Abstract

The development of information technology, especially through gadgets, has changed the business landscape significantly, even among students. This study aims to investigate the role of gadgets in increasing the business effectiveness of students majoring in Sharia Economics at STAIN Bengkalis. Qualitative research methods were used to gain a deeper understanding of how gadgets influence student business practices. The research results show that gadgets make a major contribution to increasing student business effectiveness. By using gadgets, students can access real-time market information, facilitate communication with clients and business partners, and optimize time management and productivity. Apart from that, gadgets are also an important tool in developing business networks and promoting products or services. These findings highlight the importance of integrating technology in Sharia Economics education to prepare students to face business challenges and opportunities in the digital era.

Abstract

Developing an effective e-commerce web concept requires adjustments to the goals and business model desired by the company. Every business has unique needs, target markets, and strategies that should be reflected in the e-commerce platform design and features. The main focus is how business objectives, such as increasing sales, expanding the market, or strengthening the brand, can be integrated into the technical and aesthetic aspects of the platform. Apart from that, this study also explores user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design elements, payment system integration, and the use of analytics to support strategic decision making. Adjusting the right e-commerce web concept can increase operational efficiency, customer attraction, and overall business success. The method used in this research is based on a literature study with references from books that discuss Adapting the E-Commerce Web Concept to the desired goals and business model through textbooks, e-books or from open discussions about e-Business on the internet. Discussions about web commerce and matters related to Adapting the E-Commerce Web Concept to Business Goals and Models, such as e-Commerce and others, can be obtained from all kinds of scientific journal literature which has a lot of discussion about the definition of e-commerce.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan portal online terhadap efisiensi operasional bisnis e-Dodol Kita, sebuah usaha kecil yang bergerak dalam produksi dan penjualan dodol secara daring. Portal online memungkinkan integrasi berbagai fungsi bisnis seperti pemesanan, pembayaran, dan pelacakan pengiriman, sehingga mengurangi kebutuhan akan proses manual yang memakan waktu dan meningkatkan keakuratan data operasional. Implementasi portal online secara signifikan meningkatkan kecepatan pelayanan, menurunkan biaya operasional, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi melalui portal online merupakan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil di era digital. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif (field research). Penelitian yang memakai penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk konsep sensitivitas dalam kasus yang dihadapi, memberitahukan empiris yg berhubungan dengan menggunakan penelusuran teori menurut bawah (grounded theory) dan memberikan pemahaman akan satu atau lebih menurut kenyataan yang dihadapi. Penelitian kualitatif bersifatnya naratif analitik. Data yang diambel seperti hasil pengamatan, hasil wawancara, hasil pemotretan, analisis dokumen, catatan lapangan, disusun peneliti di lokasi penelitian, tidak ditaungkan dalam bentuk dan angka-angka. Peneliti langsung melakukan analisis data dengan menyebarkan informasi, mencari keterkaitan, membandingkan, mehubungkan pola atas dasar dengan data aslinya. Hasil analisis data berupa pemaparan mengenai situasi yang diteliti yang disajikan dalam bentuk uraian naratif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze effective digital marketing strategies in increasing sales of bag products on e-commerce platforms. In the digital era, the use of technology and online platforms is the main key for business actors to reach a wider range of consumers. This study identified various digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), marketing via social media, paid advertising (PPC), content marketing, as well as the use of influencer marketing. Additionally, data-driven personalization strategies and consumer behavior analysis are also discussed to improve customer experience and sales conversion. The combination of an attractive content strategy, use of data analytics technology, and consistent interaction with consumers can have a positive impact on sales of bag products on e-commerce platforms. These findings provide guidance for business actors in designing more effective and targeted digital campaigns. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the research object being digital marketing strategies to increase bag sales in e-commerce. Data types are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data collected directly by researchers or data practitioners in the field. Meanwhile secondary data is a type of data collected from previously existing data. Data sources will be taken from documents, interview results, and results from observations. By means of private chat/message between the researcher as interviewer and the informant.

