Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic-based educational institutions that play a substantial role in educating students holistically. However, economic and technological challenges often become obstacles in empowering students to become Sharia-based technology entrepreneurs. In producing quality student graduates, a curriculum is needed that is not only spiritually based education but must also be relevant to today's world of work. Through the application of Sharia technopreneur, an entrepreneurship curriculum utilizing Sharia-based technology can be carried out to produce quality student qualifications. This activity aims to provide education, socialization, and support for Sharia entrepreneurship knowledge, identification of halal products/halal certification, and how to market products using digital technology (digital marketing), as well as digital payments according to Sharia principles. The event was held at Al-Misbah Islamic Boarding School, Ciseeng, Bogor, West Java. The implementation method is explanation, practical training, and mentoring, giving questionnaires before and after (pre-test and post-test) PKM activities. The results of this activity show an increase in students' knowledge of each sub-material provided based on the pre-test and post-test. This program has significant implications for economic and technological empowerment in the dormitory environment. Apart from improving students' technological skills and knowledge, this activity also opens up opportunities for Sharia-based economic development in the surrounding community. It needs to be implemented sustainably by collaborating between academics, Islamic boarding schools, and the industrial world to increase the financial independence of the people.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penguatan literasi laporan keuangan syariah sangat penting untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Pelaku UMKM di Sahabat UMKM Pamulang menghadapi permasalahan minimnya literasi keuangan dan belum memahami pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis syariah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana sesuai prinsip syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan simulasi kepada 15 pelaku usaha. Materi meliputi literasi keuangan syariah, penyusunan laporan laba rugi, neraca, arus kas, dan pencatatan zakat. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 87%, serta 80% peserta mampu menyusun laporan keuangan dasar secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada peningkatan softskill dalam pencatatan keuangan serta mendorong praktik usaha berkelanjutan yang lebih etis dan berkah sesuai prinsip syariah.Abstract: Strengthening sharia financial reporting literacy is very important to support the growth and sustainability of MSMEs. MSME actors at Sahabat UMKM Pamulang face the problem of minimal financial literacy and do not yet understand the importance of preparing sharia-based financial reports. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of business actors in preparing simple financial reports according to sharia principles. The method used is training and simulation for 15 business actors. The material includes sharia financial literacy, preparation of profit and loss reports, balance sheets, cash flow, and zakat recording. Evaluation is carried out through pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed an increase in participant understanding by 87%, and 80% of participants were able to prepare basic financial reports independently. This activity has an impact on improving soft skills in financial recording and encouraging more ethical and blessed sustainable business practices according to sharia principles.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jumlah lansia yang semakin meningkat di Indonesia perlu didukung dengan upaya untuk mengoptimalkan kesehatannya agar dapat produktif. Agar dapat mengoptimalkan kesehatannya, para warga lansia perlu diberikan edukasi untuk peningkatan pengetahuan terkait pola hidup sehat dan gizi seimbang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan motivasi warga lansia agar dapat menerapkan pola hidup sehat dan makan gizi seimbang.Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilakukan pada warga lansia Pamulang Barat, Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Kegiatan berupa edukasi yang diberikan kepada 38 Orang lansia.Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner pre dan posttest terlihat setelah kegiatan edukasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan yang terlihat dari adanya peningkatan nilai rerata dari 53,71 menjadi 78,86 dan antusiasme peserta kegiatan edukasi.Abstract: The increasing number of elderly people in Indonesia needs to be supported by efforts to optimize their health so that they can be productive. To maximize their health, elderly residents need to be given education to increase knowledge related to healthy lifestyles and balanced nutrition. This activity aims to improve the knowledge and motivation of elderly residents so that they can implement a healthy lifestyle and eat balanced nutrition. Community Service activities are carried out on elderly residents of RW 010, Benda Baru, Pamulang Barat, South Tangerang, Banten. Activities in the form of education were provided to 38 elderly people. Based on the results of the pre and posttest questionnaires, it can be seen. The results after educational activities show an increase in the level of knowledge seen from an increase in the mean score from 53.71 to 78.86 and the enthusiasm of participants in educational activities.

Abstract

PKK is Family Welfare Empowerment. It is a widely recognised term that is usually associated with an association of mothers who have positive activities. PKK is a community organisation to empower women and participate in the welfare development of Indonesia. PKK groups are groups under the village PKK Team that can be formed based on territoriality or activities. The Family Empowerment and Welfare Movement Team (TP PKK) is a partner of the government and community organisations, where the PKK functions as a facilitator, planner, implementer, controller, and activator at each level for the implementation of the PKK program. Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) as an agent of the community development movement has PKK Principal Programmes. One of the main programmes, the development of cooperative life is a concern. To overcome this, Pengabdi as a team of lecturers and students from the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN Veteran Jakarta, identified opportunities to empower PKK mothers through the development of soap products that are not only environmentally friendly but also provide health and beauty benefits.ABSTRAKPKK adalah Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga. Istilah ini telah dikenal luas yang biasanya diasosiasikan sebagai perkumpulan ibu-ibu yang memiliki kegiatan positif. PKK adalah organisasi kemasyarakatan untuk memberdayakan perempuan dan berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan kesejahteraan Indonesia. Kelompok PKK adalah kelompok-kelompok yang berada di bawah Tim Penggerak PKK desa/kelurahan yang dapat dibentuk berdasarkan kewilayahan atau kegiatan. Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP PKK) adalah mitra kerja pemerintah dan organisasi kemasyarakatan, dimana fungsi PKK sebagai fasilitator, perencana, pelaksana, pengendali, dan penggerak di masing-masing jenjang untuk terlaksananya program PKK. Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) sebagai agen gerakan pembangunan masyarakat mempunyai Program-Program Pokok PKK. Salah satu program pokok, Pengembangan kehidupan berkoperasi menjadi perhatian. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Pengabdi selaku tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPN Veteran Jakarta, mengidentifikasi peluang pemberdayaan ibu-ibu pkk melalui pengembangan produk sabun yang tidak hanya ramah lingkungan tetapi juga memberikan manfaat kesehatan dan kecantikan.

