Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of beauty influencers, customer reviews, and customer ratings on purchase intention toward Garnier skincare products. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 100 consumers of Garnier skincare products in Dau District, Malang Regency, selected through purposive sampling. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire measured with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests. The results indicate that beauty influencers, customer reviews, and customer ratings simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Partially, customer reviews and customer ratings have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, while beauty influencers do not show a significant effect. Among the independent variables, customer ratings exhibit the strongest influence on purchase intention. These findings suggest that consumer-generated information plays a more crucial role than influencer endorsement in shaping purchase intention for skincare products

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Experience, E-Trust, Perceived Ease of Use, Technology Readiness, and Perceived Enjoyment on the purchase intention of virtual items among users of the GTA V game application in the Facebook GTA VI Indonesia community. This study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, while the sample was determined using purposive sampling. Based on the Slovin formula with a population of 87,300 users, 398 respondents were selected who met the research criteria, namely users who had played GTA VI within the last six months and had previously purchased virtual items. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The partial test results indicate that Experience has no significant effect on Purchase Decision (t = 1.525; p = 0.101), while E-Trust has a positive and significant effect (t = 2.779; p = 0.002). Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect (t = 2.879; p < 0.003), while Technology Readiness (t = 3.224; p = 0.001) and Perceived Enjoyment (t = 7.705; p < 0.001) have positive and significant effects. Simultaneously, the five variables have a significant effect on Purchase Decision, with an adjusted R² of 0,470.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Digital Relationship Marketing and E-Service Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Trust among BRImo mobile banking users in the Pasuruan area. A quantitative explanatory design was applied using purposive sampling, resulting in 123 respondents. Data were collected through a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, and Sobel test. Digital Relationship Marketing significantly affects Customer Trust (β=0.447; p<0.001), while E-Service Quality also has a significant effect (β=0.637; p<0.001). Digital Relationship Marketing affects Customer Loyalty (β=0.250; p<0.001), E-Service Quality affects Customer Loyalty (β=0.206; p=0.007), and Customer Trust affects Customer Loyalty (β=0.538; p<0.001). The first structural model explains 74.0% of Customer Trust and the second explains 74.4% of Customer Loyalty. The indirect effects are 0.241 and 0.343, respectively, with Sobel statistics of 4.865 and 5.420. The results confirm significant partial mediation by Customer Trust.
