAAN PAJAK SEBAGAI UPAYA MEMINIMALKAN BEBAN PAJAK DAN MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN PADA PT XYZ Fia Prayola Ahmadfiaprayola@gmail.com Hayati Fatimahamiramdany@gmail.comNur Hasyimhajinurhasim@gmail.com Program Studi Akuntansi Keuangan Terapan Politeknik Negeri Jakarta ABSTRACT The aim of this researchwas for describing the compliance of tax responsibility, analyzing the tax planning, and analyzing the company performances at PT XYZ if the tax planning was applied. This research was a qualitative research which used PT XYZ?s Income Tax in 2018 as the object. Data that used in this research were primary data in the form of interview and also secondary data such as PT XYZ?s financial report and fiscal reconciliation report in 2018. The results of this study showed that PT XYZ had fulfilled its tax obligations, such as registering the NPWP and doing the Income Tax Due responsibility such as calculating Income Tax Due of USD 178,018 and Underpaying Income Tax of USD 1,606, paying Income Tax of Rp 22,567,512, and reporting the Income Tax using SPT 1771 - $. The results were also obtained consisting of a tax reduction of USD 30.720 and appearing an Overpaying Income Tax of USD 29.114 as a result of tax planning such as making a nominative list, paying insurance premiums, turning in-kind assistance into benefits, paying pensions to Pension Funds that have been approved by the Minister of Finance, requesting evidence of official travel payments, conduct research and development activities in Indonesia, and carry out CSR activities in accordance with Law No. 36 of 2008. With this tax planning, there was an increase in current ratio of 0.38%, an increase in cash ratio of 0.006%, and a decrease in the debt ratio of 0, 32%. Keywords: Income Tax, Tax Planning, Company Performances ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemenuhan kewajiban perpajakan, menganalisis perencanaan pajak, dan menganalisis kinerja perusahaan PT XYZ setelah penerapan perencanaan pajak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan objek penelitian berupa Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Badan PT XYZ tahun 2018.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa hasil wawancara serta data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan rekonsiliasi fiskal PT XYZ tahun 2018. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa PT XYZ telah melaksanakan pemenuhan kewajiban perpajakannya yaitu melakukan pendaftaran NPWP dan melakukan kewajiban PPh Terutang seperti menghitung PPh Terutang sebesar USD 178.018 dan PPh Kurang Bayar sebesar USD 1.606, membayar PPh Terutang sebesar Rp 22.567.512, dan melaporkan PPh Badan menggunakan SPT 1771-$. Diperoleh juga hasil berupa penurunan beban pajak sebesar USD 30.720 dan kemunculan PPh Lebih Bayar sebesar USD 29.114 sebagai akibat dari perencanaan pajak seperti membuat daftar nominatif, membayar premi asuransi, mengalihkan pemberian natura menjadi tunjangan, membayar pensiun kepada Dana Pensiun yang telah disahkan Menteri Keuangan, meminta bukti-bukti perjalanan dinas, melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan di Indonesia, dan melakukan kegiatan CSR sesuai UU No. 36 Tahun 2008. Adanya perencanaan pajak tersebut mengakibatkan timbulnya peningkatan rasio lancar sebesar 0,38%, peningkatan rasio kas sebesar 0,006%, dan penurunan rasio hutang sebesar 0,32%. Kata kunci: Pajak Penghasilan, Perencanaan Pajak, Kinerja Perusahaan.

This study aims to explore gay life in Palembang using a symbolic interactionism perspective. The research applies a symbolic interactionism method to understand the behavior and social interaction of gays in their daily lives. Primary data is obtained through participatory observation and direct interviews using interview guidelines. While secondary data is gathered from many articles about homosexuals such as gay, lesbian, or LGBT. The results showed that first, gays have their own symbols both gesture and other communication types in their social lives such as in family life, intimate relationship, friendship, workplace, and in their neighborhood life. Second, gays define their sexual orientation as natural and consider themselves different from transsexuals since they do not transform their masculine identities.

This paper argues that men and masculinity studies influence the direction of gender studies and development in Indonesia. Through literature review and participatory observation, the author as a male activist that engage in advocating gender justice and gender based violence prevention for more that fiveteen years presents five indications that support the thesis. Among those indications are; first, the growing of men and masculinity studies in Indonesia. Second, transformation of Pusat Studi Wanita (Center for Women Studies) into Pusat Studi Gender dan Anak (Center for Research on Gender and Children). Third, the growing of men movement for gender justice. Forth, the growing of research on men and masculinity in Muslim society. This paper also argues that study on masculinity and Islam is challenging field since very few scholars who explored this issue. Moreover this paper points out that research on masculinity and Islam will contribute to the development of global discourse on masculinity.Â

