Abstract

PRAKERIN (Industrial Work Practice) is a method to improve vocational high school (VHS) student skills before entering real world of working. SMK PGRI 3 Malang is one of the largest VHS in Malang City. PRAKERIN management in this school managed by Industrial Cooperation Division (BKI). There are four phases to manage PRAKERIN, those are placement, monitoring, judgment, and evaluation. At placement phase, it need a lot of time to plot a student in company. This is because student can't find a company independently, company needs always changing, and BKI have to re-record company needs manually. At monitoring phase, student don't have any back up data for their journal and PRAKERIN report still need a lot of time. At judgment phase, score recapitulation is still doing manually. The system development take case in SMK PGRI 3 Malang with placement, monitoring, and judgment as the boundaries. System development begin with requirements engineering till testing phase.. There are 80 functional requirements in requirements engineering phase. Laravel is used to implement the system. Unit test resulting 100% valid from 17 test cases and validation test resulting 100% from 145 test cases. User acceptance testing show that system is approved by the users. For further research there are some suggestion. First, adding automatic placement feature using artificial intelligence algorithm, automatic document numbering, and sending notification through another media. In addition, adding some criteria in user acceptance testing will be good to assure the quality of software developed..

Abstract

In software development there are stages of testing that have a very important role. Testing ensures that in the system there are no bugs and errors. Continuous software changes make it impossible to carry out the overall test. However, changes that occur in the environment, platform, etc., must be re-tested as a whole. To overcome the overall testing will be time consuming, expensive, inefficient and ineffective. So that to overcome the overall test requires regression testing with model-based prioritization test case strategies. To deal with this problem, a manual calculation of the test scenario is carried out with a prioritization test case strategy with weighting factors in the UML activity diagram model. Manual calculations have disadvantages such as requiring a lot of time, human resources, and so on. Therefore an auxiliary a tool is made for the calculation of test scenario priority based on the UML activity diagram. This system was built with C # technology and tested using the white-box testing method on unit testing as well as the black-box testing method in validation testing. On unit testing and validation testing, the test results are 100% valid.

Abstract

Based on UU No. 20 tahun 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa pasal 72 village government must inform village finance to public, then the village government must make publication about village finance every year, to achieve it Ngawi regency government make a reporting about village finance to citizen and Badan Pembangunan Masyarakat dan Desa (BAPPEMASDESA). Village finance reporting to citizen carried out using billboards. Billboards has problem such broken, rainy, information not seen at night and etc. Bilboards make citizen go to village government office or BAPPEMASDESA for make complain about disinformation about Village finance reporting. Village in Ngawi regency in 2018 no one reported about Perubahan APBDesa and Realisasi APBDesa to citizen and BAPPEMASDESA. Previous E-Government website were still oriented to the government, that making people not getting information that was actually needed by government. Based this problem government created a system which has the main features finance reporting village consisting of APBDesa, Perubahan APBDesa and Realisasi APBDesa to citizen and BAPPEMASDESA and citizen complains. The system is made based on citizen centric which is based on the perspective of the citizen. The research begins with conducting requirement enginnering and literature study about citizen centric. The results of the requirement engineering get 53 functional requirements and 2 non-functional requirement, after carrying out requirement engineering, go to design phased and implementation phased. System developed by many language consists PHP (Laravel Framework), Javascript, HTML, CSS and MYSQL database. Implementation is complete followed by unit testing, and validation testing. The results of the test produce 100% valid it means all requirement was success implemented.

Abstract

One of human welfare is derived from the value of health. For health, it is obtained by maintaining food intake for the body. Maintaining food intake can be done in consultation with experts or the application of a balanced diet. Universitas Brawijaya Malang Clinic is one of the nutrition health service providers. The clinic conducts services based on the Hospital Nutrition Guidelines book in 2011. The services carried out are in the form of recording personal data until monitoring and evaluation. Recording patient data currently using conventional methods, causing limited access to patient data services. In making a diet menu design the patient needs food data and does not exceed the patient intervention limit. This study aims to develop an information system that assists nutritionists in serving the nutritional health of patients using the waterfall development method. The technology used to develop the system is the use of laravel frameworks with the website programming language. In making system requirements engineering, 30 functional requirements were obtained which were then made designs and then implemented. In the final stage of the study, testing was carried out using the black box and white box method. The results of the black box testing of 30 functional requirements found 52 test cases that gave a valid status of 100% which meant that it was in accordance with the design made.

Abstract

Mosque is a place for worship activities. Not only a place for prayer, but in the past mosque was as a study center. With the development of mosques in various of campuses in Indonesia, Masjid Raden Patah, which is the main University of Brawijaya mosque, is one of the best in terms of carrying out various types of activities, activities and routine coaching programs. However, in managing various activities at the Masjid Raden Patah, most of them are still managed by one person who is the Managerial in Takmir Masjid Raden Patah. Management activities that include routine activities such as prayer schedules, routine study schedules, routine coaching schedules, and incidental events are required to publish information with several social media including live streaming, generate mosque calendar activities so that they can be easily recognized by all University academics in University of Brawijaya. System for managing activities and publishing information is important even though technically the Masjid Raden Patah already has a website address and various kinds of social media but still needs additional features to help manage all mosque activities, so not only for publication but also manage activities at the same time. Therefore Masjid Raden Patah need a management information system, that is Web-Based Masjid Raden Patah University of Brawijaya Management Information System, built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in developing software to get 100% when all test scenarios are carried out, and in compatibility testing this system can works without problems in 75% of the 11 browsers tested.