Abstract

The development of technology has had a big influence on the world of fashion so that its circulation has encouraged sellers to be more creative in creating content that can attract buyers' interest and creating products that can meet the needs of the audience through the use of e-commerce platforms as promotional media. In this day and age, negligee clothing is considered to be clothing that most comfortable for all women, including Indonesian women. The aim and objective of this research is to find out how the e-commerce platform is used as a media for promoting negligee clothing in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The researcher used the library study research method because he wanted to build a deep understanding of the research topic, identify previous research, and conduct further research related to the topic of building a make-up brand in the digital era

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of Management Information Systems (SIM) in Human Resources (HR) management at the Bengkalis Regency Education Office, particularly in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, data accuracy, and supporting decision making. The research method used was qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews with service employees and literature review. The research results show that the implementation of SIM has had a significant positive impact, including ease of HR administration, increased accuracy and reliability of data, as well as increased transparency and accountability. However, challenges such as resistance to change, training needs, and technical support remain. However, the benefits obtained from SIM are far greater than the challenges faced. This research recommends increasing training and technical support as well as regular system maintenance to ensure optimal use of SIM. In this way, SIM can continue to support improving the quality of education services in Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

The development of management information systems has changed the way decisions are made at various managerial levels. Information technology, especially the internet, allows easy access to relevant data and powerful analytical tools, enabling managers to make better and faster decisions, increasing efficiency and productivity in organizational operations. The computer as the main tool in the information system has two main components, namely hardware and software. Computer hardware, such as the mouse, keyboard, and CPU, are the physical parts that enable data processing, while the software provides the processes to complete these tasks. The operating system, as the main software on a computer, connects hardware and other software, ensuring that various applications can run smoothly and use computer resources efficiently. In building a robust management information system, proper integration between hardware and software is essential. The synergy between the two ensures that the resulting product can run well and meet user needs and project specifications. Some management information system applications that utilize both hardware and software include ERP, SCM, TPS, OAS, KWS, IMS, DSS, ES, GDSS, CSCWS, and ESS. By understanding the role and relationship between hardware and software in management information systems, organizations can build a resilient IT infrastructure that supports their operational success.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve academic performance at STAIN Bengkalis through the use of E-atan. This research uses a qualitative approach that collects data through interviews. The research subjects were students, teachers and administrative employees who were directly involved in using E-atan. The research results show that the use of E-atan has improved various aspects of academic performance. This includes easier academic administration, easier access to academic information, and better interaction between teachers and students. However, the research also uncovered several issues, such as the need for additional user training and improved technology infrastructure. Overall, the results show that E-atan has enormous potential to help improve the academic performance of STAIN Bengkalis if used and managed well.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of technology and information currently requires people to become familiar with and always be in touch with the internet. The internet, which was previously considered a pseudo technological sophistication, has now transformed into a real world that has succeeded in creating a new lifestyle for modern humans, starting from cellphones, netbooks, laptops and various other gadgets. The existence of MSMEs in Selatbaru Village, which is located in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, is very developed when compared to other villages in Bengkalis Regency. However, these MSMEs have not yet used e-commerce. The type of research used in this research is using a qualitative descriptive type, namely research in the form of words, images and not numbers in collecting data with the aim of describing events obtained based on data in the field. The factor that most influences MSMEs in Selatbaru Village in utilizing e-commerce is that it can facilitate product promotion and marketing. Without continuous promotion and marketing of products, their business will be eroded in increasingly tight business competition. Apart from that, MSME players also realize that they have to keep up with increasingly modern developments and the increasing demand to be more creative in running their business.

Abstract

The shift in people's shopping styles is also marked by the growth of available e-commerce marketplaces. This is an opportunity for small businesses to be involved in the growing choice of e-commerce marketplaces that can be accessed for free. According to the goukm.id site, the involvement of small businesses in the online market can increase economic growth in Indonesia. Marketplace is a platform where producers and consumers can meet to carry out buying and selling transactions for products or services using shopping applications or websites. In this platform, buyers can explore various products or services offered by various manufacturers from different online stores. The existence of a halal marketplace is closely related to the support provided by the government, especially from the National Sharia Finance Committee, one of which includes the 2020-2023 Indonesian Sharia Economic Masterplan program which seeks to contribute to the growth of a digital economy that follows sharia principles through the development of a halal platform.
