Abstract

General Background: In a competitive industrial environment, understanding factors that enhance job satisfaction is essential for fostering a motivated workforce. Specific Background: Existing literature primarily addresses leadership and supervision but often neglects the impact of punishment styles on employee morale. Knowledge Gap: This study investigates the interplay between transformational leadership, supervisory practices, and punishment styles in shaping job satisfaction among employees of PT. Young Tree Industries. Aims: Employing a quantitative survey approach, the research aims to evaluate these factors' individual and collective effects on employee satisfaction. Results: Data were collected from 384 employees through a structured questionnaire, analyzed using SPSS software. The findings reveal that transformational leadership, supervision, and punishment styles significantly positively influence job satisfaction. Transformational leadership emerged as the most impactful variable. Novelty: This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the importance of both leadership and punishment styles in enhancing employee job satisfaction, thus providing a comprehensive view of managerial impacts in the workplace. Implications: The results suggest that organizations should prioritize transformational leadership development and effective supervision while addressing punishment methods to improve employee satisfaction and, consequently, overall productivity. Abstract

الخطابة هي التعبير الشفوي من خلال إلقاء الأفكار بصورة الكلام في الأماكن العامة أو الإلقاء لتقديم الأراء، وتطلب الثقة بالنفس، مع أنها تجعل النفس القدرة والفخر بما يفعله بشكل إيجابي في تحسين مهارة الكلام. المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندينغ إحدى المدارس التي قامت بتنفيذ برنامج الخطابة كل شهر. هذا البرنامج لترقية مهارة الكلام لدى الطلاب بثقة النفس. تهتم الباحثة بمعرفة المزيد عن برنامج الخطابة، وبالتلي تريد الباحثة هنا جعل الجيل القادم أكثر شجاعة وثقة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى ما يلي: وصف ترقية مهارة الكلام بثقة النفس في برنامج الخطابة العربية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندينغ برابالنجا ووصف مدى ترقية مهارة الكلام بثقة النفس في برنامج الخطابة العربية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندنيغ برابالنجا. استخدم هذا البحث المدخل الكيفي بالطريقة الوصفية. وأما طريقة جمع البيانات فهي الملاحظة، والمقابلة الشخصية، والتوثيق، وتم تحليل البيانات من خلال تخفيض البيانات، وعرض البيانات، الاستنتاج. أما نتائج هذا البحث فهي أن ترقية مهارة الكلام بثقة النفس في برنامج الخطابة العربية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندينغ برابالنجا هو يتضمن تنفيذ تحسينها على ثلاثة أنشطة مهمة، وهي الأنشطة الأولى، الأنشطة الأساسية، الأنشطة الختامية. ومدى ترقية مهارة الكلام بثقة النفس في برنامج الخطابة العربية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندينغ برابالنجا هو تم تنفيذها 24 عاما تقريبا بما أن الطلاب يقدرون على ترقية مهارتهم في الكلام بعد أن تكون لديهم الثقة بالنفس في برنامج الخطابة.   Oratory (public speaking) is a form of verbal expression through delivering ideas orally in public places or presenting opinions. It requires self-confidence, as it gives individuals a sense of ability and pride in what they do, which positively contributes to improving speaking skills. Al-Walisongo Islamic Senior High School in Kending is one of the schools that conducts a monthly oratory program. This program aims to enhance students’ speaking skills with confidence. The researcher is interested in learning more about the oratory program and, consequently, aims to help the next generation become more courageous and confident. The objectives of this study are as follows: to describe the improvement of speaking skills with self-confidence in the Arabic oratory program at Al-Walisongo Islamic Senior High School in Kending, Prabalangga, and to describe the extent to which speaking skills with self-confidence are improved in this program. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation, and the data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the improvement of speaking skills with self-confidence in the Arabic oratory program at Al-Walisongo Islamic Senior High School in Kending, Prabalangga, involves three main stages: preliminary activities, core activities, and concluding activities. The extent of improvement in speaking skills with self-confidence in this program has been achieved for approximately 24 years, as students have been able to develop their speaking skills once they gained self-confidence through the oratory program.

Abstract

Strategi pengurus pondok untuk meningkatkan pemahaman fiqih wanita pada santri putri melalui proram ngaji risalatul mustahadloh di pondok pesantren Al-Husna Al-Alawi Senori merupakan program penting, karena berkaitan dengan pemahaman fiqih wanita yang mana nantinya menjadi barometer sah tau tidaknya suatu ibadah khususnya sholat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengurus Pondok dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Fiqih Wanita Pada Santri Putri Melalui Program Ngaji Risalatul Mustahadloh di Pondok Pesantren Al-Husna Al-Al-Alawi Senori Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1)Strategi pengurus pondok dalam meningkatkan pemahaman fiqih wanita pada santri putri melalui program ngaji risalatul mustahadloh, sebelum dibentuknya program ngaji, ketua pondok melakukan analisis lingkungan terlebih dahulu agar mengetahui kondisi yang sedang terjadi dalam lembaga, dan kondisi yang terjadi dalam lembaga berupa minimnya pemahaman fiqih wanita pada santri putri khususnya pada bab haid, istihadloh dan nifas, setelah mengetahui kondisi lembaga, lalu kami membentuk sebuah program yang relevan dengan kondisi lemabaga yaitu berupa program ngaji risalatul mustahadloh. 2)Adapun kendala dalam pelaksanaan program ngaji risaltul mustahdloh yaitu waktu pelaksanaan yang bertepatan pada hari libur santri yakni senin malam selasa pada pukul 20.00 WIB, dan materi yang disampaikan tidak mudah dipahami untuk santri junior. Setelah mengetahui kendala tersebut dilakukan beberapa tindakan untuk mengatasinya, pertama program ngaji tetap dilakukan dihari senin malam selasa dengan waktu lebih awal yaitu 19.30 WIB, kedua materi tetap di paparkan semua tanpa terkecuali dengan didukung slide ppt yang relevan dengan bab yang akan dijelaskan pemateri.

Abstract

This research explores the role of waqf as a social and economic development instrument in Islamic finance, focusing on its contributions to poverty reduction, empowerment of minorities and women, and financial inclusion. The researcher gathered, evaluated, and synthesized relevant literature sources on the study subject through a literature review. Academic resources, including Google Scholar, Springer, ScienceDirect, and Scopus, were utilized to search for the works, which comprised journal articles, books, reports, theses, and policy papers. The review entails identifying the primary themes present in the literature, while also critically assessing the study methods, findings, and generalizability. This study utilizes literature reviews and secondary data analysis to illuminate the role of waqf in supporting disadvantaged communities by funding small businesses, partnering with individuals experiencing poverty to access healthcare and education, and other initiatives. In addition, it highlights the challenges associated with waqf implementation, including issues with donor administration, a lack of transparency, and inefficiency. Additionally, the study examines the broader economic and social aspects of waqf, including its potential to generate revenue and promote communal development. Research reveals substantial barriers to the effectiveness of waqf, including bureaucratic delays and underfunding, despite its potential role in social welfare. Therefore, the results highlight the importance of waqf-based programs requiring improved accountability, governance, and sustainability. Despite waqf's potential to alleviate poverty and strengthen communities, the research finds that these obstacles must be removed before the solution can have any lasting effect.
