Abstract

Based on the result of the  observation in grade 1 at MTsS Kluet Utara, the researcher found that the majority of the students were difficult to communicate in Arabic language. The difficulties are  not only  about the pronounciations but also Arabic alphabets, words, and sentences. In fact, they speak Arabic by using the Indonesian dialect. The aims of this study were to know  the effectiveness of the video media used to improve students’ Arabic dialect. This observation is also to know the activities of  the teachers  and  the students in the implementation of the video media. The researcher applied the  pre-experimental method  through  one group pre -test post –test design.   To collect the data, the researcher used the observation sheets and provided pre and post-tests to the students. The findings of the study were that the T-test was higher than T-table (4,20 <2,07<2,78). Furthermore, the observation showed  that the teachers’ activities in using the video to improve the language dialect were very good scores (88%) after the implementation of the media. In accordance with the teachers, the students’ achievement  were also very good (85%).

Abstract

Hasil belajar yang diperoleh oleh peserta didik masih tergolong rendah. faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik disebabkan peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja kesulitan belajar yang dialami peserta didik beserta dengan faktor penyebabnya. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan terdiri atas tiga langkah kegiatan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu : 1) Kesulitan belajar pada pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist terdapat beberapa macam, diantaranya yaitu: pertama, peserta didik mengalami kesulitan membaca Al-Qur’an yang disebabkan karena siswa belum memahami secara keseluruhan tentang huruf hijaiyah, kesulitan pengucapan huruf hijaiyah sesuai dengan makhraj yang benar, dan kesulitan dalam penerapan tajwid atau hukum-hukum bacaan. Kedua, siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami dan menghafal ayat Al-Qur’an dan Hadist beserta isi kandungannya. Kesulitan ini dialami siswa karena kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menghafalkan bacaan Al-Qur’an dan Hadist. 2) Faktor-faktor penyebab peserta didik kesulitan belajar pada pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist diantaranya yaitu kurangnya minat dan motivasi belajar siswa, kurang dan lemahnya kemampuan siswa dalam membaca dan mengingat, kurangnya perhatian orang tua, kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam menyajikan proses pembelajaran, dan minimnya sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan oleh sekolah.

Abstract

Di satu sisi Bahasa Arab adalah media resmi bagi umat Islam. Di sisi lain, Bahasa Arab adalah bahasa internasional yang dipakai sebagai media komunikasi dalam bidang ekonomi, sosial, politik dan lainnya. Seiring dengan peran dunia Arab yang semakin menguat, posisi Bahasa Arab juga semakin menguat secara global, sehingga menjadi Bahasa yang dibelajarkan di berbagai universitas. Berkaitan dengan pembelajaran Bahasa Arab ini, muncul pertanyaan tentang teori dasar dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Apakah pembelajaran Bahasa Arab, menggunakan teori preskriptif ataukah menggunakan teori deskriptif? Artikel ini disusun melalui kajian kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dari sejumlah referensi, sesuai kebutuhan. Dari hasil kajian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dalam bidang keilmuan Islam wajib berpegang kepada teori preskriptif, yang terikat secara ketat dengan struktur bahasa Arab fushā. Sedangkan pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di luar bidang keilmuan Islam, atau sebagai media komunikasi global dapat dilakukan dengan teori deskriptif.

Abstract

مشكلة هذا البحث أن بعض التلاميذ لم يستطيعوا أن يقرءوا قراءة بشكل صحيح ولم يميزوا بين الأصوات المتقاربة. وكان المعلم يستخدم وسيلة التعليمية القليلة في تدريس القراءة، وتقتصر وسيلة التعليمية المستخدمة على السبورة والكتاب المدرسي. حتى يكون التلاميذ غير متمحسين عند تعليم اللغة العربية. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى التعارف على فعال استخدام وسيلة عجلة الدورة لترقية قدرة التلاميذ على مهارة القراءة بـــ MIN 3 Aceh Besar. وأما منهج البحث الذي تستخدمه الباحثة في هذا البحث فهو المنهج التجريبي (One Group Pre Test - Post Test Design). إن المجتمع في هذا البحث هو جميع التلاميذ بــــ MIN 3 Aceh Besar وعددهم 72 تلميذا. وعينة البحث هي التلاميذ في الصف الخامس (ب) وعددهم 31 تلميذا. وجدت الباحثة نتيجة البحث أن استخدام وسيلة عجلة الدورة يكون فعال لترقية قدرة التلاميذ على مهارة القراءة. والدليل على هذا أن إجراءت اختبار (Wilcoxen Sign Rank Test) من النظم المحسوب أن نتيجة بمستوى الدلالة (Asymp.Sig. 2-tailed) 0,000 أصغر من0,005.

