Abstract

Donations of land is one of the instruments in the Islamic economy for the welfare of the people. In this study, explained that people in Kediri, West Lombok regency have a high motivation to benefact although many people are under the poverty line. This happens because the benefactor in Kediri understood donations of land for the provision of the reward in the hereafter will continue to flow because it is used to build educational facilities and mosques as a means of worship for the wider community. Utilization of donations of land for public welfare in the district of Kediri aims to (1). Eliminating ignorance and educate the people to build education facilities, (2). Reducing poverty and open up employment opportunities, (3). Eliminating social inequalities with the participation of most of the people managing the benefaction land.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know about business ethics of used mobile phone traders in Kecamatan Selong, East Lombok regency. The reason is studied, because East Lombok especially in Kecamatan Selong is area which majority of Moslem, and its people many who trades as trader especially in buying and selling of used mobile phone. besides East Lombok is an area that has many master teachers and kyai who understand the science of religion. Based on the above reasons, the researcher assumes that the merchant will run the buying and selling in accordance with the ethics of Islamic business but in fact many traders who only prioritize profit by memamfaatkan buyer ignorance. This research is conducted by qualitative approach, which process using triangulation technique as data collection and analyze the result. Focus of this research is to know the ethics of merchant business on buying and selling of used mobile phones in Selong Sub-district, East Lombok. The results of research on how the business ethics of used mobile phone dealers in Selong Sub-district are open traders on used mobile phone conditions, in taking advantage of high traders exploiting buyer ignorance, in obtaining the old geggam phone from the merchant community lowering the price and sell at the highest price. Abstract

This study aims to expand on the theoretical notions of sharia economics, economic democracy, and Indonesian development. Economic identity is influenced by religion, culture, and other valuable components of life, including the state's ideology. Religious ideals, cultural constructions, governmental ideology, and/or a synthesis of these values should all be protected from development. This is Auda's considerable offer, which connects maqasid al-shariah with systems theory to bolster Islamic studies' intellectual integrity. The Shariah economy, social system, and state ideology should be united to attain economic welfare. As a result, the maqashid shariah system approach provides a methodological framework for examining the existence of shariah microfinance institutions, economic democracy, and development in their entirety

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji komitmen organisasi dalam berbagai aspek di organisasi nirlaba, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan unsure-unsur non-formal. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah hubungan antara kepuasan dan komirmen organisasi di antara para anggota kepanduan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif untuk menganalisis data, dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang diadaptasi dari berbagai sumber. Angket ini terdiri atas beberapa bagian: demografi, indeks kepuasan voluntir dan komitmen organisasi, dan disampaikan kepada 200 responden dari Kwartir Daerah Pramuka Samarinda Kalimantar Timur. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sampel sederhana, dan data diolah dengan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa dua dari empat dimensi kepuasan kerja, yaitu dukungan dan kekompakan kelompok memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen organsiasi, sedangkan efikasi dan pemberdayaan organisasi tidak berhubungan dengan komitmen organisasi.Kata kunci: pendidikan non-formal, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan, anggota kepanduan

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". Wakaf is one of the instruments in the Islamic economy for the welfare of the community. Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". This study aims to determine how the zakat management model in Bima City. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research are: how to manage amil zakat there in accordance with Islamic principles, and is not in accordance with Islamic principles.

Abstract

The theme of the article is the banks and financial institutions. This study aims to determine the implementation of Islamic rules in the management of "zakat profesi". Management views of managers understanding of the principles of Islam. The research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Resource is the management and participants "Program Peduli Dhuafa". The results showed the “zakat profesi” management has implemented the rules of Islam. In executing the management has implemented four properties ie Muhammad SAW: siddiq, amanah, tabligh and fathonah.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan tentang fatwa ekonomi DSN-MUI dengan realitas sistem yang meliputi hadirnya fatwa. Maqâshid al-Syarîah pendekatan sistem digunakan sebagai alat analisis keterhubungan fatwa dengan realitas perkembangan ekonomi dan sistem keuangan dalam Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dan yang menjadi objek kajian utama adalah fatwa ekonomi DSN-MUI. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fatwa ekonomi DSN-MUI berinteraksi dengan realitas perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat dan terkoneksi dengan realitas sistem yang meliputinya. Metode yang diutamakan adalah istishlâhi dengan mengutamakan utility (maslahat) sebagai orientasi (tujuan/maqâshid) aktivitas fatwa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menganalisis Pengguna Alumni pogram studi IESP Lulusan Tahun 2019-2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Bagaimana kesesuaian keilmuan dan skill yang diperoleh di program studi IESP dengan tuntutan keahlian lulusan dengan dunia kerja alumni jurusan IESP, 2) Bagaiman tanggapan pengguna alumni IESP terhadap keahlian alumni IESP di dunia kerja. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan deskriptif evaluatif. Subjek penelitian adalah pengguna alumni dan lulusan Jurusan IESP Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mataram tahun 2019-2020 sebanyak 100 orang alumni. Teknik analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk memberi gambaran relevansi keahlian alumni yang didapat pada program studi IESP dengan keahlian di dunia kerja pada alumni program studi IESP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesesuaian Konsentrasi pada kurikulum di dalam program studi IESP dengan tuntutan keahlian lulusan dengan dunia kerja alumni jurusan IESP, Konsentrasi pada kurikulum program studi IESP sangat sesuai dengan tuntutan keahlian di dunia kerja.