Abstract

Software testing is one of the most important stages in software development. The complexity of system testing leads to the need for tools that can determine automatic test case cases. The activity diagram is one of the UML behavioral models that is suitable for system testing, because the activity diagram can evaluate the flow of the complete system. Therefore this study proposes to develop a tool that can generate test cases based on activity diagrams for model-based testing. The technique used in generating test cases is by building a flow dependency tree (DFT) that collects information from the ArgoUML file activity diagram through the help of a parser. Then the DFT processes using the dept first search algorithm (DFS) which is ready to be moditifaced for seacth each path of the test case. All requiremenst for tool are the result of library needs elicitation in related research and observations on a number of software tool websites. This tool has tested through unit testing with the white box basis path testing technique, integtation testing with big-bang approach. Validation testing with black box testing technique. Test cases generated by this tools have an accurate rate of 100%.

Abstract

T-shirt screen printing is a printing technique above t-shirt using a tool called a ‘screen' or commonly called a ‘screen printing film'. T-shirt screen printing services nowadays have developed to become a promising business because of more needs from society. Nalar Industries, Trilogy Screen printing, and Mixone are a few examples of t-shirt screen printing companies in Malang which can produce about 100 to 150 t-shirts per day. In their development, these companies find the problems in several things such as order process, production management, and financial records. Therefore, a website-based company management system was created to managing the order process, managing the production, and recording the financial with more effective and efficient. The development of this system uses the prototyping method because user's requrements haven't been clearly identified. Requirement analysis of this research produces 4 actors, 30 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirement. The software testing uses some strategies, such as unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing. Based on the result of the software testing obtained prove that the system runs as expected. Besides that, there is compatibility testing that prove the system runs as well in various browsers and devices.

Abstract

At the beginning of the admission of freshman year in 2018 there are at least 22,867 freshmen who will study in Malang City. One of the obstacle experienced by freshmen is the difficulty of finding a suitable place of worship. In 2014 there were 568 mosques, 1091 musalas, 92 churches for Christians, 20 churches for Catholics, five temples, eight temples, and one temple in the city of Malang. Lack of information regarding places of worship such as location, prayer schedules, speaker schedules, and public transportation routes makes it difficult for freshmen to find locations of nearby places of worship, what public transportation to ride, or places worship accordingly. So, in this research a system was developed to provide information regarding location, worship schedule, speaker schedule, and public transportation routes at places of worship using location-based services (LBS), Google Maps API and built on the native android platform. The results obtained from the development of an Android-based application, obtained 20 functional requirements and one non-functional at the requirement engineering stage. System implementation is carried out with the MVC concept (Model-View-Controller), unit testing produces 100% valid from six test cases, validation testing produces 100% valid from 38 test cases, and compatibility testing produces 100% valid on android versions 5 and 9.

Abstract

Transportation Department of Mojokerto City is one of the Regional Work Unit of the Mojokerto City Government whose task is to serve road use permits, carry out community satisfaction surveys and receive complaints regarding various problems that occur in the field of transportation and traffic. Problems related to tasks such as the existence of people who are reluctant to carry out road use permits, the difficulty of the process of distributing community satisfaction survey questionnaires and complaints from the public make the Transportation Department of Mojokerto City overwhelmed. To overcome these problems in this study an application was developed for the community to take care of road use permits, fill out a community satisfaction survey online and be able to report their complaints through a smartphone with the waterfall development method. Applications built with hybrid technology use NodeJS as a back-end, VueJS as a front-end framework combined with Framework7 that provides components to get a feel of native applications and Apache Cordova that functions to package applications as packages using the Software Development Kit (SDK). This application aims to provide maximum service both in road use permits, community satisfaction surveys and complaints. The results of the study were then tested using unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and compatibility testing which produced 100% valid on each test so that it can be said the system was in accordance with the results of engineering needs and design.

Abstract

Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya conducts lecture activities every day but does not have the media to submit lecture information online. The Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya also has activities outside of lectures that use space and supporting equipment so that the activity can run well. The needs of students in using faculty rooms and equipment have been met so far. Students can borrow rooms and goods to the faculty which have been done manually. Every loan must be validated by the head of the academic, the head of the student body and the head of the general. This validation process sometimes takes a long time if these people cannot be found within a certain time. The loan facility and infrastructure management system is a system that can overcome the above problems. Submitting a loan and validating a loan can be done online. Every loan will be recapitulated by the system. The system was developed by the waterfall method and uses an object oriented approach. Developers use codeigniter as a framework for implementing systems because it supports the concept of MVC (model, view, controller). System testing is done by using black-box testing and white-box testing to test the functional system and using compatibility testing to test non-functional systems. Based on the tests conducted, the system gets 100% valid functional test results and gets good results in compatibility testing because it is able to run well in the browser environment under test.
