Abstract

Abstrak - Bersamaan dengan diterbitkannya Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 24 Tahun 2022  oleh Kementerian Kesehatan (KEMENKES) Republik Indonesia, penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik ( RME) di setiap rumah sakit di Indonesia menjadi suatu persyaratan yang harus dipatuhi. Dari tahun 2022 hingga 2024, Satu Sehat yang dikembangkan oleh KEMENKES menjadi rujukan utama dalam intgerasi data Rekam Medis Elektronik yang terdiri dari 3 buah bagian yaitu Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) , Rawat Jalan (RJ), dan Rawat Inap (RI). Penilitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sistem Rekam Medis Elektronik yang efisien dan sesuai dengan peraturan Kementerian Kesehatan, terutama pada modul instalasi gawat darurat menggunakan metode Scrum. Metode Scrum sendiri digunakan untuk mempermudah fleksibilitas pengembangan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan prioritas dari manajemen rumah sakit. Selain itu metode scrum dipilih karena sistem satu sehat dari KEMENKES masih tahap pengembangan sehingga dapat terjadi perubahan integrasi dari sistem RME milik rumah sakit ke sistem satu sehat milik KEMENKES.  Dalam pengembangan sistemnya. menerapkan prinsip Model-View-Controller (MVC) menggunakan framework PHP Laravel serta metode scrum untuk manajemen dan pengelolaan proyek. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan data rekam medis pasien telah berhasil ditambahkan ke dalam sistem RME yang terintegrasi dengan platform SATUSEHAT memungkinkan pertukaran data yang efisien. Kesimpulannya,  sistem RME ini berhasil melakukan interoperabilitas data rekam medis pasien dengan platform milik Kementrian Kesehatan dan juga memastikan bahwa Rumah Sakit Kristen Mojowarno mematuhi regulasi yang berlaku, sehingga mengurangi risiko sanksi administratif.Kata kunci: Rekam Medis Elektronik ,EMR , Satu Sehat, Scrum Abstract -  The Indonesian Ministry of Health (KEMENKES) published Regulation Number 24 of 2022, which requires the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in all hospitals across Indonesia. Between 2022 and 2024, KEMENKES created One Healthy, a system that consolidates electronic medical record data into three components: Emergency Installation (IGD), Outpatient (RJ), and Inpatient (RI). This study is to develop an efficient electronic medical record system that adheres to the standards of the Ministry of Health, particularly in the emergency installation module utilizing the Scrum methodology. Hospital management employs the Scrum methodology to enable adaptable system development aligned with their requirements and goals. The use of the scrum approach arises from the continuous evolution of KEMENKES' one healthy system, facilitating seamless interaction between the hospital's EMR system and KEMENKES' one healthy system. During the system's development. The system is being created according to the Model-View-Controller (MVC) paradigm, employing the PHP Laravel framework and the Scrum methodology for project management and administration. The study's findings indicate the effective incorporation of patient medical record data into the RME system via the SATUSEHAT platform, enabling efficient data interchange. In conclusion, this RME system has effectively integrated patient medical record data with the Ministry of Health's platform while guaranteeing that Mojowarno Christian Hospital adheres to relevant regulations, hence mitigating the danger of administrative penalties.Keywords: Medical Records, Electronic Medical Records, EMR, Satu Sehat, Scrum

Abstract

Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) adalah sekumpulan prosedur berbasis model untuk data pemrosesan dan penilaian guna membantu para manager mengambil keputusan. Salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan diantaranya adalah Analytic Network Process (ANP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi simulasi penentuan akreditasi sekolah dasar berbasis web dan menggunakan framework Code Igniter serta menerapkan metode Analytic Network Process untuk pengambilan keputusan penentuan akreditasi. Proses akreditasi yang sampai saat ini masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional, membutuhkan sebuah simulasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana proses akreditasi dilakukan. Dengan adanya sistem simulasi diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi kemungkinan kesalahan dalam pemberkasan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengusulkan aplikasi simulasi sistem penunjang keputusan akreditasi sekolah untuk penentuan akreditasi sekolah sesuai dengan kriteria yang mengacu pada perangkat akreditasi yang telah ditentukan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan uji coba menggunakan aplikasi pada sepuluh sekolah dasar di korwil dinas pendidikan kecamatan Pakisaji. Aplikasi menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan hasil akreditasi yang dilakukan pada sekolah secara manual. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi simulasi pentuan akreditasi dapat dijadikan simulasi dalam menentukan nilai sementara akreditasi sekolah sebelum diajukan ke tingkat pusat. Namun dalam pengembanganya aplikasi ini masih memungkinkan menggunakan metode yang lain untuk membandingkan akurasi dalam penentuan akreditasi.