Abstract

This article analyzes religious moderation, pela gandong, and the reconfiguration of jihad to prevent war in Maluku. Conflict avoidance has been viable through a sophisticated understanding of religion, utilizing cultural mechanisms like pela gandong. The research utilized an empirical methodology analyzed via the framework of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah theory. Data were obtained through extensive interviews and literature reviews to guarantee accuracy. The interviewed participants were individuals impacted by the war, community leaders, religious figures, scholars, and female leaders. The study concluded that the violence in Maluku was initially triggered by economic imbalances impacting social, political, and religious aspects. Moreover, the Maluku community throughout the conflict was regarded as a battleground, influenced by external group dynamics. Conflict prevention in Ambon can be accomplished by constructively reinterpreting jihad, fostering religious moderation, and revitalizing culture through pela gandong. Pela gandong is a tradition that strengthens social ties, highlighting a commitment to mutual respect, collaboration, and the maintenance of harmonious relations between two community groups, so promoting reconciliation and peace-building efforts. In the context of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah, which asserts that the aim of the Islamic law is to provide substantial advantages to humanity, the integration of culture and the precise interpretation of jihad is essential. Consequently, within the realm of Islamic jurisprudence, a contextual interpretation of jihad will provide a more beneficial comprehension than a textual examination. The basic purpose of Islamic law is to establish peace and harmony while preventing conflict within society.

Abstract

This research discusses family law reform in Indonesia in relation to the Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning the minimum age for child marriage. The study has been conducted using Maqashid al-syariah perspective in order to analyze first, the formulation of family law reform in Indonesia related to No. 16 of 2019, and second, the perspective of maqasid al-syariah in the law. The primary resource in this library research was Law No. 16 of 2019, and Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974. The results of the study found that family law reform regarding the age limit for marriage in Indonesia began with the existence of the judicial review process to the Constitutional Court regarding Law No.1 of 1974, more specifically Article 7 paragraph (1) which was perceived as contradictory to the 1945 Constitution Article 27 paragraph (1). This paper also proved that the determination of the age limit for marriage in Law No. 16 of 2019 is in accordance with the purpose of marriage and the objectives of sharia in general. In a nutshell, it can be concluded that there has been a reform of family law in Indonesia which can be seen from the aspect of the law regarding the age limit for marriage from nine years in the fiqh literature version to nineteen years in the version of Law No. 16 of 2019. In addition, Law no. 16 of 2019 also equates the minimum age for marriage between boys and girls, which is nineteen years, although classical fiqh literature distinguishes it.

Abstract

مشكلة هذا البحث أن التلاميذ يشعرون بالصعوبة في نطق أصوات العربية مثل الحرف ا-ع، س-ص، ح-ه، ك-ق. لذلك هم لم يستطيعوا أن يقرؤوا النص العربي قراءة صحيحة. وأن مدرس اللغة العربية يطبق الطريقة المحاضرة ولم يستخدم الوسائل التعليمية إلا الكتب المدرسية. وكان التلاميذ لايهتمون بالمادة الدراسية، وهم نائمون أثناء التعليم ويتكلمون مع أصدقائهم. أما هدف البحث فهي التعرف على فعالية استخدام وسيلة لوحة الجيوب في ترقية قدرة التلاميذ على مهارة القراءة. وأما منهج البحث الذي تستخدمه الباحثة في هذا البحث فهو منهج تجريبي بنوع One Group Pre Test Post – Test Design. وأدوات البحث فهي الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي. ومجتمع هذا البحث فهو جميع التلاميذ في الصف الخامس بـــ MIN 3 Aceh Besar ويبلغ عددهم 72 تلميذا، وعينة البحث هي التلاميذ في الصف الخامس (A) حيث يبلغ 30 تلميذا. وأما نتيجة البحث فهي أن استخدام لوحة الجيوب فعال لترقية قدرة التلاميذ على مهارة القراءة، والدليل على هذا أن نتائج من الاختبار Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test أن نتيجة الدلالة Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed) 0,000 أصغر من 0,005.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that every student must master. However, mathematics remains a traumatic experience for most students. This impacts students' low mathematics learning outcomes. This study aims to improve elementary school students' mathematics learning outcomes using a realistic mathematics education approach assisted by augmented reality media. This study is a classroom action research consisting of three cycles. Each cycle goes through four stages of activity: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 69 Banda Aceh. Data for this study were collected using observation and test techniques. Observations were used to measure teacher and student learning activities, while tests were used to measure improvements in students' mathematics learning outcomes. The results of the study indicate that the realistic mathematics education approach assisted by augmented reality media can improve elementary school students' mathematics learning outcomes. This can be seen in the average scores on the test results which show an increase in each cycle, namely 44.57 (pre-cycle), 63.07 (first cycle), 75.66 (second cycle), and 87.35 (third cycle). Based on this, the realistic mathematics education approach assisted by augmented reality media can be used as an alternative to solve the problem of low mathematics learning outcomes of students in elementary schools.

Abstract
