Abstract

Research was conducted at the Bireuen Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Office, to examine the impact of communication, teamwork and leadership on supporting employee performance levels. In the form of quantitative research with verification type and data collection through questionnaires. Inferential analysis was used with a path analysis model approach. The results showed that (a) the contribution of communication, teamwork and positive leadership factors to employee performance, respectively, had a large direct and indirect influence of 41.34%, 34.74% and 38.4%. (b) Simultaneously communication, teamwork and leadership influence the performance of Bireuen Regency BKPSDM employees by 64.10%.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pemberdayaan aparatur Gampong merupakan langkah stategis yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan sumberdaya personil. Pelaksanaan program pelatihan melalui pengabdian pada Gampong Blang Poroh bermaksud memperkokoh manajerial, tatakelola administrasi untuk mendukung kegiatan persuratan yang lebih teratur dan terstruktur. Sejumlah aparatur Gampong Blang Poroh yang melibatkan sejumlah Akademisi dan mahasiswa UNIKI. Sejumlah tiga pesonil pendamping dan dua personil tenaga ahli bidang manajemen, dan adminitrasi terlibat dalam pendampingan pada pelatihan di Paloh Awe, dengan sasaran meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial dan tatakelola administrasi dalam upaya meningkat manajemen dan administrasi. Pengabdian melalui pelatihan manajemen, dan adminsstrasi menggunakan pendekatan qualitatif dengan cara pendekatan partisipatori action riset yang melibatkan tim pendamping secara langsung dalam community relation.  Data telah dikumpul melalui fokus grop discussion (FGD) yang terdiri dari sejumlah aparatur di gampong Blang Poroh. Pelatihan telah memberi peluang luas kepada aparatur dalam meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial, tatakelola administrasi yang terstruktur dan terukur. Pelatihan dalam pengabdian juga menghasilkan pengetahuan terstruktur mengenai manajemen, dan administrasi. Pelatihan telah mencapai keberhasilan melalui transfer pengetahuan dan cara-cara memformat adminitrasi yang berkualitas dan tata cara mengelola forum. Tim pelaksana pelatihan telah terjun langsung dan bersosialisasi dengan sejumlah masyarakat Blang Poroh, Kecamatan Nisam Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan aparatur gampong tentang manajemen, dan tatakelola administrasi. Pelatihan berimplikasi pada meningkatnya pengalaman mengelola administrasi Gampong Blang Poroh. Rekomendasi bagi tim pendamping lanjut agar meningkatkan manajerial dan administrasi untuk kegiatan perlombaan di tingkat desa dan kecamatan.

Abstract

Administrasi desa yang tertib merupakan fondasi bagi tata kelola yang baik dan akuntabel. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk penguatan kapasitas aparatur di Gampong Reungkam dan Pucok Aleu. Pengabdian dilakukan melalui program kolaboratif, yang melibatkan akademisi dari Universitas Islam Kebangasaan Indonesia, dan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Lhokseumawe, serta tokoh masyarakat setempat. Melalui pendekatan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pengembangan infrastruktur administrasi, program ini bertujuan menciptakan sistem administrasi desa yang lebih transparan dan efektif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi dengan para pihak dalam penguatan kapasitas aparatur desa berdampak positif pada tata kelola administrasi, terutama mengenai pelayanan publik dan pengelolaan dokumen administrasi  mitra. Pendampingan ini manjadi pilot projek bagi desa lain yang mengalami permasalahan tata kelola dan tertib administrasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the background of leadership, capacity development, and good governance in strengthening employee performance. The study was conducted at the DPR secretariat of Pidie Jaya Regency. This type of research is quantitative and uses a causality analysis method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SMART-PLS. The results of the analysis show (1) aspects of leadership, capacity development and good governance provide positive support for strengthening employee performance by 23.9%, 19.6% and 31.2% respectively. (2) The leadership factor through good governance contributes to improving performance by 10.8% while through capacity development it has a positive effect on strengthening performance by 14.1%. (3) aspects of capacity development through good governance have a positive impact on strengthening employee performance by 13.2% and (4) simultaneously policies, capacity development and good governance contribute to strengthening employee performance by 28%.

Abstract

State-owned enterprises are government-owned businesses that have been privatized and can be close to politicians from political parties. They are also notorious for being poorly managed. The purpose of this research is to examine how political connections, institutional ownership, cash holdings, company size, and leverage affect the performance of state-owned enterprises on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data for this study comes from the annual reports of 20 state-owned enterprises (SOEs) listed on the IDX from 2014 to 2018. This research model is a panel regression model that tests the common effect, fixed-effect, and random effect models. Based on the Chow test and Hausman test, the best model in this study is the random effect model. The results found that political connections, institutional ownership, and cash holding are significant factors affecting the performance of state-owned companies. Another finding was that companies with stronger political connections affect the performance of state-owned companies. On the other hand, this study did not find companies having political connections affect the performance of state-owned companies. This finding is expected to provide benefits for investors to consider SOEs companies to invest.

Abstract

Strengthening the capacity of English language teaching methods at the elementary school level is a strategic step in responding to globalization and improving the quality of education. This research was conducted at MIN 2 Lhokseumawe City, focusing on the development of innovative, interactive, and contextual teaching methods. The approaches used include communicative learning, project-based learning, and the integration of digital media to actively enhance students’ language skills. The initiative involved collaboration among UIN Sultanah Nahrasiah, UNIKI, and Malikussaleh University through teacher training, professional mentoring, and learning evaluation. The results showed increased student interest, engagement, and basic English proficiency. Teachers also became more skilled in designing adaptive and enjoyable learning strategies. This research emphasizes the importance of synergy between madrasahs and universities in developing applicable learning models. It is expected that the outcomes of this initiative will serve as a reference for other madrasahs in improving the effectiveness of English language learning at the elementary level.

Abstract

Assessment and analysis of ASN employee performance is an important part of evaluating work results, especially looking for causal factors. In this research we try to analyze external employee factors, namely the work environment, organizational culture and employee workload. Study of Pidie Jaya Regency Regional Secretariat Employees. With this type of associative research with statistical analysis using a path analysis model. The research results show that (1) there is a relationship between exogenous factors of the work environment, organizational culture and workload in the medium category. (2) The contribution of the three external factors is 68,3% to performance. (3) It is proven that there is a positive influence of environmental factors on employee performance by 45.16%, the influence of organizational culture on performance is 42.68%, and workload has an influence of 37.29% on the performance of the Regional Secretariat of Pidie Jaya Regency. Abstract

This teacher performance research examines the magnitude of the important contribution of leadership factors, school culture and motivation as intermediary factors. The case was conducted at a Public Junior High School in Juli District, Bireuen Regency, with a sample of 62 teachers. Using an associative method with a quantitative approach using path analysis. The results found the following: 1) there is a strong causal relationship between leadership and school culture and has a significant influence on motivation and has implications for teacher performance. 2). The leadership factor has a direct and indirect influence on motivation of 24.06% and on performance of 28.62%. 3) The school culture factor has a direct and indirect influence on motivation of 26.52% and on performance of 30.36%. 4) Simultaneously, leadership and school culture contribute to teacher performance, which is 17.25%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of factors that affect the performance of employees of the Bireuen Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. By determining the leadership factor, emotional intelligence and work discipline as intervening variables. The research was descriptive and verification, with the data analysis method used to test the hypothesis was path analysis using the latest SPSS version 26. The results of the path analysis showed, (1) leadership affects employee performance, (2) emotional intelligence affects employee performance, (3) leadership and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect employee performance by 44.5%.