Abstract

Futsal is currently a sport that is in great demand by various ages in Indonesia, including in Malang. With the development of the sport of futsal, it has also had a positive impact on business people, many of whom take advantage of this condition to open business land, one of which is making futsal fields for rent. Futsal field rental service providers are competing to attract enthusiasts with the various facilities offered. However, all of these are not supported by good means of conveying information. The rental process is also quite troublesome for the community due to the obstacles that are often encountered. Bookers have to come in person to see the schedule availability, this can take a while. In this research, an Android-based GoFutsal application will be designed. Making the GoFutsal application uses data collection, problem analysis and software design along with testing the software. The results of this study are in the form of a futsal field reservation application that can be accessed via the Android platform. The results of the Black Box trial conducted on the features of the Gofutsal application went well and in accordance with its function. With the GoFutsal application, it is hoped that it can help the public in getting information and can simplify the process of ordering futsal fields. Abstract

The city of Malang as a city of education and tourism has seen an increase in the number of vehicles that can cause, among others, road congestion, air pollution, waste of fuel and road damage. The road that is often jammed if left unchecked will have an impact on the smooth journey and satisfaction of road users. Along with the development of information technology, this can be overcome with applications based on Geographic Information Systems and crowdsourcing, where road users can see road congestion through their mobile devices in real time. Research related to the Design of a Geographic Information System to Monitor Road Conditions Utilizing Twitter Social Media has been carried out but is limited to Twitter users[5]. To overcome the road congestion, a crowdsourcing-based application solution is needed. Based on this problem, a crowdsourcing-based application with Java and PHP languages is needed and uses a MySQL database. The advantage of this application is that it can display information on road congestion, alternative routes in Malang City to the Malang City Transportation and Traffic Police Office and road users directly at the point of congestion through their devices.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a bill payment information system for HIPPAM water to make it easier and provide billing information to customers. In designing this website, researchers have conducted research to collect some information by conducting direct observations and conducting interviews with officers who work at HIPPAM water in Pandu Village, which is located on Jalan Ngamarto Gg Pandu Rt 05 Rw 07 Lawang, Lawang District, Malang Regency. This program was created using the Code Igniter framework using the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​for data storage in the database. In making the website, there are several main stages, namely data collection and analysis, analyzing system requirements, coding and testing. Based on the results of testing to customers and officers, a score of 100% was obtained from 15 respondents who had tested the website. So it can be concluded that the website can operate well and can be well received by residents.

Abstract

Information technology plays a significant role in the governance of higher education institutions. Most of these institutions utilize integrated information system applications in the management decision-making processes. Student affairs is one of the strategic areas managed in higher education institutions. Student affairs area requires efficient data and information management related to the operations and management of student activities through the application of information systems. Meanwhile, agile development methodology can be used to develop information system applications that are responsive to user needs. By utilizing the Scrum framework that adopts the principles of agile methodology, this study presents a list of application requirements for student information systems in the product backlog and sprint backlog artifact formats. There are 31 product backlog items that have been identified through the results of user story analysis. The product backlog can then be implemented into application features for student affairs management information systems.

Abstract

There are many divisions in work. Each division has different targets. The company also has an assessment of its employees which is carried out by HRD. HRD as a person who manages staffing has a lot of work, while the assessment of a company is still done manually so that HRD has difficulty monitoring and assessing its employees. This is important for companies to maintain the quality of their workers. The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system that helps HRD in assessing its employees. The system must include features used to assess employees and process the calculations automatically. So that the decision support system will be designed using the AHP method and KPI indicators. The system can perform calculations using AHP and can show the calculation results in ranking order.

Abstract

The Xibo digital signage application is a platform used to manage and display multimedia content on digital screens. However, the complexity of the workflow in using Xibo is often an obstacle. In order to overcome this challenge, this research provides a solution, namely, Xibo Middleware, a website-based intermediary application developed using PHP and the CodeIgniter 3 framework. Xibo Middleware aims to overcome the problem of workflow complexity in using Xibo. Its function is as a bridge between users and Xibo API, with a simpler interface. This application is designed to simplify content management and scheduling of multimedia content to display in digital signage applications. The main focus of this research is on the simplification and quality of using Xibo in digital signage content management.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country located between three tectonic plates, namely Eurasia, the Pacific and Indo-Australia, which is one of the active plates, so that there is the potential for earthquakes, which are sometimes followed by tsunami disasters. The latest accurate, precise, and trusted earthquake information is needed by all parties. For this reason, a system is needed to inform the latest earthquake so that the impact can be minimized. Departing from open data published by BMKG, which is an earthquake in real time, a push notification system for earthquake information was designed to the Android application using Google Firebase. Push notifications are adjusted for specific areas based on user wishes. When the user is in the vicinity of an earthquake-affected or surrounding area, or the location of an earthquake is in a city that is monitored by the user, the notifications that appear can be alerts. Whereas when the user is in a location that is not affected by an earthquake, the notification that appears is only as information that there is an earthquake in a certain area. After analyzing, designing, implementing and testing using the black box testing method, push notification system functionally produces results that are as expected.
