Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pengaruh religiusitas, pelayanan, dan promosi terhadap keputusan menabung di Bank Syariah, di mana lokasi penelitiannya adalah Bank Syariah di Pasar Angso Duo Jambi. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengapa masih banyak pedagang yang tidak menggunakan jasa menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif Deskriptif dengan metode survey dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path analysis). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Religiusitas berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  minat menabung di Bank Syariah. Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah. Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah. Religiusitas berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  keputusan menabung di Bank Syariah. Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung di Bank Syariah.  Promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung di Bank Syariah. Minat berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  keputusan menabung di Bank Syariah. Religiusitas dan pelayanan secara tidak langsung melalui minat menabung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung di Bank Syariah dan terjadi efek mediasi. Sedangkan promosi secara tidak langsung melalui minat menabung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung di Bank Syariah dan tidak terjadi efek mediasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how financial reporting quality and debt maturity affect investment efficiency.This research used a sample of publicly traded companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019.There are 17 companies that meet the criteria based on the purposive sampling method.The model Common Effect was chosen for this analysis using panel data regression analysis.These results show that the quality of financial reporting and debt maturity have a significant impact on the investment efficiency in mining companies publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer behavior and consumer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative methods and the type of data used is primary data, which is obtained from the results of distributing online questionnaires to respondents. These results can be seen partially. (T test) between Consumer Behavior and Consumer Satisfaction with Purchase Decision shows the value of tcount 4.107 > ttable 1.986. Between Consumer Satisfaction with Purchase Decision shows the value of tcount 5,208 < ttable 1,986. Simultaneously, this is evidenced by the results of fcount of 32,000>ftable with a significant value (sig) of 0.000. Because the sig value is much smaller than 0.05, the regression model can be used to predict that consumer behavior and consumer satisfaction simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. While the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions is customer satisfaction with a significant value obtained of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy in increasing sales turnover at Pondok Cik Roza, Thehok Village. Source of data in this study are primary data through information froom the people studied, and secondary data through documentation, intervews and literature. This study used is a qualitative approach. The results show that the marketing mix strategy used at Pondok Cik Roza is 7p, namely marketing products that have characteristics at affordable prices, having quite strategic places, promoting through online or offline media. Having sufficient people, carrying out a good process and applying physical evidence that supports the Pondok Cik Roza business. The marketing mix strategy that does not work well is that the products offered often have vacancies, the promotions that are carried out are still not optimal and the physical evidence that has many shortcomings such as not having adequate parking space, the place is still narrow and others. This makes the sales turnover of Pondok Cik Roza not increase significantly. However, the owner of Pondok Cik Roza remains optimistic that his business will run smoothly by making improvements to the marketing mix strategy that has not been maximized.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Sharia Compliance and Islamic Corporate Governance on indications of fraud in Islamic Banks in Indonesia for the 2015 2019 period. Sharia Compliance with the proxies of Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, Islamic Investment Ratio, Zakat Performance Ratio and Islamic Corporate Governance are independent variables. And fraud on Islamic Banks is the dependent variable used in this study.The populations used in this study were all Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) registered with the Financial Services Authority in the period 2015 to 2019. The sample in this study used the method. Purposive sampling. In this study there were 11 Islamic Banks with a research period of 5 years and the sample used in this study amounted to 41 after being transformed into semi logs and Generalized Least Square (GLS). In this study using multiple regression analysis method, panel data is processed using Eviews 10 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The results of this study show that the Islamic Income Ratio has no effect on Fraud, Profit Sharing Ratio has a negative effect on fraud, the. Islamic Investment Ratio has a positive effect Fraud, Zakat Performance Ratio not affect Fraud in Islamic Banks. variable is Islamic Corporate Governance not affect Fraud in Islamic Banks.

Abstract

Jambi Province is one of the regions in Indonesia that continues to face the problem of poverty. Poverty can be seen as a condition of society with a weak economic level. This poverty is also affected by unemployment. This was examined by Cutler and Katz and Fowers found that the unemployment rate is positively related to the number of people below the poverty line or in other words the higher the unemployment rate, the greater the poverty rate. This study aims to determine the effect of unemployment on the level of poverty in the province of Jambi, the method is used descriptive quantitative, with data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. Based on the research that has been done, the results can be concluded as follows: The results in this study are that in 2017 to 2021 unemployment has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Jambi.

Abstract

Besarnya potensi Usaha Mikro,Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, menjadikan suatu keharusan untuk lebih di berdayakan menjadi semakin strategis sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan produktivitas, penyediaan lapangan kerja yang lebih luas, dan peningkatan pendapatan bagi masyarakat miskin. Usaha mikro yang merupakan bagian dari usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Jambi perlu ditingkatkan serta dikembangkan karena menyumbang terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, tetapi permasalahan yang kemudian muncul antara lain disebabkan oleh masih rendahnya kualitas SDM pelaku industri, strategi pemasaran yang masih kurang dikuasai oleh pelaku usaha dan pendapatan didasarkan pada waktu atau lama usaha didirikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh minat dan persepsi pengusaha muda terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kota Jambi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji regresi berganda, Uji T, Uji F dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R Square). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial variabel minat dan persepsi pengusaha berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan Usaha Menengah dan Keatas di Kota Jambi. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel minat dan persepsi pengusaha muda memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kota Jambi.

Abstract

This research is presented based on an event where the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) recorded an ISSI increase of 13.9% from March 2 2020 to March 31 2021 in line with an increase in the Islamic stock market index. This strengthening actually occurred at a time when Indonesia's macroeconomic conditions experienced a contraction during the Covid-19 pandemic. According to Martalena and Maya Melinda there are at least five economic factors that can influence stock price movements, namely inflation, government policies regarding fuel prices, national income per capita, currency exchange rates, interest rates. So based on this theory, researchers took three factors that influence stock price movements in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index in 2020-2022, namely Interest Rates, Rupiah Exchange Rate and Inflation. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis.. The results of this study found that Interest Rates and Rupiah Exchange Rates had a significant negative effect on ISSI while Inflation had a significant positive effect. where if inflation strengthens, ISSI will also increase based on the period mentioned. The level of explanation of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 69.1% where 30.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Financial education is an activity that aims to increase knowledge and skills in financial management. The 2019 Indonesian National Financial Survey shows the level of Islamic financial literacy is only 8.93 percent, meaning that only nine out of a hundred Indonesian adults are familiar with Islamic financial products. The 2019 National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) found a financial literacy rate of 38.03% and a financial inclusion rate of 76.19%. This is because the Indonesian people in general do not have a good understanding of the characteristics of different financial products and services. Therefore, this study examines how financial literacy affects the interests of students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Economics, UIN STS Jambi. in Islamic banks. The purpose of this study was to measure the impact of financial literacy on savings in students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics at UIN STS Jambi Islamic bank. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection tools in this study were observation and questionnaires/cursors. Primary data and secondary data are used as data sources. The informants of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Economics, UIN STS Jambi. From the research results it is known that the financial literacy variable has a significant effect on student savings

Abstract

The purpose of study was find out and analyze the effect of the debt to equity ratio, return on assets and price to book value on stock return in banking companies which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2019-2022. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis method used is panel data analysis. The samples used in this study were 28 banking companies with a total periode of 4 years resulting in 112 data. The results showed that partially, the debt to equity ratio and return on assets has no significant effect on the stock return, while price to book value have a significant effect on the stock return. Simultaneously it shows that the debt to equity ratio, return on assets and price to book value have a significant influence on the stock return in banking companies which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2019-2022. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the debt to equity ratio, return on assets and price to book value have an influence on the stock return of 22.13% and the remaining 77.87% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
