Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of organizational justice on work engagement for Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi employees, (2) The effect of organizational justice on self-leadership among employees at Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi, (3) The influence of self-leadership on work engagement among employees. Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi, (4) The effect of organizational justice on work engagement with self-leadership as a mediating variable for employees of Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi. The results showed that: (1) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on work engagement of Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi employees, (2) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on self-leadership in Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi employees, (3) the influence of self-leadership affects positive and significant towards work attachment to employees of Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi, (4) self-leadership does not significantly mediate the relationship between organizational justice and work engagement for Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi employees

Abstract

This research analyzed: (1) The effect of financial compensation on employee performance (2) The effect of financial compensation on work motivation (3) The effect of financial compensation on employee performance through work motivation. This research uses a descriptive causative method. The population in this study were employees of the Irna Anak Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Regarding the proposed partial mediation model, the data confirm the relationship established in the hypothesis. This study found that (1) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the field of. Irna Anak, RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang (2) Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation in the field of Irna Anak, RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang (3) Work motivation mediates the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance at Irna Anak RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The results of this study found that financial compensation is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation partially mediates the relationship between financial compensation and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is(1)to determine and identify the effect of work value on career commitment to nurses at Hermina Padang Hospital(2)to determine and identify the effect of emotional intelligence on career commitment to nurses at Hermina Padang Hospital(3)to identify and identify the effect of work-life balance on career commitment of nurses at Hermina Hospital Padang(4)To determine and analyze work values, emotional intelligence, and work-life balance on career commitments in nurses at Hermina Padang Hospital. The population in this study were all nursing employees at Hermina Hospital, Padang City, with 80 employees. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population, namely 80 people. This data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale and the analytical technique using SPSS 25.

Abstract

This research analyzes (1) the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Lubuk Alung Branch (2). The influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Lubuk Alung Branch (3). The influence of Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Lubuk Alung Branch . This research is a causal research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat cabang Lubuk Alung with total 52 people. The sampling technique in this study is Total Sampling, where the number of samples is the entire population.. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression through SPSS Ver Software. 22.0 This study resulted in (1) positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (2) positive and significant influence of Perception of Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction on the work discipline of the employees of the West Pasaman Regency Transportation Service. In this study, several employees of the West Pasaman Regency Transportation Service were used randomly. The analytical method used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is multiple regression and t-statistical testing. The data processing is done by using SPSS. The results of data processing that has been done found that transformational leadership has an effect on discipline, at the stage of testing the second and third hypotheses it was found that the work environment has an effect on employee work discipline while job satisfaction also has a significant effect on job satisfaction of the employees of the Department of Transportation, West Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on burnout in the area of ​​PT Pegadian (Persero) Padang through work-life balance as a mediator. The population of this study were 43 people,, with all employees in ​​PT Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang. The sample size for this study was determined using a total sampling appropriate to a population of 43 people. The analytical method used in this research is using SEM analysis with SmartPLS-3. The results of this study indicate that there are: Emotional intelligence has a negative significant effect on burnout. Emotional intelligence has a positive significant effect on work-life balance. Work-life balance has a negative significant effect on burnout. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on burnout through a balance between work and life as a mediator.
