Abstrak. Pemeriksaan hematologi yang paling sering dilakukan untuk mendeteksi leukemia limfoblastik akut yaitu pemeriksaan mikroskop apusan darah dengan menganalisis morfologi dan volume sel limfosit. Segmentasi sel limfosit merupakan tahapan paling penting dalam sistem otomatis identifikasi leukemia limfoblastik berbasis komputer yang berfungsi sebagai alat penunjang medis sehingga membantu mempercepat tugas para hematolog di laboratorium medis. Pada penelitian ini segmentasi sel limfosit pada citra darah mikroskopis menggunakan teknik pengambangan lokal disajikan. Pada pengambangan lokal, nilai ambang Otsu dihitung pada citra yang telah direduksi dimensinya agar piksel-piksel selain limfosit jumlahnya tidak terlalu mendominasi. Ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi peluang terjadinya citra yang oversegmented. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan bahwa segmentasi sel limfosit menggunakan metode yang diusulkan memberikan nilai rata-rata dice similarity coefficient 0,841 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 0,067. Hasil ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa citra input yang disegmentasi menggunakan metode pengambangan lokal memiliki tingkat kemiripan tinggi dengan citra ground truth sehingga metode usulan dapat dikatakan memiliki performa yang baik.Kata kunci: segmentasi sel limfosit, limfosit, pengambangan lokal, analisis citra darah mikroskopis. Abstrak. Penggunaan komputasi Awan atau Cloud Computing semakin menjadi tren saat ini. Salah satunya adalah cloud storage. Dengan cloud storage setiap orang akan lebih mudah untuk menyimpan dan mengakses data mereka dimana saja dan kapan saja. Ada banyak vendor yang menyediakan layanan cloud storage, dari mulai gratis hingga berbayar. Bahkan ada sistem cloud storage yang memungkinkan kita untuk membuat cloud storage kita sendiri. Sebagian besar orang telah familiar dengan penggunaan cloud storage yang ditawarkan secara gratis oleh beberapa vendor seperti Google Drive dan DropBox. Disisi lain, penggunaan sistem e-learning makin digalakkan dalam dunia pendidikan. Tetapi implementasi sistem e-learning dalam suatu organisasi bukanlah hal yang murah. Tidak semua organisasi pendidikan atau sekolah memiliki dana yang memadai untuk implementasi sebuah e-learning. Sebuah sistem e-learning harus memiliki kapasitas penyimpanan yang cukup besar untuk menyimpan semua data materi pelajaran dan tugas-tugas siswa. Semakin banyak siswa dan tugas yang diberikan maka kebutuhan penyimpanan data makin besar sehingga dana yang dikeluarkan untuk penyimpanan data makin besar. Dari permasalah tersebut, penelitian ini membuat sebuah sistem e-learning sederhana yang diberi nama ‘Assign’, dimana sistem ini memanfaatkan layanan cloud storage gratis sebagai tempat penyimpanan datanya. Semua data pembelajaran akan disimpan ke dalam cloud storage masing-masing guru. Tugas sistem adalah mengelola data tersebut melalui sistem e-learning yang dibuat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem e-learning yang dibuat mampu mengelola data mata pelajaran dan berhasil melakukan manajemen data di cloud storage hingga upload tugas siswa.Kata kunci: E-learning, API, Cloud Computing, Cloud storage DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/scan.v14i2.1487

Cuaca dan iklim di Indonesia sering kali tidak menentu yang menyebabkan seringnya gagal panen. Hal ini membuat petani menggunakan beberapa cara untuk membuat tanaman mereka bertahan salah satunya dengan menggunakan greenhouse, namun penggunaan greenhouse masih belum sepenuhnya dapat disesuaikan karena pengendalian yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga dengan menggunakan teknologi khususnya dibidang Internet of Things (IoT), pengendalian dapat dilakukan secara otomatis secara jarak jauh. Pada penelitian ini, akan membuat perancangan alat untuk mengendalikan lingkungan greenhouse yang dihubungkan dengan aplikasi Blynk sebagai aplikasi pengendali jarak jauh. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, penggunaan alat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Model-View-Controller (MVC) design pattern is design pattern that is suitable for interactive systems. MVC is adapted in desktop and web-based applications. Moreover, many frameworks are adapting MVC pattern. Each layer of MVC has a different function. The main function of the model layer is query to the database system that represented by SQL language. In software development, code duplication or code clone is a serious problem because it will impact on the maintenance process. Associated with model layer and code clone, clone detection approach that exists today is not effective to detect clones in the model layer represented by SQL language, because the definition of code clone is not suitable for SQL clone. SQL is declarative language that is different from the common programming language like C and Java. So, the definition of code clone must be adjusted with characteristic of SQL. In this research, we investigate the existence of SQL clone on MVC-based application and define the types of SQL clone. We define four types of SQL clone and they are confirmed exist in MVC-based application datasets that used in this research

