The purpose of this research is to know about the conflict in family life, especially in family that the husband merried again (poligamy). Then patience poligamy wife is very interesting to research. This research used qualitative research methods. This research was done in Mojokerto by using the method of observation and interviews. Based on this study it can be explained that poligamy wives patience can be grouped into two reasons, namely the worldly reason, and the eschatological matters reason. The worldly reason include biological, economic, and social. Whereas eschatological matters include factors faith and worship.* * *Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih jauh konflik yang terjadi dalam kehidupan berumah tangga khususnya keluarga yang suami menikah lagi (poligami). Maka kesabaran istri yang dipoligami sangat menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Mojokerto dengan menggunakan cara pengambilan subyek secara purposive sampling, dan dalam menperoleh data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa kesabaran istri yang dipoligami dapat dikelompokkan menjadi dua alasan, yakni alasan duniawi dan alasan ukhrowi. Alasan duniawi ini meliputi faktor biologis, ekonomi, dan sosial. Sedangkan ukhrowi meliputi faktor keimanan, dan ibadah.Â

Islamic art is radiant beauty of the Islamic spiritual. The young generation must be able to be the front guard in preaching a beautiful religion. The public abandoned Islamic art because it was considered ancient and inferior to the conventional art, which was increasingly innovative. But lately, Islamic art has become popular in Indonesian people again as a phenomenon which is widely discussed, namely the pesantren literary art, represented by the novel Hati Suhita by Khima Anis. While, Islamic music art represented by Sabyan Gambus. As long as Islamic art can maintain quality and continue to innovate, Islamic art can break the dominance of conventional art in Indonesia. With the increasing interest of young people towards Islamic art, of course, it will increase their spirituality.

Teachers are obliged to possess authority to increase pedagogical interaction effectivity. However, there has been a shift in the meaning of authority so that an in-depth study is carried out on the dimensions of teacher authority, factors that influence the teacher authority, and the dynamics of teacher authority in Madrasah based of Islamic boarding school (pesantren). This research is a qualitative research by using interview, observation and documentation methods to collect the data. The data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show: 1) Authority is defined as strength to be admired accompanied by respect so as to bring obedience. The dimensions of teacher authority include spiritual, cognitive, affective, skills, social and physical: 2) There are at least 3 (three) factors that can increase the teacher authority, namely assertiveness, responsibility and patience; 3) The teachers authority from inside the pesantren (ndalem) is in the form of traditional authority, while teachers from outside the pesantren must strive to gain authority in the form of charismatic authority or even legal rational authority.

ABSTRACTEducation policy in Indonesia often changes lately, it makes education practitioners uneasy. It is feared that this will affect the teacher's authority. So this study aims to determine the authority of the teacher in the Merdeka Belajar discourse. After reviewing the study of literature, it can be concluded that; 1) By using a new USBN model, teachers were very likely to be more authoritative because student graduation was determined by teachers and schools; 2) UN by using the Minimum Competency Assessment and Character Survey ware expected to create an authoritative evaluation system without cheating; 3) Simple lesson plans gave an extensive time for teachers and students together and increased the authority of teachers; and 4) PPDB zoning system which reduced the percentage of zone line, was actually not directly related to the authority of teachers, whereas it made students’ academic competition increasing.Keywords: Authority, Teacher, Merdeka Belajar.

This research was conducted to analyze the forms of changes in the management of learning of basic education institutions in Mojokerto Regency in the Covid-19 pandemic and their backgrounds. The research is carried out qualitatively with a double case study approach. Based on the results of the study can conclude that the situation and conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic have changed the management of learning at MI Hidayatul Mubtadi'in and in Nurul Islam Elementary School, which was originally implemented face-to-face in classrooms, turned into online learning. At MI Hidayatul Mubtadi'in, online learning is carried out for key subjects. As for face-to-face learning directly still carried out for the learning of the Qur'an and the development of morals and ubudiyah activities because it cannot be replaced with other learning such as online learning and the like. Meanwhile, in Nurul Islam Elementary School, learning using semi-online and semi-offline systems is carried out for the learning of major subjects. As for the learning of the Qur'an and ubudiyah-yaumiyah activities are not carried out systematically in school. But it is only done simply by handing over more management to the parents of students.

Pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam berdiferensiasi adalah Penggunaan berbagai jenis model dan metode pembelajaran juga disesuaikan dengan materi dan karakteristik siswa. Dalam proses pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, di mana guru menggunakan metode pengajaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan individual setiap siswa sesuai dengan kebutuhan (pengetahuan, gaya belajar, minat dan pemahaman belajar) mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam berdiferensiasi di MAN 1 Mojokerto(1), untuk mengetahui penerapan jenis gaya belajar pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam berdiferensiasi di MAN 1 Mojokerto(2). Penelitian ini lebih tepatnya menggunakan penelitian kualitatif metode fenomenology ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami fenomena tentang bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan apa saja gaya belajar yang dipakai dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Berdiferensiasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan di dukung, di perkuat oleh dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya: Penerapan pembelajaran di MAN 1 Mojokerto mempunyai keunikan tersendiri yaitu dengan sistem penilaian dan kelulusan menggunakan UKBM (unit kegiatan belajar mandiri) dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi(1). Teknologi seperti aplikasi Quipper juga sebagai penunjang dalam pembelajaran agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu setiap siswa. Strategi pengajaran yang diberikan berdasarkan pada metode audiovisual, audiotori, dan kinestetik. Untuk memicu pemikiran kritis siswa(2).
