Abstract

Internalization is an effort to instill values ​​and norms into a person. The internalization of religious values ​​in the novel Whispering Angel by Asma Nadia in high school is an interesting study to do. The purpose of this study is to describe the internalization of religious values ​​contained in Asma Nadia's novel Whispering Bidadari and describe the learning plan for internalizing religious values ​​contained in Asma Nadia's Whispering Bidadari novel in high school. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that there is a religious value in the Whispering Angel novel, namely 1) the relationship between humans and God, 2) the relationship between humans and oneself, 3) the relationship between humans and other humans, and 4) the relationship between humans and nature. Based on the results of the study, religious values ​​in the novel Whispering Angel by Asma Nadia can be internalized to high school students. Teachers can internalize the religious values ​​contained in the novel into students by designing learning competencies and objectives, learning materials or materials, methods, strategies, and learning evaluations. Then, the teacher carries out the learning steps which consist of opening, learning core, and closing.

Abstract

After undergoing stage 1 PDS program, namely the implementation of lecturers to become "teachers" in schools, the next stage is the implementation of PDS within the university environment. The implementation of the PDS program phase 2 is realized in the Strategy, Method and Learning Media courses. The implementation of the PDS program in tertiary institutions is based on the principle of lesson study. Based on the results of the application, there are a number of lesson learns obtained. Lesson learns include: 1) giving material with appropriate learning media becomes a special attraction for students, 2) the formation of learning groups allows students to develop collaborative and communicative abilities, 3) assignments in the form of videos in the application of collaborative learning methods make students learn directly so a more maximal understanding process is obtained.

Abstract

This community service program is one of the three Tri Dharma of tertiary institutions which must be carried out. Community service activities entitled KKN UMKO transfer of knowledge are carried out in Kembang Tanjung Village, South Abung District, North Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. This community service activity focuses on education in order to improve learning interest of elementary school students to increase student interest in learning, learning is made more active and productive with learning media nets build space learning media nets build space is a learning media using cut cardboard to form a pattern of nets build space media This learning is expected to be a means to increase student interest in learning and build active and exciting learning.

Abstract

Lesson Study is an activity conducted to improve the quality of teaching. As a collaborative approach, Lesson Study consists of stages such as planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection, with the aim of continuously enhancing the quality of teaching. Therefore, the community service team from Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi (UMKO) held a socialization event on October 14, 2024, to introduce the concept and stages of Lesson Study. This activity involved UMKO lecturers who are experts in various fields of study, acting as facilitators and mentors, providing both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice to teachers. The event is expected to improve teachers' understanding and skills in implementing Lesson Study and encourage them to continuously develop innovative and effective teaching methods. This program also facilitates collaboration among teachers from different subject areas and supports the creation of a productive learning community at SMAN 2 Kotabumi. The outcome of the Lesson Study socialization activity at SMAN 2 Kotabumi shows a significant improvement in teachers' understanding of the fundamental concepts and practical application of Lesson Study.

Abstract

Pepaccur is a type of Lampung poetry which contains advice or message in the customary degree ceremony. In this research, data was collected from several regions belonging to the Lampung Abung community, such as Kotabumi Ilir, Blambangan Pagar, Surakarta, Bumi Agung, and Mulang Maya. The problem that will be examined in this study is about the structure contained in Pepaccur. The purpose and benefits of this study are (1) to determine the Pepaccur structure in the Pepadun community in the procession of taking traditional titles; (2) to revitalize Pepaccur Lampung Pepadun people. Descriptive method through qualitative approach is the method used in this study. Data collection techniques used in this study are (1) observation, (2) recording, and (3) interview. Data analysis techniques are carried out by identifying the Pepaccur structure. Based on ethnographic studies that are used as a foothold in this study the Pepaccur structure consists of a framework, diction, sound, tone, and class. (1) Pepaccur framework. Of the 6 Pepaccur text samples, there is only one Pepaccur text that does not have an opening stanza, ie in Pepaccur II text. In addition, the Pepaccur II text is also a text in the form of stories to bind Lampung women. (2) Pepaccur's diction. Based on the results of the analysis, the diction used by people who are Pepaccur is a diction related to marriage. (3) Pepaccur sounds. the sound found in Pepaccur text analysis is a sound pattern abc / abc, ab / ab, aa / aa, a / a. (4) Pepaccur tones. The tone in Pepaccur's text is advising. Abstract

Inclusive education is a critical component of contemporary educational reforms, emphasizing equitable access and quality learning for all students, including those with special needs. This study explores applying educational management principles in curricula management within inclusive schools in Indonesia. The research uses a qualitative approach to examine the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes involved in inclusive curriculum management. Key findings indicate that effective curriculum management involves systematic planning, teacher capacity building, and stakeholder collaboration, addressing barriers such as limited resources and insufficient training. The results study highlight the importance of adaptable strategies and participatory management to enhance the inclusivity of educational practices. These insights contribute to the development of policies and practices that support equitable and sustainable inclusive education

Abstract

The problem in this study is the social problem in the novel Kado Terbaik by J.S. Khairen as an alternative teaching material in high school. The purpose of this study is to describe the social problem in the novel Kado Terbaik by J.S. Khairen and determine the feasibility of the novel. as an alternative teaching material in high schools. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that there are social problems in the novel Kado Terbaik by J.S. Khairen, namely 1) poverty, 2) crime, 3) family disorganization, 4) problems of the younger generation in modern society, 5) violations of community norms, 6) and environmental problems. The novel Kado Terbaik by J.S. Khairen is worthy of being used as an alternative teaching material in high schools because the criteria for linguistic, psychological, and cultural background aspects of students have been met.