The role of higher education to students is not only during the active lectures, but when the students have graduated, one example of the role of higher education that is still needed by students is when they want to do diploma and transcript legalization activities. Using information technology enables humans to obtain information from distant places in a short time and at a low cost. The process of legalizing diplomas at University of Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur has so far been carried out with a manual process that is if there are alumni who wish to legalize diplomas or transcripts, the alumni must come directly to their faculties or the legalization section by bringing their original diplomas and transcripts. The purpose of this research is how to create an information system that can help alumni to legalize the diploma process online. The method used in completing this research is by observation in the field, interviews and distributing questionnaires. By developing and implementing the SILEGION (sistem informasi legalisir ijazah online) application, it can make it easier for alumni to legalize online, especially those outside the city or outside the island. From the results of testing the average level of usability using four criteria, namely ease of use, ease of learning, usefulness and satisfaction on SILEGION information systems get a value of 80%. It states that the SILEGION (sistem informasi legalisir ijazah online) system that was built has a good level of usability

Data Warehouse is a technique that can provide a facility for the storage and management of historical data from various internal and external sources so that it can be used in making strategic decisions for the company. A characteristic that distinguishes ordinary data warehouse database was largely on the data source that can not necessarily uniform and comes from one source as happened in PT Sejahtera Bersama spirit. The company is engaged in the sale of medical equipment, up to now has more than 70 showrooms and is divided in 12 regions, of which the sales information system used by the company in each region has a separate database in excel format, this is what makes firms difficulty in the process analyzing the sales data of the company. This research aims to design and build a data warehouse system to support marketing performance assessment and achievement of sales at PT Sejahtera Bersama spirit. Data modeling methods used in the design of data warehouse in this study is the dimensional modeling star schemas. Results from this study is a web-based dashboard application that will display sales data from the data warehouse is equipped with charts and reports, and the results of tests with the method of black box testing can be seen that the system has been going well as expected. During the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities must be carried out online from home. The development of technology today really helps the online teaching and learning process, there are many tools / software that can be used. Tools / software commonly used in online teaching and learning activities are Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, and Virtual Lab. Another impact of technological developments coupled with pandemic conditions has led to more interactions between humans being carried out online through internet intermediaries on cellphones or computers. Currently cellphones do not only function as a medium of communication, some work that was previously completed using a computer / laptop can now be completed using a smart phone. So that cellphones can be used for more positive activities and support the teaching and learning process, sharing is carried out with students through sharpening design creativity through mobile applications on smart phones. In this activity, students hone graphic design skills using the CANVA application to support the teaching and learning process. The enthusiasm of students is quite high, as evidenced by the work produced in the form of personal profile designs, extracurricular activities and logos. Students can practice well the material presented. The school welcomes this activity, and wants to form an extracurricular Graphic Design at SMA Dharma Wanita so that it becomes a forum for student creativity in graphic design.

The liver is a vital organ that is important for humans because it plays a role in regulating hormone cycles, neutralizing toxins, and controlling the composition of blood. Liver disease is a common ailment worldwide. Often, this disease occurs without specific symptoms (asymptomatic). Therefore, liver disease is known as a "silent killer," and it is necessary to quickly and accurately diagnose and treat liver diseases. Data mining technology can be useful for rapidly detecting liver diseases from laboratory diagnosis results. One classification algorithm that can be used is the C50 algorithm. This algorithm is an improvement over the previous C45 algorithm, with several advantages such as efficient memory usage and more concise tree results. However, the C50 algorithm may experience overfitting on complex medical data, requiring the boosting process using AdaBoost. The AdaBoost algorithm can make the C50 algorithm more susceptible to overfitting. Another advantage of the AdaBoost algorithm is its ability to handle imbalanced datasets in terms of target labels. This research used 583 data from UCI machine learning with two target labels: liver and normal. The research results show that the C50 algorithm is capable of identification with an accuracy rate of 74.58%. Furthermore, the C50 algorithm's accuracy can be maximized by AdaBoost to reach 86.44%

UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur telah memiliki sebuah sistem repository untuk menyimpan semua data terkait skripsi yang telah diselesaikan oleh mahasiswa. Sistem tersebut dapat diakses secara online oleh seluruh mahasiswa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Namun terdapat kekurangan pada sistem tersebut, yaitu fitur pencarian yang belum dapat memberikan hasil yang relevan dengan input yang diberikan oleh pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat sebuah sistem pencarian hasil penelitian skripsi agar mahasiswa dapat menemukan daftar judul yang relevan dengan topik yang ingin dicari oleh mahasiswa. Sistem menggunakan algoritma Weighted tree similarity dan Content based filtering agar hasil pencarian berorientasi pada atribut skripsi. Dilakukan pengujian pada sistem menggunakan recall dan precision dan mendapatkan hasil precision 74% dan recall 83%. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan mampu membantu mahasiswa untuk menemukan skripsi sesuai dengan topik yang diinginkan dan mengurangi peluang terjadinya plagiarisme atau kesamaan judul skripsi.

Indonesia boasts a diverse cultural heritage, one of which is the regional languages that possess unique scripts across the archipelago. An example of this is the Lontara script, used by the Bugis and Makassar communities. The Lontara script is one of the scripts in Indonesia that is endangered due to the passage of time. The K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm can be a tool used to recognize patterns in the Lontara script. The principle of K-NN is quite simple, namely matching the similarity of new data with the nearest test data. In this research, K-NN is used for classification and Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) for feature extraction. Based on the research conducted using a testing scheme with an image size of 32×32 pixels, a dataset split of 90:10, and a k-value of 5, an accuracy result of 0.8525 was obtained.