Abstract

The non-cyclical consumer sector, which is defined by the production of essential goods, has demonstrated a notable degree of resilience in the face of economic fluctuations. Despite this stability, the dynamics influencing firm value in this sector remain complex. A plethora of literature has been published on topics such as dividend policy, profitability, sales growth, market risk, and inflation. Nevertheless, the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a moderating variable has received less attention. The objective of this study is to address this lacuna by examining the manner in which CSR influences the relationship between these factors and firm value. The objective of the present study is twofold: first, to provide insights into the potential long-term and short-term effects of these variables, and second, to explore the relationship between the variables and the potential effects on the patient's well-being. This study employs the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to examine dynamic panel data from 87 companies operating within the Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2023. The findings of the study demonstrate a positive correlation between profitability and firm value, while market risk and inflation exhibit a negative relationship with firm value. CSR was found to moderate the relationship between profitability, market risk, and inflation but did not moderate the effects of dividend policy or sales growth on firm value. However, its role is context-dependent and does not universally apply to all financial variables.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the spin-off policy for sharia business units (UUS) in Indonesia’s Islamic insurance industry, focusing on operational efficiency and financial performance. Using a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, the study examines academic sources, regulatory frameworks, and industry reports from the past decade. Findings indicate that the spin-off policy is intended to enhance the independence, efficiency, and growth of the Islamic insurance sector by improving governance, fostering product innovation, and increasing corporate competitiveness. However, implementation in practice faces significant challenges, including high transaction costs, substantial capital requirements, organizational restructuring, and the limited readiness of human and managerial resources. The impact of spin-offs on efficiency and financial performance varies widely, depending on institutional preparedness, parent company support, and the strategies adopted. To fully realize the benefits of spin-offs, careful planning, strong governance, and the development of skilled human resources in the sharia sector are essential, enabling companies to evolve into healthy and competitive independent entities within the national insurance landscape. Keywords: Islamic insurance; efficiency; financial performance; spin off   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan spin off unit usaha syariah (UUS) dalam industri asuransi syariah di Indonesia, khususnya dari aspek efisiensi operasional dan kinerja keuangan. Studi ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, mengkaji berbagai referensi akademik, regulasi, dan laporan industri selama sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan spin off diharapkan dapat memperkuat kemandirian, efisiensi, dan pertumbuhan industri asuransi syariah melalui peningkatan tata kelola, inovasi produk, dan daya saing perusahaan. Namun, implementasi spin off di lapangan masih menghadapi tantangan besar, seperti tingginya biaya transaksi, kebutuhan modal, restrukturisasi organisasi, serta ketidaksiapan sumber daya manusia dan manajemen untuk beroperasi secara independen. Dampak spin off terhadap efisiensi dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan asuransi syariah terbukti beragam, sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan institusi, dukungan induk, dan strategi adaptasi yang dijalankan. Untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat spin off, diperlukan perencanaan matang, penguatan tata kelola, serta pengembangan SDM yang kompeten di bidang syariah, sehingga perusahaan dapat bertransformasi menjadi entitas mandiri yang sehat dan kompetitif di industri asuransi nasional. Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study which aims to determine the influence of Financial Technology and Financial Literacy on Business Development in MSMEs in the village of Cawang, East Jakarta. This research uses MSMEs in the village of Cawang, East Jakarta as research samples. The sampling technique in this research used a probability sampling technique with a random sampling method so that the sample used was 100 MSME actors in the village of Cawang, East Jakarta. The hypothesis test used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with a significance level of 5% using the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that that (1) financial technology influences business development, (2) financial literacy does not influence business development

Abstract

Proses Akuntansi dimulai dari proses indentifikasi transaksi, dilanjutkan dengan pencatatan yang dapat dilakukan secara manual maupun dengan menggunakan digitalisasi komputerisasi. Pencatatan akuntansi secara manual sudah diterapkan kepada para siswa/siswi SMK sebagai materi ajar pembelajaran. Namun sayangnya, beberapa SMK masih tertingga informasi mengenai aplikasi komputer akuntansi hari hasil karya anak bangsa untuk dapat dipelajari dan di praktekkan sebagai bentuk simulasi pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komputer. Keahlian ini sangat diperlukan untuk menambah ketrampilan para peserta siswa/I SMK setempat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi keahlian dibidang akuntansi serta sertifikasi akuntansi. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian difokuskan pada pelatihan para pelaku siswa/siswa SMK Al Hidayah untuk pelatihan digitalisasi akuntansi dengan menggunakan software aplikasi akuntansi (Zahir Desktop) di Kabupate Cinere. Tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan abdimas berikut adalah: 1). Memberikan pelatihan keilmuan tentang akuntansi secara digitalisas komputerisasi dengan menggunakan Zahir Desktop kepada para peserta siswa/I SMK Al Hidayah. 2) memberikan pengajaran terhadap para peserta siswa/siswa SMK Al-Hidayah pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam bidang Akuntansi. 3) Melakukan pemantauan dan pendampingan yang berkesinambungan terhadap para peserta siswa/I SMK Al-Hidayah hingga proses pembelajaran akuntansi baik digitalisasi komputer akuntansi zahir accounting dapat berjalan lancar di lingkungan peserta siswa/I SMK Al Hidayah.