Indonesian peasants have been dependent on market forces and global phenomena since the establishment of the New Order (1966), and this has been detrimental to their welfare. However, this phenomenon has long been ignored by scholars, and thus the government has received little feedback regarding the creation of fairness and justice in agricultural management. This study, thus, seeks to empower farmers by transforming their traditional understanding of Islam into a transformative one. This study involved participatory action research, cycling twice through five strategies: imparting knowledge of transformative Islam, cultivating new understandings, developing strategic action plans, implementing these action plans, and reflecting/gathering feedback for further action. This study finds that peasant empowerment can be realized by transforming their religious understandings, and that the five strategies identified above can be employed fruitfully. At the same time, this study provides important feedback to the government and academics, offering a means of sustainably and systematically empowering farmers in Indonesia and around the world, thereby changing their fates and creating justice in agriculture.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the good and bad themes of love and recognition in Sophocles' Antigone, which is within the framework of Franz Brentano's philosophical concepts and Islamic views. The main questions asked are: How do love and recognition help to understand good and bad actions in the narrative of "Antigone"? And how do these themes resonate in Islamic moral views? To answer these questions, the research uses the method of literary analysis based on historical texts, philosophical theories, and religious insights. The analysis shows that the character of Antigone shows the conflict between family loyalty and social rules, showing that love can lead to noble actions with tragic consequences. Meanwhile, Creon's character represents the dangers of pride and blind judgment and tries to enforce human laws over divine principles. The findings highlight the complexity of ethical decisions and show that what is considered good or bad may vary based on individual perspectives and social norms. Finally, this research shows how Antigone's narrative reflects the interplay of love, cognition, and ethical dilemmas and makes Brentano's thoughts on ethics reconsidered in the light of Islamic teachings. This study concludes that a deep commitment to these themes encourages a more nuanced understanding of moral ambiguity and human behavior.

Madani Open School Depok is an alternative educational institution serving junior and senior high school students who are unable to attend regular schooling. This school faces various challenges, such as limited access to technology, low student motivation, minimal learner engagement, and a lack of teaching materials that support effective learning, particularly in English subjects. To address these issues, this community service activity aims to develop and assist in the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) based on Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) to improve the quality of English language learning. The method used is Service Learning (SL), which involves the direct application of academic knowledge by lecturers and students in the community. The activity consists of five main stages: MOOC socialization, instructional content design, training and mentoring in LMS use, monitoring of student learning progress, and the development of an integrated evaluation system. The results of the activity indicate that an LMS based on MOOC provides an effective solution for improving access, quality, and participation in learning. Additionally, the school now has a digital learning system that supports attendance tracking, assignment submission, and the provision of learning materials that can be accessed flexibly by students. Keywords—LMS, MOOC, English Language Learning, Open School Abstrak Sekolah Terbuka Madani Depok merupakan lembaga pendidikan alternatif yang melayani siswa SMP dan SMA yang tidak dapat bersekolah di jalur reguler. Sekolah ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi, rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa, minimnya keterlibatan peserta didik, dan kurangnya materi ajar yang mendukung pembelajaran efektif, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mendampingi penerapan Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode yang digunakan adalah Service Learning (SL), yang melibatkan penerapan keilmuan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa secara langsung di tengah masyarakat. Kegiatan terdiri dari lima tahapan utama: sosialisasi MOOC, perancangan konten ajar, pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan LMS, pemantauan progres belajar siswa, serta penyusunan sistem evaluasi terintegrasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa LMS berbasis MOOC memberikan solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan akses, kualitas, dan partisipasi pembelajaran. Selain itu, sekolah kini memiliki sistem pembelajaran digital yang mendukung absensi, pengumpulan tugas, serta penyediaan materi ajar yang dapat diakses secara fleksibel oleh siswa.Kata kunci—LMS, MOOC, Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, Sekolah Terbuka

The implementation of inclusive education at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) through a special class model based on entrepreneurship has not been thoroughly studied. This research aims to: (i) describe the management of inclusive education at PNJ through a special class model, and (ii) analyze strategies to strengthen students' entrepreneurial capacity. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, involving interviews with the Head of the Marketing Management D-3 Study Program for PNJ Special Needs Citizens, observation at PNJ, a literature study, and a documentation study. The data were then analysed qualitatively, including domain analysis, taxonomy analysis, componential analysis, and the drawing of conclusions. The results showed that: (i) the management of inclusive education is carried out through the use of special buildings and classes, with students with special needs grouped based on disability categories - including physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, and intellectual-mental-developmental disabilities, and (ii) strengthening entrepreneurship is carried out through sales practices based on conventional and digital marketing models. This research emphasises the importance of adaptive curriculum development and entrepreneurship integration as part of the strategy to empower students with special needs in higher education.
